A sight to Behold.

Tick. Tick. Tick.

You smelled the air, feeling the warmth of the sun showering you with it's rays as it stood directly above you. You felt the familiar tiles of Magnolia under your thin shoes and you could hear crowds of people moving, chatting and shuffling around you,

"Move out of the way, that's (Y/N) (L/N)!"

"Oh my gosh, I'm so sorry!"

You chuckled at the high pitched voices as they apologised for doing nothing wrong. Offering a smile in their direction as a signal that no harm was done, they gasped in return before you heard a scurrying of feet as you knew you were alone now.

Tick. Tick. Tick. Tick.

You continued walking, counting your steps as you went while remembering the turns and paths to go straight back to your guild.
People moved out of your way and you felt small cold spots from their shadows when others went passed you.

Bystanders looked towards the source of the ticking sound and grew astounded to see your content smile and peaceful aura. They looked down to see your familiar white cane while your glassy eyes only stared straight ahead as if following a string straight to your intended destination.

Smelling the air again, your eye brows unconsciously furrowed when catching a whiff of smoke or a fire. You hurried in your walking though your steps always remained the same distance apart. You reached the building, using your free hand to feel the brick wall as you finally approached the loud guild hall.

You heard those voices that filled your mind with relief. You felt exhaustion finally hit you like a truck when knowing you could finally relax with your family. You weren't related to any of the mages by blood but you knew you all loved each other and you would do anything to protect them.

"Put your clothes back on your stripper!" You giggled to yourself, now standing right in front the entrance of the guild. Images of Natsu's discoloured face appeared in your mind and you felt giddy when thinking of his assertive personality when he would challenge you to a fight no matter how many times you denied.

Now you knew Gray would say something, "Hey! It's a bad habit so leave me alone you flame-head!"

Your giggles ceased and your lips curved once again, a pink hue covering your face at the sound of Gray Fullbuster's husky voice that held a tinge of frustration and desperation. Short and quick static-like images of the dark blue- haired ice mage filled your mind and your body grew hot all over.

Your smile was irreversible when thinking of being able to rest and fully rejuvenate yourself while in the presence of people you knew you could trust your life with. Your disability gave your fellow mages the advantage to take care of you and make life easier if possible. They knew that you were competent in anything you did but that didn't mean they could disregard the chance to be helpful too.

Your hand slowly slid downwards on the door as you touched the cold metal of the knob. You gripped your hold on it and pulled the door before another unknown voice was heard, forcing you to halt your actions and overlook the other voices,

"Gray's naked in front of Juvia!" The female screamed in an ecstatic screech. You grew concerned and mistakenly acted impulsively when your aura had turned darker while the door had flung the wrong way open, effectively breaking the hinges.

"Oh Gra-" Your eyes squinted in confusion when you heard the guild becoming completely silent except for a glass breaking on the floor; most likely from shock.
You entered the building, burning with jealousy and held your head up to listen for any distinct sounds before the recognisable sound of quiet foot steps began to quickly approach you. You felt impatient when the person of the foot steps; Natsu, had interrupted you whilst you were in the midst of building your anger.

Natsu's footsteps stopped, meaning that he had jumped to attack you from above but the warmth of his fiery fists gave him away as you swung at the last moment, dodging his two fists as you gave him a direct uppercut to his jaw.
He yelped in pain but continued to grin when he landed backwards. He felt that you were going soft on him so he immediately jumped again and you knew he would cause this to become a full-on fight if he continued with no regard for the guild nor the people inside.

Once again he appeared above you, arriving at your right side where he knew he could get you because your hand was preoccupied with your white cane. Nevertheless you dodged him when you bent backwards almost ninety degrees and in an instant Natsu was practically flying to your left side.
Natsu's head had most likely turned to mush from all that fire consuming because at the very last second, he noticed your smirk along with your eyes that burnt with anger, satisfaction and determination.

"Ah-No!" Natsu could only exclaim those words in fear and regret when you lifted your left arm in a second flat so that you could forcefully make contact with Natsu's face as he flew backwards and made a hole in the wall from the impact. He was half conscious and you jumped when hearing a girl hitting Natsu who groaned in pain, "What the hell is wrong with you?! Attacking someone who is blind! What the hell just happened?!"

You looked to the side, watching the blonde mage as she stomped on the pink-headed dragon slayers head and you smiled before catching sight of a blue-haired girl who was practically clinging to Gray like a sloth on a tree.

Gray's facial expression was one of awe, excitement and fear and you ignored him for the moment before you aura once again darkened, being emitted from your body as it blew some tables and chairs from their places.

Happy screamed out for his best friend, "Natsu! You should've known that would happen!"

"Damn, she's angry again!" That was Wakaba.

"What?! (Y/N) just got here!" Then their was Macao.

"I bet it was Gray's fault!" Wakaba cried out in reply,

"Gray, you have to handle this like A MAN!" And that was Elfmen without even having to try to realise.
You sighed, though it came out like a low growl and the pale form of Gray approached you when he was finally and reluctantly released from the woman who you guessed was Juvia, referring to herself in third person.

Everyone in the guild and even in Magnolia knew that you were blind. You weren't born blind but it happened when you fought beyond your mental and physical capabilities. But their was also the fact that you weren't completely blind because your vision would come back, only about a quarter of it anyway.

Hence why when you felt extreme emotions like anger or a major surge of adrenaline you were able to see everything though they appeared very pale or sometimes gray, black and white. Your eyes were normally a glassy pale grey colour because of your disability but when you could see, your strength was increased tenfold and your eyes were then tinted a light pink colour.

"(Y/N)-"

"Who is that?" You pointed directly at the blue-haired girl who seemed to cower in fear at the sight of your immense power.

The guild master watched undisturbed which also gave a clear indication that no one else should interfere either.
Lucy stared in awestruck when realising that you were (Y/N) (L/N), one of the best mages in Fairy Tail whose image wasn't even in Sorcerer Weekly because of how often you were absent on S- Class missions or numerous normal ones too.

Mages in the guild froze or backed away when watching Gray approach you in his well-known laid back style as he remained unclothed. But you knew Gray too well to know that his eyes were telling you that he was severely nervous but also happy you were home,

"Th- that's Juvia, she's new. So is Gajeel, he's-"

"Dragon slayer, Iron right?" The said man, Juvia and Lucy gasped in shock and disbelief when listening. Yeah, your nose was impeccable.
Gray smiled at your words as you folded your white cane so you could cross your arms to give Gray an indicator of your distress towards him. Neverthless he ignored it like always and grabbed your arm so he could hug you.

You stumbled back away at first but halted when noticing the pain in his eyes that was slowly going away along with the rest of your sight, "No!"

You startled Gray as he jumped at your peculiar behaviour but you became silent when your eyes converted back to their usual pale grey, a prominent frown covering your red face as you muttered out, "I wanted to stay angry so I could see you longer.. It's your fault Gray."

The man smiled slowly in awe though now it was unseen so he only felt selfish.
Your words made him blush with love swirling in his heart for you as he grabbed your arms in a tender way that had your heart pumping at a rapid rate within the second he made contact.
He came nearer and completely ignored the other mages who had decided to stop paying attention as the situation was now handled and over.

Gajeel, Juvia and Lucy continued to stare though and Lucy impulsively covered her eyes when Gray captured your lips in a short yet sweet kiss. Not understanding how a mage like Gray had managed to calm the girl with such ease but the sight of the man huskily whispering your ear with a smug smirk on his face made the three bystanders confused and the red blush that exploded on your face as you were dragged out only made the three blush in embarrassment when realising what happened.

"I'll get your adrenaline to rise, then you can see me all you want~" Your boyfriend whispered in your ear before you stilled in embarrassment and excitement, feeling your body grow hot and bothered at the thoughts of being with Gray while being dragged back to his place.
