It doesn't feel like that long once you've lived for a few centuries, but it does sort of suck. I got really good at painting one of my five-year stints. Good for hobbies, I guess.

And you've lived in this house your whole lives?

We move once every century. More, sometimes, depending on the social and political situations. We've had to move less and less since being a supernatural being was, you know, no longer illegal.
