Pit pay put pat

'oh that's just great, it just had to rain'
I thought in my head as I woke up from my nap. It is currently 8am and I'm really not a morning person nor am I a storm person. I Hate storms very much.

As I get up from my nice cozy bed, I walk out of my room into the hallway and make a left turn towards the bathroom, I do my lady buisness and walk out into the kitchen to be greeted by my mom.

"Hello deary" my mom says with a happy grin on her face dancing a little bit while she cooks breakfast

"Uh hi Mom, haha is their a reason your dancing around and smiling like you just won the lottery" I ask her as I take a seat at the dining table waiting to be served my cheesy eggs and bacon with waffles.

"Oh haha nothing to to special just happy to see my Zander  today, after you get done with breakfast I'm heading off to go meet him and his son's oh and his little 3 year old daughter" she smiles like an idiot and sets my food down with hers as well eating happily

"Mom you realise that you spend more time with this Zander guy and his family then you do with me, like seriously I'm actualy getting really irritated with you. After dad has left or well after you kicked him out. I don't think I even want another male in this house there just trou-" I got cut off by my mom slamming her hands down on the table glaring at me

" Rachel that is enough, I do spend time with you. I'm doing it right now am I not. And I still love you greatly, and I understand what happened between me and your father was very upsetting and maybe tragic to you but this man is different he is like my other half. You will meet him tomorrow with his two sons and daughter, and you better be on your best behaviour " she looks at me with a Stern look giving me the stair of ' you better behave'

"I'm sorry mom but I will not have anything to do with another man in my life who claims he will be my dad, I only have one dad and he dicidd to be a complete and total jackass, " I get up out of my seat and start to walk off to my room " rach I'm sorry ok, but things will get better" my mom says. But I just ignore her and head up to my room.
