He drove to the mall around 2 miles away from school. The mall too had been decorated for Halloween and there was a board outside about the sale. "Oh great! Hopefully we can get some food to eat too!" said Damian. Smiling, i shook my head at him. We entered a dress shop to a section that was filled with black costumes. "Perfect!" I said, as I found a black frock, exactly my size. "How do you think this'll look?" I asked Damian. "How will i know without you actually trying it on?" he questioned. "Hmmm, fair enough. Hold this!" I said, giving him my purse and jacket. I went to the dressing room and put the dress on. I looked in the mirror and remembered that I can't see myself in one. Removing the ponytail i was wearing, and wearing the scrunchie on my wrist, I went out of the room to Damian who was sitting on one of the chairs, his back turned towards me. "Hey." I said softly, and he turned around, gasped and got up. "Well...?" I asked, turning slowly. "How do I look?"

"I...i...i have... no words to... say... You, you look gorgeous. I..." he said, out of breath. I blushed for no reason and looked down. He came in front of me and pushed a strand of hair back. "Even though it's just a plain black dress, you look amazing in it." he smiled. i just looked up at him, when a piercing pain shot straight through my head. "OW" I said, clutching my head in one hand, and the other on Damian to keep my balance. It's been while since that happened! The last time it happened was before the Strikers attacked the Academy! It's the sign of danger! I thought. After a minute it stopped. "Hey, you ok?" Damian asked, straightening me. "Yeah I'm fine. I, I'll go n change." and went back and changed to my regular clothes. After paying for the dress, "Come on, let's get something to eat!" Damian said, and again pulled me along with. "You do realize that you have a VERY bad habit of pulling me around?" I said, laughing. "Well, that's one way to put it!" he said and laughed too. His laugh made me smile. But i still couldn't believe that i was falling for him. Wait a minute...
