Lana's pov

It's been 3 days. Y/n left for a vacation. She left Eunwoo with jungkook and lanie. Jimin has been trying to sort all this drama out. I had to get the girls home schooled just until the news of their dad went away. Hyuna and the girls haven't came back. It felt like a mess.

I leaned my head on Namjoon who's sitting next to me in the living room watching the 70s shows. His favorite character was Steven. Mine was Donna and Jackie. We were planning to have a movie marathon all day but Lanie called me upstairs because she couldn't find her other shoe.

"Have you checked under your bed?" Jhope asked coming from behind me

"I checked there already" she replied with arms crossed

"Maybe you left it downstairs" -Minji

"No I never leave my shoes lying around, because SOMEBODY told me they'll throw them away if I leave them scattered everywhere" -lanie

"That was probably Dad" -Minji

"How about the closet?" I asked. She sighs and shakes her head. "Already checked there." 

Everything goes silent and Lanie wides her eyes at the sound of a collar coming through the door. "YOU!!! YOU TOOK IT"

We all turned over and looked down to see yeontan biting lanie's shoe and looking at her with the most innocent eyes.

"Hey little guy that isn't going to work with me!" -lanie

We all laughed hard when yeontan was putting up a fight. He wasn't letting go of the shoe and it was more funny when lanie started barking at him. I thought this was gonna go on forever until we sudden heard a loud bang from downstairs.

Everybody froze. Jhope eyed me. Minji got closer to lanie who was holding onto yeontan tightly and I felt my anxiety rising. That was a gunshot.

I couldn't stay upstairs for another minute I had to run down to see what was going on.

"Lana slow down. Let me go first." -jhope

My body went weak at the sight in front of me. Their was people outside of our house shooting their way in. Everything felt slow motion. I was trembling. Minji was crying. Lanie was holding her. The guys were loading their guns. Jungkook is talking to me but I can't hear what he's saying.

"Are you listening to me?!" -jungkook

He shakes me and pulls us behind a wall for protection. "Lana we need you three to go upstairs. now."

"Kookie What is going on?"

"We'll explain later please listen to me."-jk

"I don't want to die." Lanie whispered with her tears flowing out. Her words hit jungkook hard. His voice was shaky and his breathing was increasing. "You won't."

I turned around and saw Namjoon and taehyung shooting at the guys outside. Their was a lot. My anxiety was getting the best of me it caused me to burst out into tears. Jungkook was shaking me trying to get me back into my senses but it was useless. Jimin finally approached me and I quickly threw myself on him. "Oh my god lana you're trembling."

"Jimin what is going on, I'm scared"

"Lana I need you to take the girls into our secret place." I don't say anything, I just stare at him. "You know what place I'm talking about right? The closet. Take them inside the secret room in there and don't come out until I tell you to."

"What is going on are we going to die?" Minji asked. He lets go of me and hugs both of our daughters. "Jungkook will take you girls somewhere safe." He gently says. yoongi ran to us with Eunwoo in his arms and he places him on lanies. "Jimin hurry up we don't have a lot of time." Jungkook grabs yeontan and takes the girls upstairs and I protest to stay down here but Jimin pushes me away. "Lana please go."

"No No No I won't leave you." He cups my face and I'm crying a river in his hands, "jimin I don't want to loose you" he wipes my tears and plants a kiss on my forehead. His eyes are shiny and red like their about to cry. "Lana I promise you and the girls, that'll you never lose me just please go in there and hide. Promise me you'll be safe please promise me you'll be okay?"

"Promise me the same thing"

"I promise." He pecks my lips over and over. My tears were scattered all over. Jimin was probably tasting them.

"Lana promise me" -jimin

"I promise"

"Please go be with the girls now." -jimin

"No Jimin Please let me stay I can help out."

"No we're dealing with guns. You know what happens if a bullet touches our head I can't risk loosing you. I wouldn't know what to tell the girls" -jimin

"Joon said bullets don't affect us."

"He lied to make you feel better please just fucking go. You're being way to fucking stubborn. Go." -jimin

Jungkook drags me away but I fight him off. I wasn't so strong since my anxiety was still here. I mumbled "暗い静脈" and my eyes closed for 5 seconds. As soon as I opened them I see a bit of dark red and I can feel the veins under my eyes popping out.

"LANA NO!" Jungkook yells noticing what I've done. Jin who was hiding behind the couch for protection noticed and looked up to jimin who was aiming outside.

I push kookie to the side and ran to shield jimin. I stare at his enemies and hurt them with just my glares. I forgot how this ability sucks up my energy. "Lana go away" Jimin yells but i was busy destroying the others. I couldn't keep up anymore. I felt like i was going to collapse any minute now.

Jimin's pov

I glance at Namjoon and he was spacing out staring deeply at Lana while bullets passed him.

"Taehyung cover Joon! His getting a vision!" I yell

The veins under Lana's eyes get lighter and lighter and that only meant she was about to give up. I shot a few people while making my way to her and a mysterious man suddenly stands in front of her. Everything is going in slow motion now. Joon pushes tae out of the way and runs to Lana as the guy pulls a gun out aiming straight at her head . My eyes widen as I ran to her too. He pulls the trigger and her blood splatters as joon tackled her to the floor for protection. I refused to tell myself it was hers But Namjoon doesn't bleed.

Anger takes over me. I look up at the guy and shoot his head multiple times. Yoongi, Jhope and taehyung on the other hand went on a rage and killed half of them.

Lanie's pov (Meanwhile all this is happening)

"Unnie I don't want to die." Minji cries in my shoulders. Eunwoo woke up crying because of all the gunshot noises. "Relax we won't die" I tell her calming myself from crying too. I lied. I didn't know if we were going to make it out alive either But I wanted to at least have some hope because that's what uncle Hoseok always taught me. To never lose hope.

"Do you have your phone with you?" I ask Minji. She nods her head, "there's no signal in here" she says placing her phone in my hand . I sighed and look up with tears wanting to fall from my eyes. We were sitting in the floor in a dark corner of a secret room waiting for dad to come up any minute to tell us this nightmare was over.

Minji leans her head back on my shoulder and I can feel her shaking so much. I wrapped an arm around her to bring her and Eunwoo who was holding yeontan, closer to me.

The gunshots didn't seem to stop and I was afraid of something happening to mom and dad. Their was a brief silent. Then a loud gunshot was heard and for some reason this one made my chest hurt. I clench my hand with Eunwoo's tightly and I burst out crying extremely hard. I unlocked Minji's phone and press jungkooks number but it would immediately take me to voice mail. I tried calling chanyeol but it wouldn't let me due to the signal.

Jimin's pov

I zoomed to Lana but Namjoon wasn't letting me get close to her. He had tears in his eyes and I was about to have a full breakdown in the middle of a shooting because of that.

Jin was hugging Lana and he was trying to keep her awake.

"Please hyung let me see her" I cried. He looses to me and scoots to the side. I grab her and pull her near me. "You broke our promise" I whisper. Her blood was staining me but I didn't care I was trying to stop it from coming out of her.

"So incredible how a vampire can bleed" Namjoon said forcing a smile.

Jin pats my back "it hit the side of her head let's just hope she makes it." He said it with shiny eyes.

Lana's eyes were halfway open. "Please stay with me baby. Don't leave me yet. Don't leave lanie and Minji yet." Her tears slide down and it was killing me slowly. "How can you be such an idiot I told you to hide." I told her. She weakly smiled. "I'm sorry." She mumbles between the pain.

"Stop talking you just got shot."

She places her hand on mine. Jungkook finally comes to us and tears up a little when he sees lana. "Jimin I'm tired" she says, "I really want to sleep."

"No! Don't sleep!" Jin yells.

"It's so hard not to." -Lana

"Stay awake for our kids. If you stay with me I promise I'll give you all the kids you want. Even tho vampires can't have kids we can break the rule and have a million."

She lets out a giggle And squishes my hand in a weak way and scrunches her eyebrows as a sign that she was in pain. "I don't want you to get punish."

"Please I'll give you anything just stay awake" i sternly say shaking her.

"Jimin be careful." -Namjoon

Her eyes are closing. She mumbles out a name but I can't figure out what she's saying. "Wake up!" I shake her again. Her eyes open. "Jimin I don't think I'll make it."

"You are it's almost over we just need a few more."

"If I don't make it I'll finally be able to see my best friend. I miss him so much." She cries

"What bestfriend?" I hold her tight to prevent her from shutting her eyes.

"My closest guy friend from 10th grade. Jiyong killed him. He took him away from me but I'll finally be able to see him. I miss him I miss you Jungwoo."

"Lana you cant die. I'll bring you back I'll find a way, chearin can help out"

"She can only help out hybrids."-Lana

"You're basically one. You bleed." -Namjoon

"We don't know that, she's an expirement Namjoon." Jin says in a sad tone.

"Remember what happened to Minji? She came back for us. So please just stay for us too."

She nods, her eyes half way close. Jin picked her up and zoomed thru all the bullets into the nurse room. "I can't let you go, I'm sorry" he mumbles. Lana reaches her arm out and touches his cheek. "You just really want me around huh?" She weakly smiles. Jin smiles between tears and nods.

"Without you we wouldn't be the same, that's why we need you around." He tells her while taking his surgery supplies out. "I'll have to inject you some of this medicine to make you go numb."

"It's fine."

We were both surprised at the fact she let herself get injected. Jin didn't waste time he started doing his thing while the others finished and came in to get little baggies of blood to regain their lost strength.

"Jimin I'm so sorry I couldn't protect her I tried but-" I cut Namjoon off. I was grateful for what he at least achieved. "No hyung don't be sorry if it wasn't for you that bullet could've gone straight through her brain."

"I tried doing what I can. My vision told me lana was going to die so I had to react fast." -Namjoon

"What?" -jhope

"I got a vision of Lana getting shot in the forehead and I had to react quick to prevent it from happening."

"You kinda did a great job reacting too quickly cause the shot Lana got only hit her in the side of her head but it was still deep, almost close to the brain." -Jin

"I don't know how long she's gonna be knocked out for. Let's just pray the shot doesnt affect much. Usually this type of injuries make people loose their memory." -Jin

I shiver runs down my spine. I can't imagine a world where Lana doesn't remember who I am. Or who her family is.

"Jimin I think you should go get the girls" -jhope

I wipe my tear as I made my way upstairs. I don't know how lanie and Minji are going to react to this but it won't be good.

"Minji? Lanie?" I call out

Eunwoo is the first one and he runs to me scared. He's shaking a lot and I pick him up to comfort him. "Hey little guy, it's all over now. You're okay please don't cry" I can feel him calm down slowly at every back rub I give him.
I place him down and Minji rushes out of the door and throws herself on me. "Dad I'm so scared." She cries. "Please tell me it's done."

"Minji it's over." Her grip on me gets tighter but I can hear the little sigh she made.

Lanie comes out and her makeup looks dark under her eyes. "Wheres mom?" Was the first thing she asked. I hug her tight and there was a moment of silence between all of us. "Dad where is she? Is she okay? Please tell me she's okay."

I stare at her and hung my head down low. I tried to stop my tears from building up but it was hopeless. They still came out. Lanie looks at me and bursts out crying. "What happened to her?"

"She got shot"

Minji cries into my chest and lanie storms out of the room holding eunwoo.

"W-will She be okay?" -Minji

"Lets hope she will. Your mom is the strongest woman I've ever met. She can do this."
