(Flame's POV)

I was laying on my bed sobbing nonstop. I can't escape from this castle, if I try, I'm afraid that Sonic will punish me..

Now I'm going to become his wife for who knows how long...

That also means that I won't ever see my brother again...

(Flashback...)

6 year old Flame was playing with her toys inside of her and her brother's home.

The door opened, revealing a black hedgehog with red streaks on his quills and ruby red eyes. He was hiding a blue present behind his back.

Little Flame saw her older brother as she ran over and hugged his leg. "Big bwother! You're home!" She squeaked.

The ebony hedgehog chuckled and patted her head. "Hello, little sis. Have you been good while I was gone?" He asked, earning a nod from her.

"Mhm! I made sure to lock all the doors and windows in the house, to make sure that intruders don't get inside!" Little Flame said.

"That's my baby sis." The hedgehog named Shadow said while smiling. "I also brought a little something for you."

"Weally?! What is it?! What is it?!" Little Flame jumped up and down excitedly.

Shadow brought out the present from behind his back and handed it to her. "Here you go, sis."

Little Flame sat down on the ground and opened up the present, revealing a golden amulet with a red fire symbol shaped gemstone on it. "Wow! What is it, big brother?!"

"It's a Fire Amulet. It'll help you control your powers." Shadow knelt down to her and took out the amulet from the box. He then put it around little Flame's neck. "There, it fits you perfectly."

Little Flame smiled brightly and hugged him. "Oh thank chu, big bwother! I'll never take it off!"

Shadow smiled and hugged her back. "You're very welcome, little sister. I always love to see you happy."

(End of flashback...)

(Still Flame's POV)

Shadow was always there for me....even in the messiest situations...

Now...I won't be there for him, now that I'm trapped in this castle...forever..
