(Normal POV)

Flame continued walking through the dark hallway, the only source of light was the torch in her hand.

"Hmm..." She looked around. Then she suddenly heard what sounded like....running?

"What the-?" She looked down the hallway and saw the guards running towards her. Her eyes widened in shock as she turned around and started running the other way, but two of the guards appeared in front of her. "Ah!" She gasped.

The guards grabbed both of her arms. "You're coming with us, pretty girl." They smirked.

"Let me go!" Flame struggled to get free, but no success.

"Our king wishes to meet you, that's all." The guards spoke as they walked with her.

"King?" Flame blinked.

In a few minutes, they made it to the throne room, where Sonic was waiting for them.

"Ah, there you are." He smirked.

"H-Huh?" Flame looked over and saw him. "What the...?"

"Good job, you three." Sonic said to the guards as he stood up. "Now release her and leave us." He demanded.

The guards nodded and let go of Flame's arms before bowing and walking away.

Sonic chuckled slightly as he slowly stepped towards Flame.

Flame saw him coming closer and tried to back away, but she was just...frozen all of a sudden.

"Hello there, my dear. I bet you're wondering why my guards brought you here to me, correct?" Sonic said, the smirk remaining on his face.

"W-Who are you?" Flame asked quietly.

"I am Sonic, King of Vampires. And you, my dear..." Sonic gently held her chin, making her look up at him. "...Are going to become my new Queen~"

Flame's eyes widened slightly. "Q-Queen?"

"Yesss." Sonic nodded in reply.

"O-Oh um...I appreciate the offer, your...uh...Vampireness, but I don't think I'm cut out to be a queen." Flame said, gently removing his hand from her chin.

"But my dear, you must become my queen. I am so lonely ruling this kingdom all on my own." Sonic begged her as he grabbed her hands.

"I-I'm sorry, but I can't. You're just gonna have to find another queen besides me." Flame moved her hands away from him. She then turned around, about to walk away, until she felt a hand grip onto her arm. "Huh?"

"If you refuse to become mine, then I'll force you to do so." Sonic growled as his eyes glowed neon green. "Guards!"

The three guards ran up to them. "Yes, your majesty?"

"Take Flame to her new room. She's going to be my bride." Sonic ordered them.

"H-How did you know my name?" Flame asked him.

"Heheh.." Sonic tapped the side of his head, smirking. "I can read minds."

The guards grabbed Flame and then took her upstairs.

Once they got up there, they pushed her into a room. "Enjoy your stay." They laughed and closed the door, locking it.

Flame sat up and looked around. The walls in the room were red, the carpet was dark blue, and there was a red, blue, and brown queen sized bed.

She sighed sadly as she leaned her back against the wall. "What am I going to do now...?"
