Chapter 5
____________Your POV_____________
When you returned to your apartment, you quickly started to pack the essentials.
You grabbed your toothbrush, toothpaste, a lot of shirts and pants, and a few other 'lady' things.
"Okay, I'm ready." You say as you grab you large suitcase.
"Is that it?" Levi asks, almost surprised that you were only carrying one suitecase.
"Yeah, you did say to pack only the essentials." You say as you walked past Levi, lugging the suitcase behind you.
You heard Levi click his tounge, before grabbing the suitcase from your hands.
"T-Thanks." You say, as you watched Levi easily carry the suitcase down the stairs.
"Tch, we're in a hurry, and I don't want to keep waiting on your sorry ass." Levi says, but resfuses to make eye contact with you.
"Yeah, but still thank you." You say gratefully, as you walked behind Levi.
After walking down the stairs, you stand outside looking around for a car that Levi might have.
"Tch, dumbass, come over here." Levi calls over to you, and you make your way towards Levi.
____________Levi's POV____________
I saw (F/N) looking for something.
'Must be thinking that I have a car or something.' I think, as I decided to call (F/N) over.
Once she was close enough, I grabbed her around the waist with me free hand, before warping us to my house.
I feel (F/N) stumble out of my grasp, I look over to see that (F/N) was hunched over, her hands on her knees, gasping for air, as she tries to regain her breath.
I then realized something.
"I did tell you to hold your breath, right?" I asked, and she looked up at me, shaking her head 'no'.
"Oops." I say, earning a half hearted glare from her.
After she managed to regain her breath, we both began walking inside the medium sized building, that was otherwised known as my home.
It wasn't too extravagant, it was just large enough to house about two or three people, there were three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, and living room.
As I unlocked the door, I hear (F/N) say "Wow, this is such a nice place."
"Tch, and I expect you to keep it that way." I mumble.
As I gave her a short tour of my home, she then said out of nowhere.
"Your OCD, aren't you?"
I stumbled a bit, before regaining my composure.
I then say "Tch, I'm not OCD."
"Then explain to me why this house is so neat and clean." She says crossing her arm, as she smirks.
"Isn't it normal to have your house clean?" I say, as I too cross my arms.
"Yes, but this house is too neat and clean." She says, still keeping her smirk on her face.
"I'm not OCD." I grumbled.
"Okay, then I hope you don't mind, if I do this." She says as she was about to walk on my carpet, with her filthy shoes on.
"Don't. You. Dare." I hiss.
"See, OCD." She smiles in victory.
"Yeah, whatever." I grumbled to myself as (F/N) gives a slight laugh.
After (F/N) set her stuff up, in the guest room, she begins to look into my fridge, only to find nothing in it. She then checks the cabnits next, but again nothing.
"Don't you have any food here?" She asks, and I raise my eyebrow, and gave her a look that basically said 'I'm a fucking vampire, I don't need to eat food.'
She immediately realizes her mistake.
"Oh right, sorry, I forgot." She mumbles as she gives me a lopsided grin, while scratching the back of her neck.
"Tch, wait here." I say, as I warp speed to a nearby convenience store, by going to an alleyway, so no one could see me warp.
I casually walk into the store, before purchasing some food, and walking out, then going back into the alleyway, and then warping to my house once more, where I find (F/N) sitting down comfortably on a chair, reading book.
She looks over the book, before carefully setting it down, and walking to where I am.
"So how much do I owe ya?" She asks as she pulls out her wallet.
"Nothing." I say as I throw the bag to her, whick she barely manages to catch.
"Ah, that reminds me, what am I going to do about jobs?" She asked.
"Jobs?" I question.
'I thought she only worked at that convenience store?' I think as I raise an eyebrow, waiting for an explaination.
"Yeah, jobs, I work three of them, so I was wondering what I'm going to do about it?" She asks, as she explains.
"Quit." I say simply.
"I can't do that." She says back.
"Why?" I question.
"Ah, well, I need my jobs in order to pay for my rent, food, clothes, ect." She says.
"But why so many?" I ask.
"Keeps me busy, I guess." She says, rubbing her neck.
"Tch, fine, but your only keeping one job." I say sternly.
"Fine, and I know which job too." She says excitedly.
"Which one?" I ask, curiously.
"My third one, luckily my third job wants me to come in tomorrow." She says.
"Tch, what do you do at this job?" I ask.
"You'll find out tomorrow." She says smugly.
I click my tounge in annoyance.
"Fine." I hiss.
"Great, well goodnight Levi, and thank you again for everything." She says, before returning to her room.
Once I hear the door click shut, I begin to get into contact with people at the Scouts, giving them information on (F/N), and what had happened within the last 24 hours.
After telling Erwin, Hanji, and Mike about everything I know, they agreed to help her out, but under the condition that I would keep my eyes on her, which I easily agreed to.
'Tomorrow is going to be a busy day.' I think as I sit down on the couch, and began to read a book, waiting for (F/N) to wake up, and get ready for her job.
