A recap of all the major events so far. If I miss anything lemme know.

Humans-

~Prologue~

Erou, Parris and Viktoria are in a bar. A vampire attacks parris set off by her crystal and Erou helps kill it.

Then the two hear a baby crying. They rush outside to see a injured  vampire holding a baby. The vampire puts the baby down before disappearing.

Erou picks up the child and in a panic runs to his room and closes the door. Parris checks up on him before leaving the Viktoria comes and manages to get Erou out. She gives the baby a teddy bear.

Later that night Erou disappears into the night.

~Vampires~

Alessandro sneaks out into the night to visit his friend. He stops by a shop and there meets Lord Thomas and Elijah.

After a bit of mix up and talk the trio go to Elijahs Garden to some flowers and flower crowns before going to see Alessandro's friend.

They go into the border forest to clearing where they see a grave. Turns out Malcolm, Alessandro's friend, is dead.

Alessandro spends some time at the grave before comforting Elijah. The trio head back into town and see guards holding Vylad at the command of Ophelia.

Thomas tries to sneak away but a crowd traps him. A 13 year old human approaches him and tries to help.

Alessandro gets into a argument with Ophelia telling her to let his brother go. It's revealed that they suspect Vyald had killed Ophelias sister and that Malcolm is considered a traitor.

Elijah speaks up to help but gets slapped by Ophelia. Alessandro grabs her wrists furious she had slapped him but a ancient council vampire tells him to let go off her.

He information everyone that Ophelia was the new monarch of the vampires till Alessandro could prove himself worthy to be king.

The guards come to take Alessandro back to the castle but he fights them off. The ancient vampire uses a sleep spell to knock him out and take him back.

Elijah tries to free Alessandro from their grasp but fails and is fortunate enough to escape with his life.

While this is all happening, Lyra, a human blood bag tries to escape during the commotion but is caught and taken back.

As she is being taken away time stops. A cloaked figure gives her a pocket watch, telling her to show it to a man with two masks, and that when she does he will take off one mask. Also, if she ever needs time to be on her side to save a friend, to press a certain button on the watch.

He slips it into her pocket and time resumes as normal.

ONLY LYRA AND THE CLOAKED MAN KNOW ABOUT THE POCKET WATCH AND WHAT IT DOES.

(Note- i am going to add a new rule. Your characters only know what they have been told or experienced.  They do not know what hasn't been told or they haven't experienced. If they do they must have a reason and ask first please.)

-Chapter 1-

7 years have past since the prologue.

~Humans~

A little girl heads into the market of a small rural village. She heads up to the stall where Viktoria was buying fruit. Her stomach grumbles and Viktoria buys her a basic of fruit.

Nervously the girl accepts the food, not sure whether to trust this stranger as her guardian had told her to be careful around others.

A new stranger approaches, trying to be friendly but unfortunately simply scared the little girl.

Things do not go particularly well and the girl runs off.

~Vampires~

Vyald has been suspected of working with a vampire hunter to kill Alu, Ophelias sister.

Queen Ophelia takes this opportunity to plan for war against the humans.

Alessandro, caged up in the castle for 7 years, escapes one more into the night. This time with his blood bag Kitty.

He walks into the town laying low heading towards the entrance to the town.

Meanwhile, in a dark alleyway, a vampire harasses a 20 year old human for a little 'extra' to go with the blood he had sold. The human, weak from being drained, was unable to fight back.

Some ignored the situation till Thomas, now a widower, intervenes and fightens off the vampire with threats of punishment and the Queen. The human thanks Thomas for helping him before passing out.

Thomas, disgusted walks off leaving the human in the alleyway. Alessandro comments on how he had become cold as he passes him by. Alessandro walks up to the human and picks him up.

The cloaked man approaches Alessandro, calling himself Tock.

Meanwhile a little girl grabs Thomas's leg. In response he yells at her and scares her off.

Charlie and co go to comfort the girl who edelhard gets into a fight with Thomas,  causing Alessandro to intervene.

While Tock encourages them to fight then discourages them.

Edelhard eventually pushes Thomas who storms off back home.

As Thomas storms off Tock yells asking if anyone wanted to see a magic tricks before clapping his hands and warping them to human lands.

Charlie tries to wander off but Alessandro tells the group to stay together as the humans would kill them if they identified them as vampires.

As he is saying this Thomas walks off.
