6) Just some little background info. Firstly, magic exists in this world.

Secondly, everyone can use magic.

Thirdly, Vampires are waaaay less fertile then humans.

Fourthly, there are very few humans in the vampire lands. Only a few exceptions. The craziest. Same for the human kingdom, everyone who turns gets kicked out to the vampire kingdom in a not so pleasant manner. Only ones there are hidden.

Fifthly, only turned and hybrids can become feral. Once a turned turns feral they will remain feral until given a cure or killed. Sadly it doesn't seem like anyone knows the cure.

Sixthly, neither side likes hybrids. They're can without warning go feral and are extremely dangerous. Game. Once it is discovered someone is a hybrid everyone will try to kill them.

Seventhly, (last one I swear-) sunlight does not kill vampires. You've ever. Instead it really badly burns then and makes them slightly sparkle as they burn.

7) you can only kill other people ocs with permission, but you can kill your own ocs whenever. Played. They're your ocs do what you want.

8. Don't be a Mary sues or op. Have some variety

10. The password is hidden in the rules. It's a question and you have to answer it
