"Long before time had a name Ninjago was created by the first spinjitsu master -" Wu said about to narrate the story,  then Artemis interrupts him
" Uncle Wu we've all heard that tale,  what about we mix it up a bit shall we?"
Artemis cracked her knuckles and she clears her throat
" a long long long long long time ago my grandfather created this big mass of land called Ninjago along with 4 gold super charged weapons handled by my friends the ninja. We all know what they are,  the nunchucks of lightning,  sword of fire,  the shurkins of ice and the scythe of quakes, they control life itself " she smirked and she said " the part of the story they didn't tell you was the guy that was banished was my dad and the younger brother was my uncle , "she sighs and she said " and the ninja recovered the weapons and my older brother became the green ninja at the ripe age of 13 and i was 11 , but due to the tommorow's tea , we aged pretty quickly. "

Artemis said "alas i am still doomed to my brothers shadow "

She said "now you have background , let's begin our story in the biggest city in ninjago , New ninjago city "

Our story begins at Wu's Academy full of brat- i mean students and Artemis is in her classroom

Artemis rubs her temples and she says to herself
" i swear those brats give me a headache ..."
Kai stands by the door way in a cocky posture , sporting a sly smirk
"and who are you talking too , babe?"
Artemis growled a little at the flirtatious ninja
" shut up Kai , I'm not in the mood for your stupid flirts right now "
Kai replied in a challenging tone
" why don't you come over here and make me , missy?"
Artemis grew angrier at his use of that annoying nickname
" don't start what you can't finish"
Kai smirked and responded
" who are you to talk? you have no powers"
Artemis huffed thinking about a snappy comeback and then she smirked
" neither do you or the guys, you lost them remember "
The fire ninja or former fire ninja muttered in annoyance
'Oh yeah'
Artemis smirked in victory and moking him
" who are you to talk? you have no powers"
She winced at her headache and she got out a bottle of ibuprofen and she took 2 of them

It was storming , rains were pouring down like a waterfall , thunder and lightning cracks across the black and cloudy sky  , there was no stars or moon out .  It was heartbreaking , i was alone. No home, no father, no mother , no brother.  Hot, sorrowful tears made their way down my pale, freakled cheeks.
"Hey , sweetie where are your parents?" A rich voice asked me , i looked up.
Standing there was a dark skinned woman, with curly brown hair and kind brown eyes, she was wearing a white t-shirt, a black leather jacket and a pair of ripped jeans and white converse
I said in a timid shy voice
"I-I don't know ma'am "
The mysterious woman replied " oh you poor thing , let's get you dry"
After 15 minutes of walking we came to her apartment building and we got on the elevator and headed up to the 4th floor and we got out of the elevator and we went inside her apartment
" honey the bathroom is over there , if you wanna take a shower "
She handed me a towel and clothes
I thanked her and i went in the bathroom and i took a shower and put the clothes on and i went to the living room
As i sat down the nice lady handed me a mug of hot chocolate
" so what's your name baby?"
I replied shyly
" A-Artemis ma'am "
I blew on the hot chocolate
The woman smiled and she said " that's a pretty name , I'm Shania but you can just call me big mama, everyone does"

Artemis sighed as she put her head on the desk in exaustion
' what am i going to do' she thought to herself
The phone rang loudly and Artemis grabbed the phone and answered it
" Hello?"
A lady on the other side of the phone answered her greeting
"Evil is coming, Armageddon is coming!"
Artemis furrowed her brows in confusion , she was weirded out by this random phone call as it was, no she was really creeped out
" Who are you?" She asked cautiously
The lady replied
" no time to explain who i am,  the overlord is back !"
Artemis huffed " lady your crazy,  you need help and please lose this number "
Artemis hung up believing it was a prank call but she was divided into two,  was the lady telling the truth or was it a delusion of a deminted elderly woman?
She was thinking about it so harshly she didn't hear her brother walk in
Lloyd greeted " hello?," Lloyd waved his hand by her eyes " ninjago to Artemis?"
Artemis looked up to see her blonde brother, she got up in a flash and hugged him tightly like a boa constricting around it's prey.
" I missed you,  big brother!"
Lloyd chuckled at his sister's childish behavior
" i missed you too, sis"
The pair walked out of the room they were talked about the new with them, Lloyd was talking about getting awards and Artemis made occasional comments  ..... well until a certain loud mouth shouted
" Artemis!"
The raven haired girl turned around to face the cheery ginger eye to eye
"Yes?"
" we," Jay huffed trying to catch his breath " have ," he huffed once again " a field trip "
Artemis said " to where?"
Jay said as he instantly perked up
" Borg industries!"
He squealed
Artemis rolled her eyes smiling
Jay said " oh and your one of the chaperones!"
Artemis grumbled angerly
Lloyd proceeded to laugh at his sister
"When is it?" Artemis inquired
Jay said "Tommorow!"
Artemis said " ok thanks for letting me know "
A part of Artemis had a bad feeling about this field trip,  but a part of her denied that there was something up.
Oh boy, hopefully her bad feeling was just paranoia
