"Wait, hold up," I shouted stopping them from going anywhere.

"You can't just walk up to wherever it is, we need to get more information first. If only I had my laptop with me. We need to go back and get it."

"Where is it," Jody asked.
" It's in my hotel room."
And then she was gone, in seconds she appeared back holding my laptop.

" Oh, or we could do that. We have to go to a safer place, we don't want people casually strolling in here."

" Don't worry about that, no one can come in. I am still wondering how you were able to get in." Meg stated.

" Huh? I wasn't meant to enter?."

"Do not concern yourself with it."

" Okay."

Opening my laptop I entered into my special program and began working. This was even harder than the police station, there were so many security. I wondered if these buildings was actually a front for something else entirely.

I managed to take over control of the cameras in the building.

We sat still while I controlled the cameras, we searched for something out of place, anything that will show something was off. We kept looking, from one room, to another, but found nothing.

We needed another plan.

" You said you can feel the aura right? So can you try to locate the exact location of where its coming from?" I asked.

" Okay, we will try it."

They all sat still, with eyes closed. After a while. Their eyes shot wide open, they all placed a hand to their chest while breathing hard.

"Hey, what happened, did you get it?"
" No. There is something there. Its protecting the orb, as we searched for it, it kicked us out," Wulf growled out.

" There is something there that isn't human also? Did the Elders send another person again?"

"No, that is no Valkyrie. It is a demon, and a powerful one." Jody said.

" It's not possible, something is very wrong. No supernatural can be in your world, and be that powerful," Wulf added.

" I don't understand, but you're here, and you're a supernatural?"

" Yes, we are, but it's different. You see, your world is protected from all supernatural races. There is a seal around your world that protects you, it can be breached but at a cost.

The males in our world carry a lot of energy and presence, while females carry lesser. We females can survive for a while with only a quarter of our energy, but the males find it hard to survive at all with half their energy.

That is why the best of the female warriors were sent. But our energies had to be taken away, which makes us weaker.

The seal only allows the weak, like humans  pass through. So even if you force your way in, the seal will filter that energy out and render you useless.

But at the same time. We were blessed with a mortality spell. Which allowed us to hold a quarter of our energy and still carry the presence of a mortal," Jody explained.

"You see why it's a surprise that there is a demon here with that much energy?" Wulf finished.

I honestly still didn't fully process everything, but I understood what they basically meant. They were screwed.

Before I could give a comment, Meg spoke.

" I have a plan."

We all looked at her, but she remained quiet, I turned to look at the others only to realize that they all had a glaze on their eyes.

Oh, so they were communicating and leaving me out of it. I signed.

After a while, the all turned to look at me.

"JJ, this is quite a difficult task we ask of you. But we will need your help.

I can't believe they are actually using me like this. It is a dangerous mission for god sake. And I didn't sign up for this at all.

They even used my own words against me, it wasn't fair. When I said I was the boss, it was for basic and simple things. Not on a suicide mission.

I was presently dressed in the most magnificent dress ever. A red long shinning gown, it was sleeveless. It was fitted and tight around the body to my knee, then it fell open to look like a fish tail.

Its soft material sparkled and glittered around my soft, slightly tan skin. The makeup I had on looked exquisite, it popped out my brown, dull eyes making it shine. In general, I looked too fine to die.

So I went to the ladies room. On getting there, I placed my earpiece in my ear, picked my walkie talkie from my clutch and pressed the right buttons.

" JJ here. Over." I said

" Jody here. Over."

"Meg here. 'Then a long sigh, before a very silent over."

"Wulf here." Then silence, another long silence, before an angry and rough," over."

Laughing out loud in pure amusement. That was hilarious, I had to force them to do that. What was the point of a walkie talkie, if we didn't say "over".

"Alright do what you have to do, everyone is at dinner now. Over." I said.

" Ok, you know what you have to do. JJ, open your mind and allow us to lead you towards the orb.
Don't worry as a human, whatever is there won't hurt you.

When you are close enough we will stop you. And then we will take it from there okay?"

I kept silent till,
"Over?"

"Now we are together. Control my mind mother controller, over," I said laughing.

Hot air immediately filled my head, and it made me feel a little bit dizzy.

I started walking out the door, as if something was calling me, I didn't feel like I was being controlled at all.

But I felt the need to go somewhere. As if something was drawing me to it, I could hear small whispers coming from my earpiece, but I didn't pay attention to it. I needed to get to what was calling me, it was weird. I actually wanted to get to it at every cause, and my gown was only slowing me down.

I kept going down some stairs, I
was sure I didn't see when I hacked the cameras.

Going down the stairs slowly, my sixth sense kicked in. "Oh boy, I was so dead."

Instead of feeling it in just my fingers, my whole hands were on fire. I stopped walking and tried to turn around, but I couldn't.

My legs were glued to the floor, I tried to raise my legs but it was impossible.

Then I heard footsteps. It was coming from below the stairs. Before I could do anything about it, a man came face to face with me.

" Hey, what are you doing here."

I opened my mouth to speak, but I couldn't. "What is wrong with me? Oh my God."

" I am talking to you, young lady, you need to leave, the party is on the other side."

"Oh God, what is happening." I could hear my name echoing through the earpiece, I could see the man coming closer to me. But I stood still, I couldn't do anything. My heart raced.

Everything became dead silent. The only thing I could hear was the sound of my beating heart increasing it's pace.

The tingles on my hands were no more tingles. The fire, burned my entire hands, but I still couldn't move, speak or hear anything. Everywhere became a daze. I couldn't see anything except the man. Every step he made, the slight protruding of his left hip as he walked. Even how he rested his weight more on his right side.

I could hear the jingle of keys in his back pockets, the amount of times he blinked. And even when he took his hand behind him to bring out a gun, I could see it all.

He raised the gun high to shoot me. But I wasn't there anymore. I was already flying towards him, I didn't have control over my own body.

I kicked him with all my strength on his left knee, making him release an agonizing scream. But even before it could echo around the hall, his head was smashed against the wall making him fall limp.

I woke up from the trance I was at. Only to realize what I had done. "Oh my God, what happened, what is wrong with me." I stumbled back from the man on the floor, falling on my butt, and crawling away. Tears poured out of my eyes. " What did I do? I killed a man." My throat ran dry, I couldn't think properly.

I sat on the floor crying my heart out. I could remember every thing that I did. Is something wrong with me, my head started to hurt, I felt that hot air once again. The pain in my head exploded. I felt faint, I was in so much pain, my tears couldn't stop pouring out.
Until I heard loud footsteps coming down the stairs. And I was pulled into a hug.

" It's ok, we're here, shhhh we're here for you. What happened?
