Jeremy: Good evening I'm Jeremy Donaldson Our main story tonight. "Knights with tanks" The invasion of German-speaking medieval armored-like soldiers equipped with World war two weapons on the city of Tokyo cause widespread death and destruction in the Japanese Capital, "World reacts the aftermath" The world's reactions to the invasion and its aftermath. All nation's military and police are on high alert for a possible similar attack on their nation.  I'll be reporting on both of the stories, "Emergency Meeting", The United Nation called a Special session about the invasion as they finally get their act together after years of incompetence and according to the critics " The League of Nation 2.0". And "Mediocre talks", another worthless opinion from the Mediocre celebrities who think they are relevant in a time of crisis Megan will interview some celebrities about their lives and opinions. That is all coming up on tonight's National Nightly News

Jeremy: It's been almost two weeks since the invasion of the East Europa Imperial Alliance also known as the Empire in the City of Tokyo. The Empire launches a surprise attack through a portal known as the gate. This s attack caught civilians and police off guard. Eyewitness reports that the gate appears out of nowhere and right in the middle of the traffic.

Jeremy: Equipped with World War Two-like equipment the Imperial army manages to capture Six wards in the city of Tokyo.  besiege the imperial palace and Tokyo Station. They also attack embassies during the invasion of the diplomatic district and they manage to breach the national diet. 

CCTV Footage of the Imperials breaches the national diet and another one shows the House of councilor where the dozen of Imperials enter and one puts the imperial flag in the speaker seat.

Jeremy: The United State and the Japanese Self Defense Force arrive to halt the advance and retake the city. The imperial manage to send broadcasts thru the captured reporters.

Jeremy: The U.S and JSDF launch the counter-attack with support from the navy and the air force. Despite all the efforts and quick response, it lasted for a week before they finally liberate the wards and drove the invaders back to the gate. Most of the fighting is in the Ginza district

Jeremy: According to the joint statement from the Ministry of Defense and the United State Forces in Japan. A total of 155 soldiers were killed 35 are U.S Forces 120 of them are JSDF. The Spokesman of the Tokyo Police department says that they lost about 700 of their finest police officers who protect and defend the civilians even if they are outnumbered and outgunned. In the diplomat district, some embassy is under attack some are fallen such as France, Italy, Israel, Thailand, India, Pakistan, and South Korea. Other embassies have been besieged such as U.S and Russian Embassy. As for the Empire casualties according to an update from the Military, more than 60,000 Imperial casualties and 1,500 armored vehicles were destroyed or disabled half of which are their tanks.

Jeremy: More than 6,000 civilians lost their lives including tourists who visit the city at the time of the attack. More than 1,000 civilians missing presumably taken to the other side of the gate. This is the largest casualties in Japan since World War Two and the first time foreign armed forces invade the Japanese home island since the Mongol attempted invasion of Japan in 1281.

Jeremy: The whole world is now on high alert. In the United States, the National guards have been deployed in major cities any gun ban and gun restriction has been temporarily lifted and high demand for firearms for civilians to defend themselves and their property. In Russia, the Russian Government orders their republics and oblast to form a militia and inform the authorities if there is suspicious activity. In the United Kingdom tanks are positioned in strategic points and important buildings such as the parliament and Buckingham Palace. In France, the national guards patrol the streets of Paris and other major cities. There is a report that a third of the North Korea Military in the DMZ has been transferred to Pyongyang according to the south Korean defense minister. The  North Korean state-run news channel announced that the transfer of troops is a Precautionary measure in case a gate appears in the capital. South Korea has activated its reserve and is now on high alert all able-bodied males who finish their 2-year mandatory service are now preparing to mobilize. In China tanks and soldiers are positioned around Tiananmen square as the People's Liberation Army is now on high alert. The Chinese government also orders its citizens to show their digital Id cards and for foreigners their passports at the checkpoint in Beijing and other major cities. In the middle east, The Assad Government and the rebels declared a unilateral ceasefire for the defense of Syria against a potential attack from the Imperials. Israel and Palestine agree on joint patrol and defense of Jerusalem and the old city while in Gaza Hamas contact Israel and Egypt to Assist them In case of gate appear in Gaza Strip. In South America, Brazil recommissioned its old aircraft carrier for the defense of Rio De Janeiro, The Venezuela government called the Armed forces and the Bolivarian Militia to prepare for two potential Invasion one is the Imperialist  U.S invasion and the other potential Imperial Invasion although the latter is more concern than the U.S invasion. In Africa, the African Union announced they will help the nations state of Africa in case the gate appeared and provide military Support 

All nations have their military on high alert and provide security to the Important buildings and Palace. Soldiers manded a checkpoint, Tank was unloaded from the truck transporter. Pack of customers in the gun store buy guns ranging from pistols to Assault rifles.  Civilians signed to join the militia while the militia officer gave them uniforms and guns. Others teach them to assemble their guns others fire their guns at the shooting range

Jeremy: As of right now, an emergency assembly meeting happening at U.N Headquarters in New York to discuss the events that happened in Tokyo. That's all coming up after this break

U.N Secretary-General: Members of the U.N we will start our discussion about the gate and the battle of Tokyo

Representative of Switzerland: The first obvious question is how the gate appears in the middle of a city?

Representative of Japan: According to our reports it appears out of nowhere our citizens thought it was just a movie prop?

Representative of Uganda: So you're telling us it appears out of nowhere in the middle of the traffic like magic

All representatives erupt for a while but eventually calm down

Representative of the U.K: If that gate can appear out of nowhere it can appear in any of our nations!  I propose  to  deploy on the other side of the gate we must gain a foothold on the new world if we want to counter-attack against the invaders

Representative of France: He's right! they attack our embassy and manage to kill our ambassador. 

Representative of Japan: I'm sorry to your ambassador but we can't allow other national troops besides the United States unless there will be a new treaty. 

Representative of the Philippines: With all due respect Japan it's no longer you and the U.S problem it's our problem now. all of our armies are now on a high alert destroying the gate is not an option. If your government decided to destroy the gate it will cause my people who were kidnapped by those bastards on the other side of the gate. And if you deny our access to that gate. you denying our people and the other nationalities to rescue from those imperials Bastards!

The majority of the assembly raised their voices in favor some are pounding the table. 

Representative of the U.S: Also I propose a coalition of nations similar to what we did in Korea and Kuwait. the United States and U.N will provide payment for the reconstruction of parts of Tokyo and establish a base in Japan. If we don't attack any of our nations will be the next target by the invaders

Representative of Russia: We need to go now the more we wait the more enemy prepares for another attack on our countries

The debate continues and in the end, the whole world agreed. a unanimous vote for adopting the new resolution. The security council passed resolutions 2421 and 2422 a declaration of war and the formation of the Coalition army. Another U.N resolution is for the reconstruction of Tokyo

In the Federation Palace

The Federation council led by Head Councilor Christopher has a meeting alongside the council representatives of the Federation. The council are consist of 25 federation  members all are elected by their member states every 5 years and they only serve three terms

Head Councilor Christopher: So you telling me that the Empire was defeated?

Federation General: Yes sir

The council began to uproar the Head Council raise his hand to calm them down and say the general to continue

Federation General: According to the intelligence and confirmation from the Imperial news agency. The Empire has been defeated during a 1-week battle.  according to the intelligence, the outworlder posses tanks almost invincible their tanks look like a heavy tanks but move faster. The Infantry Vehicles says they manage to destroy or disable armored units. There is a rumor the outworlder possesses a flying that can break the speed of sound and a single flying machine managed to destroy the columns of imperial tanks even the heaviest one

This made the entire council shocked and amaze but they have some doubts about the outworlder

Councilman 1: This is bad what if there are the same as the empire but triple the power that the federation and empire combine

Councilman 2: We could use them as a potential ally against the empire. An Enemy of my enemy is a friend

Councilman 4: True but we must be careful we don't know who they are. And what they are fighting for

Councilman 3: What about you your excellency what do you think about those outworlders?

All council eyes are on Christoper. Christoper thinks for a moment until he finally decides

Head Councilor Christopher: I am going to admit I am worried about the power of the outworlder, in fact, I contact the President of USV about this. As for now the eyes of the outworlder is in the empire we must gather information on the Outworlder both military and Government. I decided we will be diplomatic, unlike that arrogant empire. But I hope they are not fascist and totalitarian we cannot afford another Empire.

In every Imperial city, the citizens head to the nearby newspaper stands to buy and read the latest article expedition on the other world. Others read in the public newsstand near the tram station, metro, Parks, and other public places to read the newspaper.

Since the discovery of the gate three months ago by the Empire archeologist from the Imperial University of Scwatzgrad. The archaeologist continues the study until the gate somehow activates but only a small portion fit for two to three persons. Our Empire sends some scouts and found there is a civilization on the other side of the gate. According to the scout, the outworlder city is like a crowned jewel of Vinland but larger three times the size of Schwatzgrad. Being a civilized country our Empire sent the delegation to the other side but the outworlder captured the delegation and accused them of being spies. The Emperor sends three ambassadors for the release of the delegation but the outworlders declined, the outworlder barbaric executes the delegation on February 14, 1935, their bodies cremated and thrown into the sea. Furious by this the Emperor ordered the Imperial Army to Assemble an expeditionary force led by General Kozlov the Imperial army sent to punish the barbarian country for their transgressions against the dignity of the Empire The scientist and Archeologist helped to activate the gate to fit our tanks. So on March 1, 1935, with the help of Scientists and archeologists, the gate has finally activated. The Empire launch an attack on the outworlder city which there capital. With the surprise attack the outworlder surprised by our brave army and try to fight back but failed to the imperial might. Despite the successful attack, the empire occupies only 1/4th of the city because the city is so massive never so they manage captured major parts of the city including some government districts that's included their palace and their parliament. Despite the successful attack on all fronts in the outworlder city the outworlder reorganized their army and manage to halt our advances with the support of flying machines which surprise the military. For the Entire week, our imperial army holds firm until they retreat back to the gate. despite we fail to capture the city it's a Pyrrhic victory for the outworlder as we annihilate their forces and raze their government facility to the ground. The Emperor announces a high alert on the residence near Valkyrie hill and sends more reinforcement to fortify the defense of Valkyrie hill. The citizen of the Empire must be vigilant of the new foe. If the Outworlder set foot on to the Europa we will start the War for the Motherland against the Outworlder Barbarians

The citizens were shocked at the defeat but nevertheless, they were amazed that their Imperial Army manage to implicit a lot of damage to the Outworlder army and manage to raze their city before the Imperial army retreated.

Emperor Ivan: I can't believe we have been defeated! I thought you send some recons before the invasion happens

General Von Kampf: Your Majesty despite our army fought valiantly on the battlefield.  I have to admit that the military was too careless in scouting the enemy as we found out that we didn't actually scout the enemy military properly as we didn't even know that there is a naval base nearby and a military base not far from the city. despite the valiant efforts of the expedition forces, the enemy managed to beat us, Their tanks are far more durable, faster and more maneuvering not to mention their cannons are totally devastating as a single shot can destroy our heaviest tank. Their infantry use anti-tank shoulder-mounted tubes instead of lances, which are far stronger than any lances in Europa as they can also one-shot our heaviest tank. they have a flying machine that is so fast before the soldiers aim their weapons. Also, they have a type of rocket that manages to hit accurately even the Headquarters of General Kozlov which is the cost his life. Also according to some survivors, their radio jammed for some reason forcing them to use runners just like in the First Europa war.

Emperor Ivan: *Sigh* The enemy will launch a counter-attack soon I want Valkyrie Hill to be fortified with both trenches and bunkers.

General Von Krampf: Yes your Majesty The hill will be defended by Two divisions with tanks and artillery with bunker and trenches as you ordered. The unit's position on strategic points. All turrets aimed at the mouth of the gate. The artillery also aimed toward the gates too.

Emperor Ivan: Excellent make sure not a single tank or infantry manages to step onto the imperial soil

Belgard: We still studying some that are complex like their armored personal carrier but some are easy to reverse engineer it and we can use them to improve our current weapons, It will take time to mass-produce so I suggest our most experience troops will equip them first.

Emperor Ivan: Take your time Belgard the empire depends on those weapons and how to counter it

Belgard: Yes your Majesty

General: Your Majesty what about Gallia? should we postpone the invasion?

The emperor thinks for a moment

Emperor Ivan: Gallia is a former territory of the Empire and has a huge deposit of ragnite so I let Maximilian do these jobs and that was the only way to prove his worth as part of the imperial family

General 2: What about the federation your  Majesty?

Emperor Ivan think for a moment because he knows the federation is one of the main threat to his empire

Emperor Ivan: Since we have a non-aggression pact they are not a threat for now but I want the border guards on high alert. 

General 2: Yes your majesty

Emperor Ivan: Gentlemen if the outworlder gains the foothold in the Valkyrie hill it will threaten our empire. We must stop those outworlder barbarians or else our empire and our motherland will fall do you understand?

Emperor Ivan: Good the future of the empire and the whole of Europa depends on us. Long live the Empire!

But in the Emperor's mind, he slightly regrets invading the other side of the gate nevertheless what is done is already done.

Drei Stern Headquarters 40 Km East of Gallian Empire Border

In the Drei stern base, the imperial army led by Maximilian assembled his forces for the invasion of Gallia. Maximilian and his inner circle have  a meeting after the news of the failed invasion on the other side of the gate

???: I can't believe we have been defeated by the outworlder. Are the expedition forces are cowards and weak? if I only commanded the expedition forces instead of Kozlov I can give a decisive win for the Empire. This loss is a stain on the Emperor's Honor

???: I'm going to admit they manage to defeat the Imperial army some of them are veterans of the first Europa war. Look's like they knew about modern warfare just as we did

Gregor: True but they are just like Gallian mongrels but yet we lost half of the expedition forces within a week. There are savages and barbarians and nothing else

Jeager:  if about birthright is all it takes to win a battle. we already won the war against them. Just like I said earlier they know modern warfare they have tanks, guns, artillery, and who knows what they can unleash. hell they even manage  to have flying machine at their disposal

Maximilian: No we are continuing to invade Gallia our army is ready for the offensive this is our only shot and we must do it quickly. The Gallian Army is corrupt to its core where they preferred inexperienced nobility and officer in their ranks instead of merits and experience.

Maximilian: Jaeger you are heading to the south to Klouden Forest and set up a supply base and attack the underbelly of Gallia

Jaeger: Very well your Grace I do it for the Empire and to my homeland

Maximilian: Selvaria you will take care of the Fortress Ghirlando this will be our base of operation once we capture it.

Maximilian: Once we captured and secure the northern and Central Gallia we will launch a full-scale attack on Randgriz they will capitulate within a month. We will start our operation on March 15 at 0700 hours. Understood?

Coalition base camp fuji March 13, 2020

Camp Fuji becomes the new base for coalition forces a massive construction for the expansion of the base Lt General Benjamin Underwood was appointed as General for the Coalition army alongside Lt General Hazama for JSDF. General Benjamin Underwood spends two tours in Iraq one tour in Djibouti and one tour in South Korea before heading to Japan. He first baptism of fire in Baghdad especially in the Battle of Saddam Hussein International Airport (Baghdad International Airport today) against the Iraqi army and Fedayeen Saddam. He is a captain during the Battle of Fallujah. Although it is not yet confirmed he is part of a raid to Capture former president Saddam Hussein under codename Viper. After Iraq, he was redeployed to South Korea. He is one of the commanders during the battle of Ginza

Underwood: First Al Qaeda then ISIS good thing North Korea and Iran is slightly calmer now

This is the list of countries that join the coalition army other will be follow up. Surprisingly even North Korea is interested in sending their troops in exchange they will be halting their nuclear program but that is suspicious since they want to access the new world. The same goes for China. in fact, all the world governments want to access

It's been a few days since the imperial invade Tokyo. I and my squad are in charge of analyzing the weapons of the enemy especially captured small arms and anti-tank lance

(Y/N): Those weapons kinda like World War 2

Albert: There rifle is kinda similar to gerweld 43 and almost similar to m14 without the full auto

Chris pick up what we called anti-tank lance he kinda struggles a bit due to the weapon weight

Chris: Whoever, made this weapon is basically loved medieval weapons with guns kinda like RWBY where every weapon has a gun on it

John: Can you please stop your reference to some anime

Albert: I still don't understand if our enemy why they wear a medieval outfit with ww2 weapons

(Y/N): My guess is that their technology improves but society hasn't moved on. I hear there is some nobility in their rank. and I heard that they have their own Jewish version and their anti-Semitic style in their ranks

Albert: Well the mechanics inspect it according to them It can operate by two to four-person like their Medium tank and light tank for example

Chris: Yeah and also who the fuck design their engines so expose like that

John: What do you mean?

Chris: I mean the engine is exposed remember on Day 3 we head to the alley and see a tank approaching as (Y/N) took out anti-tank and hit the rear of the tank

(Y/N): Oh yeah I remember I fire the anti-tank on the rear and boom instant destroy

Albert: Possible that's glowing blue thing is their engine and any right mind know that the rear is one of tank weakness including ours if we're not careful and that why you need infantry support to protect the rear

Chris: Also What's the glowing blue thing (Y/N) like we captured some of its examples during the battle

(Y/N): I don't know but the blue thing also can heal their wounds somehow like a video game first aid or something

Albert: The medics will analyze on that

(Y/N): In the meantime let the expert analyze these miracle weapons and equipment that we and the JSDF captured

Chris: Can't wait for the new coalition friend

Ginza District Chuo Tokyo Japan

After a week of battle the Chuo ward and other wards nearby damage the entire Ginza district including Ground zero is now under total lockdown. The paramedics keep collecting bodies of slain Imperials citizens and tourists some of them are decomposed. The JGSDF is patrolling the streets sometimes entering buildings to check if any stragglers left and hope there will be no sniper or else it will be Sarajevo all over again sniping innocent civilians causing more unnecessary suffering on civilians. Engineers began to clean up the debris and wreckage and some began to restore some infrastructure damage during the blood week 

In the morgue, a long cue for claiming their loved ones who died during the battle of Tokyo. The relatives came out crying some carrying one of their relatives after they fainted it was assisted by a paramedic.

National Diet Building Tokyo Japan

The diet building suffers damages during the invasion and needs repair. Although the Minister of defense suggests moving the diet to another city mainly Yokohama or Kyoto for their own safety and repair the building but the prime minister and the political parties insist to remain in Tokyo. The invaders invade and pillage our Capital and at one point they almost captured the diet building itself. So that's why I proposed to expand the roles of our nations  self defense force

People Front representative: Your proposal is unconstitutional Mr. Prime Minister for expanding the roles in JSDF. I can understand China and North Korea but for an offensive, that's a big no. That's against article 9 of the constitution

UJP representative: And do you want to invade again? Many of our people died because of the invasion. The JSDF need to expand and it's not against our constitution since they attack us we have the right to defend ourselves

Independent representative: Why not destroy the gate it will save our manpower and our economy

Randgriz Gallia Ministry of Defense

In Randgriz Defense Minister Henry Pierlot reading newspaper the headline the title " The Imperial Expedition Forces failed" in bold letters. he put the newspaper down

Minister Pierlot: Hmm Empire got defeated interesting

He looks outside and sees the tower of Castle Randgriz from his office

before he became a defense Minister he was part of the Gallian Army and Part of  Nobility (Unlike the other nobility his family supported equal ranks of commoner and nobility based on skills and merits and one strong supporter of House Randgiz). He gains the rank of Sergeant. During the war, he met Belgen Gunther his commanding officer and friend. Together they fought side by side to defend Gallia against the Imperials. Alongside Belgen Gunther, he also understands the concept of tanks and supports the mass production of tanks during the First Europa War as a key to turning the tide against the imperial army. After the war, he has promoted to Colonel.  He and Gunther works at Gallian National Arsenal to aid in developing tanks their he met Theimer a darcsen engineer and one of the greatest inventors. He and Belgen propose Gallia must have weapons for offensive purposes and sponsored the Theimer Tank to mass produce but unfortunately, the high command rejects it saying the war is over and they focus on the existing Gallian Light tank. Despite all that the three keep insisting and lobbying on their superior but tragedy happened when Theimer passed away from an accident He is saddened by the passing of Theimer which led to his proposed weapon and his projects to shelved. General Gunther decided to retire from the military and return home to live his quiet life and to take care of his son and Thelmer Daughter. That was the last time he saw him until he receive the news that he passed away from an unknown sickness. When the day of the funeral I released all my tears as I lost my comrade, a fellow brother in arm, and a friend. In 1929 he retired from the military with the rank of Brigadier General. He returns to a small mansion outskirt of Randgriz. After his father passed away he become the new head of his family and join the politics mainly house of peers. During his time on the House of Peer he authored an expanded national defense curriculum to school New subjects include engineering, tank training, and maintenance, etc on the school to enhance students' preparedness when Gallia need mobilization in case of war as and Town Watch modernization although the former manage to pass the latter didn't because the majority of the nobility reject the bill In 1934 he was appointed as Minister of defense by recommendation by military officials and some Politicians in Parliament. The Prime Minister dislikes him and preferred one of his supporters for the position but surprisingly Princess Cordelia endorse me for my appointment and finally, the prime minister give in and appoint me as a Minister of Defense. 

He looks back to his desk where a  telephone and near the telephone the old Photo of him, Belgen and  Theimer with the tank Edelweiss in the background

Henry: I should request an audience with the princess about this. should I inform on Prime Minister about it?.

The Prime Minister left Gallia for state visits. It's suspicious why Borg always visits the federation or meets with the Federation ambassador almost daily. Henry pick up the phone and call the Royal Palace

A Man heads to the station  platform and waits for a train. He worried about his sister in Bruhl. Bruhl located near the imperial border.

I enter the carriage and sit down near the window as the train blow the whistle signaling the train departure. The man looks at the windows seeing changes from City into the countryside

Yggidst Cathedral. Gallia

A cardinal head to the podium and prepared for his sermon for today to the followers of Yggdism

Cardinal: For Generations, we remember the terrible event called the Darcsen Calamity one of the darkest times in human history where the Europans population got genocide by the darcsen using ragnite weaponry. The people lost hope until the arrival of the savior the Valkyrur from the Dimension Gate The Valkyrur defeat the darcsen race and soon peace was reigned in Europa after that the Valkyrur left but leaving a sign that they will return when the continent and the world is in danger. They warned an armageddon will happen and no one knew when will happen. According to the valkyur the demons will bring weapons consisting of steel beasts and the iron eagle will rain fire upon the land and slaughter every man and woman in sight. The demons will bring a great calamity and reign terror throughout the land

He stop for a bit and look at them

Cardinal: Brothers and sisters today is a sign that someday the end is near. The gate where our saviors of valkyrur came from has been activated. Instead of Valkyrur, they awake the demons. the demons of the gate foretold by the valkyries thousand years ago who are going to pillage our land with fire and sulfur. The black wings of death will scorch our land and our people. The sun will be blotted out from the smoke that the demon created. They will slaughter any followers of valkyrur and it will bring another calamity similar to darcsen calamity

Many congregate whispered to each other in worry as the signs of the end is near

Cardinal: Do not fall on despair my friends it those darkest times like the legend a Valkyrur will save us just like in the past the Valkyrur who stopped the evil darcsen from their genocidal and conquest goals. Brother and sister if we unite and set aside from our nationality, Classes, and Status not just in Gallia but as the whole Europa must unite against the evil demons from the gate. Until the Valkyrur return to save us all!

Everyone stands up and applauds the cardinal and agreeing on what he said. The cardinal smirk as the first step of valkyria salvation begins
