"Oh my g--Valerie!" Calum groaned, his face falling to the fluffy white pillows.

"I'm almost there baby. Just wait." Valerie said, eyebrows furrowed as she focused on the task at hand.

She knew that Calum would probably gain some stress from touring almost everyday so she wanted relieve some of it beforehand.

The brown boy groaned swears that were muffled by the pillows, hoping that she didn't stop.

"No, please don't stop." He nearly begged, closing his eyes shut, digging his face further into the bed.

Valerie smirked at his words, biting her lip then furrowed her brows to concentrate.

She knew exactly how Calum liked it and where. It was another something he loved about his girl; she knew him like the back of her hand.

"Val--please Val!" Calum could barely function a sentence, the sensation taking over his body and causing his vision to blur.

The girl dug one last time into the boy's back, a few small cracks could be heard under Calum's groaning.

"Done." Valerie smiled, climbing off the boy and laying beside him. He reached an arm over her waist and brought her closer, kissing her forehead as he caught his breath.

"You're amazing." Calum complimented, holding his head up to look at the girl, smirking her way. He noticed she was blushing. "You know that? You're the best, babe." Calum wanted to make her cheeks nearly burn in red which they did and he couldn't help but giggle and kiss her rosy face.

"Calum, chill."

"M'sorry, I just love my effect on you." Calum smiled, resting his cheek on hers as he snuggled with the girl. Valerie fondly rolled her eyes, sighing happily as they laid there in silence.

The girl couldn't help but wonder what she was going to do without him for those many months. It was literally the day that kicked off the touring season which meant it was her last day with him.

It's not like she wasn't used to it. When they were talking, Calum was taking on his band's first ever tour. So she knows how it felt to not have him around for some time.

But throughout it all she never cheated or him neither did the thought cross her mind.

She occupied herself everyday, vlogging on YouTube, which helped keep her mind off of her dude who was many miles away.

But though she was used to it and found ways to deal with it, it still sucked.

Calum was first to break to silence, interlocking his fingers with her digits.

"I'm going to miss you like crazy, V. I don't know if I can get through another nine months without you." Calum confessed, glancing at their hands then back to the wall. He hated he continually put his girlfriend through these gaps where she couldn't be with him.

Like yeah he knew she had her make up vlog on YouTube but he also knew it affected her harder than what she put on. He was proud of his little trooper but he hated she had to deal with it.

Valerie sighed, angling her head to face her pretty boyfriend, eyes scanning his face before landing on his browns.

"I'm going to miss you more but don't say that, babe. I know you can get through it because I'm going to get through it." Valerie explained, raising a brow, daring him to argue with her.

The boy opened his mouth but quickly closed it when he caught the look on his girl's face. She wasn't playing with him so he better start talking right or else she gon set him straight.

So he sighed, once again, and leaned down to kiss her.

"You're too good to me." He groaned against her lips, bringing a chuckle from her own.

"I try."

"No need, really."

"Calum, this is weird."

"Yeah, I know." The two went back and forth, lips still on each other's own. The boy giggled and pecked her folds before parting from the girl and sitting up in the bed.

"So when is rehearsal?" Valerie yawned as she joined him, streching as she awaited his answer.

Calum's phone vibrated and he froze, not responding right away, and cutting an eye at his device.

"Uh, like in the afternoon-ish." He leaned over all the way to glance at the phone. Valerie furrowed her brows at his answer and snorted.

"Well yeah that tells me alot." The girl said sarcastically, throwing the duvet off her and walking to the bathroom.

"Are we going to eat before I go?" Valerie yelled as she ran the water from the sink, grabbing her toothbrush from the holder.

Calum was too busy reading the text that was just sent to him to give his girl a decent reply.

He bit down on his knuckle as he got wrapped up what displayed on his dimly lit iPhone. So he was too busy to notice his girl had called his name...twice.

"Calum Thomas Hood! Boy, I know you hear me!" Valerie's voice bounced through his ear and rang like a bell, bringing him back to reality. He blinked a few times before looking up at the girl in his T-shirt with light blue foam surrounding her mouth.

"M'sorry babe, I--"

"--Wasn't listening?" Valerie raised a brow with a smirk on her lips, bringing her toothbrush back in her mouth. Calum gave her a stale face and climbed out of the bed.

"I was listening...just not all the way." He locked his phone and placed in the drawer before heading for the bathroom. Once again Valerie snorted, turning the knob of the sink to wash her mouth.

Calum joined, elbowing her as he reached for his toothbrush. She elbowed him back, causing him to chuckle, grabbing a nearby towel to wipe her face.

"So, brekky or no?" Valerie asked again, laying the towel on the sink counter, leaning against it as she watched the boy brush his teeth. Calum was maybe a half a second away from agreeing to have breakfast with his girlfriend before she left..that's until that text re-entered his mind. He ran the water to rinse his mouth then spat, turning it off soon after.

"Yeah, I'm not so sure about that, baby. You've got your flight leaving real soon and then my rehearsal kind of collide with the time because I want to drop you off at the port." Calum explained smoothly, not leaving any room for her to argue, something he's become an expert at doing.

He knew how to say and what to say to have her agreeing with him with little hesitation.

And just as he thought, she nodded, proving his foolproof  theory...well foolproof.

He smiled to himself but replaced it with frown as he kissed her on the lips.

"I wish I could be with you all day today and every after that." He caressed her cheek with the back of his hand, a sad smile on his face. "But...I just can't right now, V."

The girl nodded, falling for his words and kissing the finger closest to her lips, his pinky.

"Yeah, I know. It's okay I have to pack anyway." She added with a shrug. Calum followed behind her out the bathroom, watching as she went for her suitcase.

"You enjoyed our anniversary day?" He smiled, helping her fold her clothes into the bag. Valerie wore a grin as she thought back to the night before and how they celebrated one year of dating together.

It was definitely one for the books, that's for sure.

She looked up at the boy and nodded happily. "I did." Her focus was brought back to the clothes before Calum responded.

"Good. I look forward to next year." He winked at the girl when she quickly lifted her head to glance his way.

"I love you, Bubbie."

"What I told you about that ugly nickname? I love you more." Calum said, bringing a giggle to her lips.

For the remainder of packing, they stayed in a comfortable silence, just enjoying each other's company while they still could.

"I'm going to Facetime you after every show...well if I'm not sleep. So you'll get something even if I have to do it whilst sleeping." Calum informed his girlfriend as they parked a bit from the airport. Valerie made a face at her boyfriend and let off a chuckle.

"You so silly. But okay I'll take you awake or sleep."

"Good to know." Calum replied, scooting over to the girl and grabbing her face. Valerie already knew what was coming next which made her smile into the kiss that came short after.

"Stop smiling and let me kiss you." He said against her lips, connecting them once more. This time she kissed back, slow and sensual, the way Calum liked it.

"Chill, V. Unless you're trying to be late." Calum said as he moved from her lips to her neck. She giggled then bit her bottom lip.

"Yeah that and your driver getting a show." She said as she cut an eye at the older gentleman awkwardly sitting in the driver's seat, clearly capable of hearing their every word.

Calum threw a dismissive hand at the front seat and continued nibbling on her soft skin.

Valerie giggled again, waiting a bit, allowing him to leave more lovebites, before gently pushing him away.

"As fun as both those sound, we can't." The girl said sadly, pouting her bottom lip at her boyfriend. He groaned in frustration then nodded sat up straight.

"Yeah, you're right." Calum sighed, jumping slightly when his phone vibrated. Valerie didn't really notice because she was grabbing her bags and preparing to lay low once she steps out.

"I'll text you when I land. Even if you don't reply, I want you to know I made it." The girl explained, looking over at her boyfriend.

"I love you so much, V."

"Did you hear m--"

"Yes, but this is more important."

"You're a trip but I love you." Valerie rolled her eyes fondly, leaning over to kiss the boy one last time. He pecked her lips many times which made her giggle as she broke away from his folds.

"Bye baby."

"See you later." Calum replied, taking a hold of her hand then slowly releasing it when she climbed out. The girl threw shades on her face and waved from behind as she walked away from the car.

Calum watched the best thing in his life, next to being in a band, head in the opposite direction.

He waited a few minutes to let it all sink in before pulling his phone out and replying back to the one in the picture.
