Broughton was transferred Saturday afternoon to HM Prison Belmarsh in southeast London to begin serving a five-year sentence for violating the terms of the Sex Offenders' Registry. The rape charges brought by Sylvia and Roxana will soon be before the Courts, and he faces life imprisonment with a whole life order, meaning he'll die behind bars.

Through the following week, Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs worked closely with the Jersey Tax Office, performing forensic audits of Broughton's financial holdings, dealings and manipulations. Because of the obvious fraud, most of the banks chose to cooperate.
