Nikolai was in the car with squad RWBY after their training session, they were driving to the central Vale where the fight between Nikolai and Nolan was taking place. Nikolai held onto the cross necklace in his hand easing himself for the fight.

Ruby: "Nervous about your first fight?"

Nikolai: "No, it's just going to be like every fight"

Ruby: "You seem pretty confident about your first fight"

Nikolai remembered all the different fighters he took on in prison and remembered that he defeated them all. The fact that this was his first fight in the UFC didn't faze him one bit.

Nikolai: "I don't find any fights nerve racking to me, it's just another day another fight"

The five then stopped at the VIP parking lot, they got into the building.

Blake: "The lockers are on your left"

Nikolai nodded as he went into the locker.

-timeskip-

An hour passed as the seats started to fill up, cameras were getting set up and the ring was being mopped. Nikolai was in the dressing room cross in his hands praying, praying for guidance, praying for strength and praying for victory.

Guard: "It's time kid"

Nikolai said his final prayer and left the dressing room, he put the necklace with a guard and left with the him. He can hear the crowd booing him as he walks out of the halls, he breathes steadily keeping his cool as he walks to the octagon.

-change scene-

Oobleck: "Good evening ladies and gentlemen! Welcome to one of the most unexpected match in UFC history!"

Oobleck was one of the commentators of the UFC who was also partnered with two former fighters: Taiyang Xiao Long and Ghira Belladonna.

Tai: "Unexpected indeed Oobleck, Cardin being out of the match due to not just physical but critical injury is very unexpected indeed"

Ghira: "Honestly I could care less if Cardin isn't going to fight, but I wonder what our new contender will show us during tonight's match"

Oobleck: "Let's not forget Nolan now gentlemen"

Tai: "Right, Nolan hits quick and was known for his famous first round knockout against Jaune Arc of the Vale squadron"

Oobleck: "Now we don't know who this Nikolai Boyka is but the chances don't seem to good for him"

Ghira: "Give the kid a chance Bartholomew, we don't know what kind of skills he has. So let's just wait and see what he's got"

Oobleck: "Now for the introduction here is Peter Port"

-scene change-

Nikolai watched as Port went into the ring, he stretched himself out warming up for the fight.

Port: "Ladies and Gentlemen! This is the main event of the evening! And when the action begins our referee in charge of the octagon is Herb Dean"

(Refs need to be respected as much as fighters)

Nikolai looked at the Herb, he watched many fights that he has been ref in and in all of them he made some pretty good calls. He was glad he was there...to ensure Nolan's safety.

Port: "Iiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiit's! Time!"

The lights turned off except two spotlights showing both Nolan, Nikolai and Port.

-scene change-

??? POV

I sat down with Gaga playing a game of chess with him, he was a very good strategist which is why I respect him. I moved my pawn taking out his bishop.

???: "Checkmate"

Gaga: "That was your third win in a row, you're quite the strategists...Yuri"

Then the door opens, it was the warden.

Warden: "Boyka, your kid is in the octagon"

Gaga and I got up quickly and ran to the lounge of the prison and they got to the TV and saw my son Nikolai in the ring. For the first in the longest of time I actually smiled feeling joy and pride for my son.

Yuri: "Yes! Haha! That's my son!"

-change scene-

Port: "Fighting from the blue corner! This man is a kickboxer with the professional record of 21 wins and 5 losses, he stands 5 feet 10 inches tall weighing 170 pounds. Fighting! Out of the Shade Squadron! The Electriffffyyyying! Nolaaaaaan Porfirio!"

The crowd cheered as Nolan flexed in front of the crowd.

Port: "Fighting from the red corner! This man is an unknown fighter making his debut to the UFC, he stands 5 feet 11 inches tall weighing 175 pounds. Fighting! Out of the Beacon Squadron! Nikolai! Booooyyyyyykaaaaa!"

The crowd booed at Nikolai earning a laugh from Nolan, but Nikolai wasn't phased at the negativity in the air.

Nikolai and Nolan went to the center of the ring meeting with Herb Dean.

Herb: "You've been given your instructions in the dressing room: protect yourself at all cost, follow my instructions, you will have a clean fight, touch gloves if you wish"

Nikolai and Nolan touched gloves and went to their corners.

Oobleck: "And with the touch of the gloves we'll be on our way!"

Nikolai did one last prayer before prepping for the fight.

Herb: "Are you ready?"

Nikolai nodded.

Herb: "Are you ready?"

Nolan nodded.

Herb: "Fight!"

The two went to the center of the ring, the two circled each other for a moment until Nolan went for a roundhouse to the face which Nikolai dodged with no relative ease, Nikolai then feinted him and put him in a guillotine choke. Nolan started to struggle
as Nikolai started throwing knees at him but got out of the hold and tried to flip him onto the ground, however Nikolai's acrobatics was able to avoid that when he did an aerial and countered with a tornado kick to his gut.

Oobleck: "He's quite the flashy fellow isn't he?"

Tai: "It doesn't seem to slow him down though"

Nolan quickly got back into the fight throwing in a predictable elbow which Nikolai dodged and countered with a back side kick to Nolan's side. Nolan and Nikolai were going hand to hand until Nikolai knocked him onto the side of the ring with a back side kick, Nikolai punched Nolan's torso but missed a hook to the head giving Nolan the opening to Nikolai's head. However Nikolai straight up absorbed the punch with his head and slammed his elbow at Nolan's face knocking him out shocking the crowd, the commentators were just as surprised as the crowd.

Oobleck: "This man just absorbed a punch to the head!"

Tai: "Unbelievable!"

Ghira: "A high risk high reward strategy"

Nikolai went for a ground causing Herb to stop him. Nikolai watched as Nolan recovered frustrating him, he knew what he had to do: bring out The Kicks. As Herb went back to the sideline Nolan ran up for a punch only for Nikolai to sidestep and kicked him in the face with a 540 kick knocking him to the side of the cage. Nolan walked back to the center growing tired and fatigued, he tried to punch Nikolai only to be countered with a punch to the face, torso and another punch to the face knocking out his mouth guard. Nikolai then went for a spinning double kick to his face knocking him out, Herb immediately checked on him and signaled that Nolan "The Electrifying" Porfirio was out.

-scene change-

The prisoners and even some of the guards roared in applause after seeing Nolan getting his lights kicked out, Yuri however was more happier than he ever was. Yuri smiles as he yells out in joy seeing his son become the victor of his first fight in the UFC.

Yuri: "That's my son over there! He won his first match!"

-scene change-

Oobleck: "Absolutely unbelievable! To start a debut to the UFC by beating one of the seasoned fighters in the octagon is just a sight to see!"

Tai: "And lets not forget that he beat him during the first round at one minute and seven seconds"

Ghira: "I feel like this kid is going to have a bright future in his career in the UFC"

-scene change-

Port: "Ladies and Gentlemen! Referee Herb Dean has put a stop to this contest at one minute and seven seconds of the first round! Declaring the winner by Knockout and the new talented competitor of the UFC! Nikolai! Boyyyyykkkkkaaaaaaaa!"

Nikolai took out his mouth guard and raised his fist up, the medics were checking on the injuries inflicted by Nikolai while Oobleck came to him.

Oobleck: "Seeing how you beat Nolan in the first round in your first ever fight in the UFC you must've trained for a long time, how long did it take you to get to this point?"

Nikolai: "I've been training for eleven years, eleven years so I can be a fighter in the UFC

Oobleck: "Is there anyone that you wish to thank?"

Nikolai: "I wish to thank the Beacon division for giving me this opportunity, the other fighters that helped me train for this moment...but most importantly, I wish to thank my father and his comrades who are back in Russia for training me and giving me the chance to fight"

Nikolai then looked into the camera.

Nikolai: "I did it father! I promise I'll make you proud!"

-scene change-

Nikolai: "I did it father! I promise I'll make you proud!"

Yuri wipes some tears from his eyes as he watched his son on the TV.

Yuri: "You did son, you already did"
