Naruto Uzumaki

I arrived at home about an hour after I had announced to the village that I had saved Sasuke and brought him back. I had heard news that Sasuke wasn't being punish, but rather rewarded for coming back. The little Uchiha had yet to wake up, so he had no clue that he was back in the village.

How dare they reward him! He had done nothing to be rewarded for!

I walked into my apartment, making sure to strengthen the barrier around it. I knew everyone would be out to get me, this village was no longer safe. Not that it was safe before I left for Sasuke, but now it's going to be so much worse than what it was.

I had blood pouring out of my chest at the speed of sound and I felt a bit lightheaded.

"Kurama"

Yes kit?

"I need you to heal me. I'm losing way to much blood over here, I'm afraid I might pass out"

I'll do what I can, but your body will still be sore and I won't have as much as chakra.

"Thanks Kurama, I owe you one."

"Madara"

Yes?

"I need you to watch over my body while I rest. My Chakra is super low at the moment and if I don't get some sleep soon I'm sure I'll pass out for a week."

Okay, I'll talk to you when you wake up.

I nod my head before heading to the bath to get cleaned up, then I go straight to bed.

[The next day]

I woke up with a groan, my chest hurt. I turned over to see Madara in his Spiritual form.

"You know that uses up my Chakra right?" I questioned him, a erk mark appearing on my forehead.

"It's Fine, all your chakra has returned. So it's all good"

I nod my head in defeat, he had only been protecting me anyways. I shrugged my shoulders before sitting up. I walked to the bathroom and did my daily routine. When I came back, Madara was gone.

He could've at least said bye.

Soon I was out the door and on my way to the Hokage tower to collect my money for a successful mission.

I walked out the door, very aware of the "demon" spray painted on my door, along with a few Kunai. Shaking my head, I continue on my way down the streets of Kohona. People whispered cruel things about me. Someone even attempted to hit me.

Fools.

They were all fools. They knew nothing. Yet they continued to act as if they knew everything. As if I was the one in the wrong that day, as if I was the traitor. Of course, I didn't hate Sasuke for his stupidity, he was a little blind. Hopefully he would come to his senses and realize that Itachi did it all for him, His Precious "little brother".

When I entered the Tower, I headed towards Tsunades office. I knocked once before entering the room, suddenly, there were two kunais pointed at my neck and a sword at the dip of my back. A team of anbu surrounded me. I tilted my head to the side in fake confusion, only to get glares in return.

"DON'T MOVE UNLESS YOU WANT TO DIE" One shouted in my ear. Of course I knew he wasn't joking, but I had to show them I wasn't to be pushed around. I cracked my neck, officially pissing the anbu's off. In one clean cut, my head fell to the ground.

"That's what the demon deserves." One of them muttered under their breath, but with Kurama's heighten senses I had heard it quite clear. I let out a loud humorless laugh, a blood chilling laugh surprising everyone in the room.

All eyes searched the room for my body, but they couldn't find me.

"You fools actually believe that was me? How insulting. I am the reincarnation of the great Madara Uchiha, the only child of the fourth hokage, and a Uzumaki. Don't you dare underestimate me."

I heard a small growl coming from one of them, but with a quick glare, they silenced themselves. Soon after that, they resumed their post and i left the shadows and appeared in front of Tsunade.

"What are you here for?" She tsked before looking up from her paperwork.

"I'm here for my payment for the successful mission."

She looked confused for a moment before her face lost all emotions. "I'm sorry but you will not be paid for that mission as it was a failure."My eyebrow went up in shock.

"What do you mean by failure? I brought sasuke back as the mission said."

I really hope she's not doing what I think she is.

She looked down at her hands, l anxiety washing through her body.

"The mission was to retrieve Sasuke alive, not half dead. You failed that mission and injured our only surviving Uchiha. I'm sorry, but you've been put on suspension until further noticed. If you would please hand me your headband." She bit her lip, her eyes wincing as if she was waiting for me to burst into a rant and have a huge tantrum.

The old me would have, the facade would have thrown a fit, cried, begged, and pleaded till he got what he wanted. That was the old me, however, I wasn't that facade I had pretended to be.

Not a emotion was shown on my face, I felt nothing but one emotion.

Betrayal.

She had betrayed me, in the most cruel way she ever could. I nodded my head mutely before laying my headband on the desk and turned around to leave.

"Be here around 12:00 two days from not to get your chakra sealed until the end of your suspension." Her voice echoed in my brain like a broken record.

I left without a word.

I turned a corner, walking into team sevens training grounds. I figured I would clear my mind and let off some steam here.As I turned to set up, I noticed a pissed pinket standing behind me breathless. My eyes turn cold.

"What do you want, Sakura? Shouldn't you be with Sasuke?"

Apparently I shouldn't have asked that question as she lunged at me with a kunai as soon as the words left my lips.

I of course just dodged, but I was a little surprised she had just attempted to kill me. Her own teammate.

"What the hell, Sakura?!" I hissed at her.

"I thought that I could let it go. But I have this desire to kill you with every fiber of my being for hurting Sasuke. You are a demon, a monster, a ABOMINATION! YOU SHOULD JUST DIE. I HATE YOU"

And again, a lingering feeling settled at the bottom of my stomach.

Betrayal.

I disappeared before she could attempt to take my life once again.

I was now walking down the roads of konoha. My eyes caught some of my old classmates eating in a BBQ shop. I jogged over to them, but when i entered hearing range i came to a complete stop.

"You know Naruto almost killed him? He hasn't woken up yet, do you think Naruto poisoned him or something during the fight?"

"I don't know, we thought Naruto could handle getting Sasuke home fine. All he had to do was wake him up."

"Right, it's not like Sasuke wanted to get kidnapped!"

And again, i felt that sickening feeling of betrayal.

I turned around and made my way to the hospital, I wanted to check on the only person I could trust right now.

Sasuke.

As I entered the hospital, I made my way up to where his chakra was located. But as I was about to enter, I heard Kakashi speaking to Sasuke.

He had woken up?

"It's okay Sasuke, I won't tell them what really happened that day. I won't let you go down in flames, your one of my precious students. I know Tsunade-sama will let Naruto off easy because of the bond they share."

I felt the most betrayed by that. Without listening to the rest, I flashed home.

I fell to the ground, a hot liquid flowing down my face. Never had I felt like this. Everyone I trusted betrayed me.

My village betrayed me.

No one needs me here. I should just leave. They don't deserve me. The foolish humans, I hate that I'm one of them also. I've got to leave.

I reached up to wipe my tears, but when I looked down, I saw crimson blood. Soon my body was racked with a unbelievable pain. I bit my lip to prevent from screaming.

My eyes felt like they were coming out of their sockets. They burned, really bad.

Soon all the pain had stopped. My eyes were still burning a bit. I stumbled over to the lake near by, but when I looked, I saw something amazing.

'MADARA, KURAMA?!'

Yes!?

What is it kit??

"I have the rinnegan. Holy fuck"

Madara appeared in front of me, along with kurama in his human form. They both stared at my eyes for a moment before jumping on me.

I grinned at them before going back serious. I definitely needed to leave. I was no longer a leaf nin so I had no reason to be here.

Now it's time for a change. It's time I leave here.
