SHINASUI'S POINT OF VIEW
"Kono...if he sees you, he'll kill you." I whispered into his lips. Konohamaru pulled me back down onto my bed in the Miyamoto Mansion. He kissed me fully and passionately. I never knew my heart could feel so full and good. Kono stole my breath away and my heart along with it.
"I don't care Shina. I can't stay away from you anymore...I can't pretend that seeing you with him doesn't make me furious...that being without you is killing me inside. God damn it Shinasui I'm fucking in love with you!" Konohamaru laid me on the bed and kissed me.
"You're my whole world...you're my everything and my whole fucking heart. Don't you think for a second that I would ever give up on you." Konohamaru kissed down my neck and collarbone, blowing cool air on the skin he lit like fire. I never felt want and need so powerfully before. Is this what true love felt like? Is this why it felt so right?
"I...I love you." I whispered as we looked directly into each other's eyes. He cradled my jaw before kissing me again. I could feel his love and affection in his lips.
"Kono please..." His fingers traced invisible lines on my skin as he ravished my neck and lips. I couldn't hold back a moan as his fingers danced like magic across my body.
"Please what?" He teased with a smirk.
"Make love to me."
I woke up with a jolt from the premonition I had in my dream. I felt a dull ache in my chest that Konohamaru wasn't with me in real life...something that surprised me even more than the dream I had.
"Why do I feel so empty...? What the hell?" It's like Konohamaru has been plaguing my mind. He's been in my dreams almost every night since I left home. Every time I dream of the future, he's there with me.
"Konohamaru get out of my head!" I groaned to myself. I felt this loneliness take over me...the same one I felt when Neji told me we would never be together. I don't know what's wrong with me. I also don't know why he and I were...basically getting it on in my dream. I felt my cheeks heat up at the thought, my muscles were tense and I still felt his touch despite it only being in my head.
"My Lady, breakfast is ready." Kana popped her head out of my door, staring at me with confusion and intrigue.
"Are you alright my Lady? You look flushed." Kana's soft brown hair fell over her shoulders, her big doe brown eyes reminded me of him yet again.
"Konohamaru is on my mind again! I can't stop dreaming about him!" I admitted. I explained the night before to her and Nori about the two boys back home that make my head hurt. Kana's expression went from pure happiness to playful.
"Haha well maybe that means something hm?" She played back. Kana stepped into the room only to be distracted by my closet.
"Hm? What's this?" She picked up the mask and drape I forgot to put away after my little 'vigilante' moment the night before. I swallowed the rock and my throat and quickly took the things out of her hand and shoved it in my closet.
"Oh! Haha! It's just some useless junk I took with me from home. Don't worry about it! Haha!" I said super awkwardly. Luckily enough Kana didn't press further.
"Well okay, well Hani and Neji are waiting for you!" Kana smiled before pausing, frozen in stance before nearly bolting out of the room.
Did she say Neji?

Breakfast was quick and lonely. I didn't see any of my servants or even Takeda. I sighed and decided to get my mind off things by walking around the village. Many more women were out and about because of my influence as the Fox Moon Spirit. I smiled to myself at that. It was nice to know I was helping those who needed me. I felt a cold breeze travel through my jacket, despite the fact it was early Spring. Takeda told me it should be getting warm and the flowers should bloom by the end of the next month...the date for our wedding. The thought make my stomach tie up in knots and my insides curl. I didn't want Takeda. He was handsome but there was something so wrong about him that the mere thought of him being my spouse made me want to drink bleach.
I had the weirdest feeling while the wind was traveling through me...it was like it was whispering...telling me to go somewhere. My body had a mind of its own as I walked God knows where. I walked into the most hidden part of the city until I found a hill. The whispering became louder, multiple voices could be heard. I kept turning around, hoping to see who was talking but I saw nothing. I ended up trekking up the grassy hill, finding a small shrine outside of a temple. The voices became louder as they possessed me to move forward until I rested my hand on the door handle, them all becoming silent at once. I pushed the door open to hear it creak and took a step in. The wooden temple looked worn and all of the candles on the walls looked mostly melted. If there weren't two windows in here, it would have been completely dark. I felt myself being pulled forward until I was looking directly into a giant mirror. Despite this place looking nearly abandoned, this mirror was crystal clear...like I was looking into another world and not a piece of glass. I was so entranced by this mirror that I didn't even realize the appearance I was looking at was not my own.
"Shinasui Hatake...you really have grown." My eyes were wide as I looked around, seeing no one in the building. I looked back in the mirror to see a boy about my age looking back at me. He had slightly curly black hair, long lashes, and onyx eyes. For some reason he reminded me of Itachi.
"What...the...hell...?" I gasped in pure shock, unable to move. I just stared at the boy in the mirror. He smiled at me.
"You are a lot like your mother. It's a shame I never got to meet you." I cocked my head in confusion.
"I know you are confused and as long as you stand here, I can explain everything." I started to relax a bit despite the growing fear inside my stomach. I didn't know what was happening or what was going on.
"My name is Shisui Uchiha and I'm here to warn you."

THIRD PERSON POINT OF VIEW
Minako groggily looked around with hazy eyes before hearing a gasp.
"Y-you're awake!"Minako cleared her eyes to see she was laying in a hospital bed with tubes everywhere.
"What the hell?" Her dry voice rasped.
"You've been unconscious for quite awhile." She turned to see Sakura smiling down at her while checking her clip board. Before she even had to ask, Sakura handed her a cup of cool water with a straw. She greedily drank it, feeling parched.
"What exactly happened to me Sakura?" She held Minako's hand, her emerald eyes piercing her violet.
"There's something I have to explain to you but I want you to remain calm." Minako nodded, tightening her hold on Sakura's hand.
"Hit me. What's up?" Sakura sighed before standing up straight.
"Lady Hokage, you have been in a coma for a little more than five weeks. You were being poisoned." Minako's eyes went wide in shock before she gasped.
"Five weeks?! What the hell has been happening?! How was I poisoned?" Sakura remembered the ring Kakashi told her about and checked Minako's fingers, seeing a bruise around her finger where the ring used to be.
"That Samurai Prince gave you a poisoned ring. It nearly killed you. Do not fear though. Itachi, Sasuke, and Naruto have been handling things well while you were unconscious." Minako didn't know what to feel...after all, a month of her life was gone. She let go of Sakura's hand and tightened her fist.
"He attacked me and now my precious daughter is stuck there, in danger." Her eyes faded from violet to red, the nine-tails chakra seeping through her composure. Sakura narrowed her eyes.
"Lady Hokage, please relax. I can assure you that Shinasui is in good hands." Sakura insisted.
"Your husband sent two jonins to watch over her in disguise. They have reported back that she is being pampered and treated well. She will return home as soon as we figured out what's going on." Both women turned to see Sasuke leaning against the doorway. He gave Minako a light smile.
"How are you feeling?" He asked. Minako closed her eyes and sighed, letting them return to their natural violet.
"I've been better ya know. But thanks for asking Sasuke. Where's my husband and son?" He came over to Sakura and stroked her hair for a second before speaking to her again.
"Naruto is with his family and Kakashi has been in a meeting with my brother all day. Should I get them?" Minako shook her head and started to try and stand, getting help from Sakura. Sasuke held one of her hands while Sakura held the other, letting the blood rush back into her legs. Minako felt weak and hated it. She just wanted to go out and run, kick ass, and bring her child back.
"I'm going to rip the dicks off those fucking samurai." Minako grunted. Sasuke and Sakura laughed while Minako found the strength to stand.
"A coma doesn't even stop you Lady Fifth." Sakura chuckled. The Fifth Hokage stood on her own, her long ruby hair falling past her waist. Sasuke noticed the change in Minako's personality and narrowed his eyes towards her in concern.
"Are you alright? You don't seem like yourself." Minako grit her teeth as Sakura took the tubes out of Minako. Sakura recognized how angry the Hokage was and realized it was better to set her free than cage up an angry Uzumaki.
"No I'm furious. I've been striving for peace for fifteen years and some punk ass brat takes my daughter away from me and tried to kill me! I'm not letting this off easy. I will destroy this Takeda guy and his asshole father who put him up to this ya know!" Minako yelled. She couldn't control her chakra after being asleep for so long, letting Kurama's chakra seep through the cracks yet again.
"Minako I know you're angry but that's why my brother is making a plan. We believe there is a way to do this without involving many Konoha forces at all."
"And what's that?" She asked.
"Well...it's best we talk to them ourselves." Minako sighed and thanked Sakura for taking that stuff out of her. She went to walk but her knees collapsed on her. Sasuke caught her quickly, not letting the Hokage fall.
"Are you sure you're okay?" He gave a sarcastic smile.
"God you really are Mikoto's child I swear ya know." Minako laughed. Sakura was just happy the Hokage was finally away. She needed chakra however because she was dangerously low.
"Sasuke let's get her to Kakashi and Naruto, they need to give her chakra." Sasuke grunted. He adjusted Minako in his arms, draping his cloak over her.
"What are you doing Sasuke?" Both the girls asked.
"If news breaks out that the Hokage is awake then the samurai will over prepare for the battle that will eventually ensue. With surprise on our side we have a greater chance of victory without harming the village." The women sighed in silent agreement and let Sasuke carry Minako away.
They eventually made it to the Hokage Mansion undetected while Sakura went to fetch Naruto. Sasuke snuck Minako into the kitchen where he heated up left over food for her to eat. He sat her down carefully in a chair before he gave her the hot food.
"Oh god thank you so much Sasuke. You're a real lifesaver. I'm starving ya know!" Sasuke smiled at her a bit. He always silently found Minako amusing and warm...almost like his own mother. He would never tell her that she felt like family to him though...it was one of those things where you know it but don't say anything. Typical Sasuke shenanigans. Minako dug into whatever Kakashi must have ate the night before while waiting for her son to meet up with her husband and the stand in Hokage, Itachi. None of them knew Minako was awake and she wanted to keep her circle small...which reluctantly meant to stay away from most of her friends. Sasuke was right. A fight was coming and it's better that Minako can be a secret weapon instead of a target. Minako finished her food and tried to stand, having Sasuke by her side immediately. She stood successfully and slowly walked to the sink by herself.
"Heh...I'm getting my legs again ya know." Sasuke nodded.
"Yeah. Naruto will have to give you some Nine-tails chakra. Your signature is so weak that you're nearly undetectable." Minako gave him a weak smirk.
"Easier to surprise the pants off your brother isn't it?" Sasuke grinned at that. He pictured Itachi fainting or squealing in surprise, causing an involuntary laugh to break through. Minako nudged him as she tossed the dirty plate in the sink.
"So you do laugh!" She teased. Sasuke rolled his eyes.
"Of course I laugh. I'm human." Minako analyzed Sasuke for a moment, feeling a moment of pride for her late friends' son.
"You really changed after Sarada was born. You're not as mopey anymore ya know." Sasuke growled.
"I was never mopey." Minako gave him an are you shitting me? expression until Sasuke sighed.
"Okay maybe a bit. But of course I changed when my daughter was born. She...she's my everything. I've never loved something more than her." Minako gave him a sad smile.
"I'm sure your parents would be so proud." Sasuke looked at her blankly for a moment before forming a thoughtful smile on his lips.
"I never really understood why my parents did half the things they did while growing up...or why even you went the extent for Naruto and even I...but as soon as I saw Sarada I finally understood." Sasuke admitted. Minako loved this bonding moment she was having with the Uchiha. For some reason she always got them to open up.
"Having a child is having a love stronger than any fear or sadness. It's beyond reason." Minako spoke, feeling a bit more strength return to her after eating. Sasuke felt vulnerable but he didn't feel like he was talking to Naruto's mom or the Fifth Hokage...he felt like he was talking to his own.
"And loving the mother of your child makes you love the child even more. Sakura has made being a father the best thing to ever happen to me. She's..." He chuckled under his breath.
"Now I'm being sappy like your idiot son." Minako grinned at Sasuke.
"You're completely smitten haha! You're just like your father!" Minako giggled. Sasuke felt pleasantly good. It was nice to express himself for once without embarrassment. He paused for a moment before pointing to the door.
"Time to go see your family. I sensed that Naruto and Sakura have arrived." Sasuke stated. Minako went to turn around and walk to the door but stumbled a bit.
"Need me to carry you?" Sasuke asked her. Minako shook her head.
"No way. I wanna make a badass entrance!" Sasuke chuckled and handed her something white.
"Then maybe you might want to wear this." Minako grinned as she put on her Hokage robes, the words Godaime Hokage written in red...similar to the trimming of fire on the bottom. Sasuke secretly passed some chakra to Minako so it was easier for her to walk. Minako took a deep breath before slamming the doors open to the Hokage's office with Sasuke right behind her. Everyone turned to her wide eyed and gasped (except Sakura).
Say something cool...Say something cool!! Minako thought in her head. Her ruby hair fell past her shoulders and she smirked at the group.
"The Hokage is back." She announced.
Nailed it!
