THIRD PERSON POINT OF VIEW
Takeda was furious while watching the body of his father drop to the ground by Shinasui's brother's hand. His electric eyes shined bright emerald, fury his primary emotion. He looked around him, seeing the Akatsuki level his army down to the size of a mere group, less than three hundred remaining. There was no other choice than to unleash his ultimate weapon...and then victory would surely be his.
"Summoning jutsu!" He growled as he put his hand on the ground. The earth began to shake, the ground moving apart. A giant mirror grew from the ground, it's glass brilliance shining upon the warriors around it. Naruto and the others stood in surprise, watching a samurai use ninjutsu...something that should be impossible.
"What?" Sasuke furrowed his eyebrows. Naruto helped his mother stand, Kakashi carrying Obito's body on his back. Kakashi took Obito to a medical tent, Sakura following. Itachi stood on the other side of Mina, funneling some chakra into her because she was barely conscious. She used everything she had...but now she was just angry and determined...determined to make Obito's choice worth it.
"You! What are you up to now!?" Naruto yelled out. Naruto was thinking he was the target considering he killed Hattori. He didn't realize everyone was the target.
"Why don't you come and see nine-tails?" Takeda grinned evilly. Luckily enough for the Hidden Leaf ninja, the Akatsuki were taking care of the army...and having a blast while doing so. Naruto went to turn to take Minako away to the medical tent but she refused...a look of unbridled determination brewed on her features.
"Obito gave Kakashi life...let's make his sacrifice worth it. Naruto...I want this man dead. He hurt Shinasui...his father killed Kakashi which led to Obito's death. I want my friend and my daughter back ya know. The only way to do so is by killing him." Minako growled. Naruto gave his mother a sullen look, realizing she reached her breaking point. Naruto and Sasuke could handle Takeda...but didn't realize the mirror would stop them. Itachi broke the thought process of the group by pointing something out.
"There are shadows coming from the mirror." Kakashi came back, standing in front of Minako protectively.
"I can't let him hurt you." Kakashi stated towards his wife. She did her best to stand, her knees weak. Naruto moved Minako on his back, carrying her to see the mirror closer. All of a sudden, barriers separated the group. Kakashi, Mina, and Naruto on one side and the Uchihas on the other.
"Sasuke! Itachi! Are you alright?!" Naruto yelled.
"Yeah but a shadow is moving towards us!" Sasuke replied. Naruto placed Minako on the ground when she asked, trying to get a closer look. All of a sudden, her body was propelled away from Kakashi who was separated from Naruto.
"Naruto!! Kakashi!"
"We're fine!" Kakashi said. Everyone was watching as the barriers went up again, separating each ninja besides the Uchiha brothers. Itachi watched with narrowed eyes, both he and Sasuke activated their sharingan...watching the shadow emerge. Never in Itachi's wildest dreams did he expect his best friend to stand in front of him.
"Shisui..."
Naruto wasn't included in the fight with the shadows, so he instead went straight for Takeda, trying to find a way to break the jutsu. Naruto growled, the nine-tails chakra rising to the surface in a beautiful golden cloak, his body moving quickly towards the samurai. Itachi stood in front of Sasuke protectively as he watched Shisui emerge from the shadows, his eyes blood red with the sharingan. Shisui didn't speak, his essence completely being manipulated by the mirror.
"Sasuke...let me handle this." Sasuke shook his head at his brother.
"Itachi...let's work together. The both of us are strong enough to subdue Shisui." Itachi felt the rock in his gut, seeing the nineteen year old being brought back to life as his enemy. Itachi had seen the reanimation jutsu in action before but this wasn't like that at all. The bodies were whole, no cracks or black scalia tainting their original form...Shisui looked exactly the way he did before he died or lost his eyes.
Kakashi stood up on his side, sandwiched between the Uchihas and Minako's section. He wiped some dirt away from his eyes to see a shadow standing before him, gleaming spiky hair in a ponytail with a familiar, yet unique white fire shirt beneath a jonin vest. Kakashi stammered on his words...unable to form a coherent word. The enemy before him was the viscous White Fang of the Leaf...one of the greatest ninjas to ever have lived. Kakashi was in full blown panic mode when he realized what the mirror did...that it brought back people to life and manipulated them to fight against their family or friends. He was absolutely terrified at the thought of Minako being by herself, in the weakest state she had ever been while fighting an unknown person of the past.
"D-dad..." Kakashi swallowed the saliva in his mouth, despite it being dry from anxiety. He quickly yelled over to Minako, trying to alert her what was happening.
"Mina! It brings people back from the dead! They are possessed or manipulated or something!" Kakashi shouted. He only heard short breathy sobs and a whimper in return, elevating his worry even more-so. Minako was holding herself, her shorter ruby hair was strewn about her face wildly while looking up with shrinking irises at her opponent. She was on her knees, bitterly terrified for the first time in a long while, unsure about what to do since logic completely evaded her thoughts. She observed as a shadow exited the mirror and walked towards her, the figure coming together. There he was, his perfect and scar-less self...
"...Obito."

Shinasui, Neji, and Konohamaru were racing back to the Leaf as fast as they could, cutting down the several day trip to nearly two and a half. They were exhausted but knew that even a short break could result into the village being demolished. Shinasui knew her family was more than capable...however even the best of ninjas could fall by the hands of many. The silver haired beauty knew they were only thirty minutes away when she spotted the familiar mile markers that signaled the outskirts of the village. She suddenly felt a sharp pain in her chest and missed the branch she was hopping onto, falling towards the ground quickly. She couldn't make a sound while falling, the pain too great as if she lost a piece of her heart. Konohamaru's reflexes were quick, the boy catching her before she could hit the ground. Shinasui's eyes were moving rapidly as if she was watching something, light flickering behind her eyes. Suddenly she gasped out loud, sitting up in Konohamaru's arms.
"H-hey easy! What's wrong?!" Neji stopped for a moment to see what was going on, noticing Shinasui wasn't responding.
"She's having a vision." Neji explained. Kono watched as tears pooled into Shinasui's eyes, the girl looking over and around despite not seeing her surroundings. She closed her eyes, the hot tears slipping down her cheeks before opening the violet orbs once again.
"The future has changed."
"And?! Good or bad?!" Konohamaru asked. Shinasui was silent while adjusting herself to stand on her own once again...turning so she was heading towards the village.
"Bad...I lost sight of Obito Sensei's future. The future can always change, but he's in danger right now." Shinasui admitted. Konohamaru really liked Obito because he was just a bit darker version of Naruto, his own sensei. However Obito's caliber was far above his own...on a completely different level. The fact that man was in danger was a very bad sign for the Leaf shinobi.
"We better hurry then. We're almost there, let's pick up the pace!"
~~
Itachi deflected incoming kunai from Shisui, the latter using his body flicker technique to appear behind the Uchiha. Before Shisui could get a hit in, Sasuke blocked the shot with his sword, his sharingan blazing. The two were squaring off, sparks flying from the hits. Neither of them were able to get a single hit it...but Shisui's chakra seemed unlimited. Itachi saw that Shisui was about to use his flame jutsu when he knocked Sasuke off of his feet to dodge. The two Uchiha scrambled to their feet to be met with the third.
"Itachi...I have an idea."
"Let's hear it."
"I'll distract him enough so you can use your genjutsu. We need to freeze him until we can figure out how to destroy this mirror thing." Itachi knew the plan wasn't a complex one but it had to make do until they completely understood what was happening. Shisui wasted no time however and flickered towards the two brothers, attempting to finish off Sasuke first. Sasuke and Itachi used a combination fire technique to push Shisui away, the fireball jutsu made out of Amaterasu flames. Shisui didn't evade fast enough and burned without a sound...his body vanishing into a shadow once again. Itachi and Sasuke were breathing heavily...doing their best to conserve some energy. A shadow emerged from the mirror again, Shisui taking form.
"You've got to be kidding me..." Sasuke groaned. Shisui was still silent and back in action, immediately fighting the two Uchiha brothers.
"Sasuke, distract him." The younger Uchiha did just that and began coming at Shisui with his sword, pressing on the smaller tanto Shisui used to fight with. Itachi's sharingan was swirling, morphing into the mangekyo. Shisui's body suddenly froze completely, unable to move at all. Sasuke backed away from the still man, cautiously observing what happened.
"Kakashi! Use your sharingan! Genjutsu works!" Itachi yelled over for the Hatake. Itachi was calm, thinking that Minako was still with Kakashi and was safe...he had no idea that she was on her own with no energy...facing one of the only people she could never fight. Kakashi took Itachi's advice and activated the gift Obito left him with. Now with dual sharingans for the first time, he was able to see the world in a way he never had before. His father charged at him, the White Fang being nearly a flash of white light...his style quick and efficient. He never saw his father fight before but recognized that his daughter fought very similarly.
The sharingan helped him predict his father's movements and block them accurately. He felt intense fear for whatever Minako was going through at the time because her battlefield was silent. Kakashi ran towards his father using the chidori, sliding under his legs and aimed for his back. The White Fang merely lifted his leg so it was around Kakashi's arm, twisting it so Kakashi was forced into the ground. The lightning blade vanished, the masked father staring into his own. Sakumo was about to finish Kakashi off but the latter already won. Kakashi casted a genjutsu on his father which prevented him from moving. Kakashi slowly stood up to nurse his wounds. He heard a sharp intake of breath on Mina's side and immediately activated the chidori. He charged the rock wall, breaking through it just enough to slip through. He watched Obito fully healed and scar-less, holding Minako's limp body by her neck, choking her to death. Kakashi moved as fast as he could and rammed into the Uchiha with the chidori, a hole in his stomach. He dropped the unconscious Minako and charged Kakashi, sending kicks and punches his way.
"Obito!! Please!! Don't you remember us! Don't you remember me, or Minako or Shinasui! Don't you remember that we're your friends!" Obito said nothing and acted as if the words were never spoken, quickly and powerfully hitting Kakashi. The silver haired jonin held his side and sucked in his teeth, trying so hard to not show how badly the last kick hurt. He tried his best to freeze Obito in the genjutsu but their sharingan were the same...it was ineffective. The Uchiha stalked towards Kakashi while Minako began coughing, slowly regaining consciousness.
"Minako...stay back." He warned her. The red head looked with blurry eyes at the scene before her, worried about what was going to happen next. She watched both Kakashi and Obito die in the same day...she didn't want to see another one die again.
"Ka...Kashi..." He slowly inched backwards until his body was completely shelling Minako's.
"I will protect you okay?" Minako felt so helpless...so panicked and scared. She was completely numb and lost the will to fight. A dark voice was telling her to let him out...to let him take over. She stared down where her shirt was ripped and her stomach was exposed, a thick black seal tattooing her silk skin.
"Kakashi...I'm going to let him out ya know...it's the only thing I have left." She breathed out, her throat still in pain from Obito asphyxiating her. Kakashi didn't understand what she meant until he glimpsed back to see her staring at her seal. His red eyed widened, his hand pulling away from his broken rib to her hand.
"Don't even think about it." Obito was coming closer to them, his dark appearance was scarier than ever before. Kakashi was running out of chakra and Minako was barely alive...making the two of them weak against their infinitely strong opponent.
"I love you Kakashi." Minako teared up as she moved away his hand and went to use the handsign to undo her seal.
"MINAKO WAIT!" Kakashi yelled out to deaf ears. Before Minako's hand went down to hit her seal, a bright silver light burst through all of the walls at once, destroying the barriers that contained each fight into mere pebbles. Itachi, Sasuke, Minako, and Kakashi stared with wide eyes at the single ninja standing before them, looking at the three reincarnated opponents with relative ease.
"Sorry I'm late." Shinasui Hatake stood proudly, holding her grandfather's tanto in her hand. Minako was elated beyond words that her daughter was safe and fine in front of her, Kakashi feeling the same way. The violet eyed beauty looked back at her father and mother, the two of which looked moved to tears at the appearance of their only daughter.
"Dad...take Mom to Sakura...let me handle this." She looked over to see Itachi and Sasuke walk behind her, unsure of what to do.
"We can't just leave you against these three. The sharingan can hold them off for now..." Itachi stated. Shinasui gave the raven haired Hokage a bright smile.
"I can destroy the mirror. Just help the Leaf. I'll be fine against them. The two frozen bodies remained that way, unaffected by the newcomer's arrival. Sasuke pulled Itachi away so they could get healed by the medical corps. Shinasui faced her mother's opponent alone, the feeling of absolute despair tugging at her heart strings.
"Obito Sensei...no..." She teared up. The man looked at her without any emotion, the hole in his chest proving he was dead. He got into position, about to attack when he noticed Shinasui was gone. He looked around until he noticed she was in the air, right above him.
"Lightning Style: Shimmering Cage!" From her hand sprouted dozens of beams of electric blue bolts that surrounded Obito. The Uchiha looking incredibly deadly towards the young girl he adored so much. He was captured however and couldn't move, allowing her to head towards the mirror.
Shinasui threw herself forward, tears falling from her eyes when she realized that she was too late to save Obito from her vision...to late to save him from his death. She pushed the thought to the back of her mind...focusing on the one person that caused all of this.
Takeda.
Before facing her fiance, Shinasui took the sword from her back, the weapon so beautiful in design but so evil in intent. She wielded the weapon like it was forged just for her, the thick blade shining in the setting sun.
"FOR OBITO!" She screamed as she slashed at the mirror with a bright silver light emanating from the golden fixture. The glassy mirror immediately shattered, crumpling to the ground and eliminating the dark shadow surrounding it. She heard a few gasps and looked over at Shisui and Sakumo, the two staring at their hands and complete bodies. She dropped the Miyamoto sword and ran towards the two, undoing their genjutsu.
"Grandpa! Shisui!" She squealed in surprise. Her grandfather wrapped her up immediately in a tight hug, his body warm and his blood flowing strongly. Shinasui heard his powerful heartbeat and swallowed the lump in her throat.
"I finally get to hung my granddaughter...you're even more beautiful in person my little Shinasui." Sakumo grinned as he placed a stray strand of her silvery white hair behind her ear.
"You look like my wife..." He grinned. Shinasui smiled back before turning to see a groaning Shisui stretching.
"Man...being controlled sucked...glad to have my body back..." The Uchiha turned to Shinasui and blushed heavily.
"Man you really did get pretty." Shisui chuckled. Shinasui smiled back at him and hugged him too by jumping first. He grunted as he caught her and chuckled.
"I had no idea this thing would bring us back for good...but it's really nice it did."
"Thank you for helping me, for telling me everything I needed to know. Thank you Shisui." He winked at her.
"Hey it helped me out too if it brought me back to life." Shinasui was distracted when she heard Obito grunt, his body being enveloped with a bright white light. Shinasui ran to him, paying Shisui and Sakumo no attention when she ran to her Sensei. Obito felt no pain, his body slowly being taken by the light. Shinasui slid on her knees in front of Obito, watching him smile at her.
"Shinasui...I got to see you...one last time." He grunted. Warm water was building around her violet eyes, her small and soft hands cradling Obito's smooth face.
"Please don't leave me Obito Sensei...please don't go...I'll kill him! I'll kill that bastard Takeda and rip his heart out for doing this to you! I swear to it Obito I will kill him.." Obito shook his head before leaning so their foreheads were touching.
"I chose this path...I chose this fate...and I'm happy with my choice. Shinasui...I have something important to tell you." The girl listened, her heart beating a mile a minute trying to commit everything Obito was telling her to memory. She nodded with teary eyes.
"I want you to take everything I have...everything in my possession is yours now." Shinasui gasped out loud, her violet eyes were wide in wonder.
"O-obito.."
"Wait I'm not done. In my room, under my bed is a hidden door you can only see with an eye technique. Open the door and head to the hidden room...everything in there is confidential material that I am also passing onto you. No one can ever know that those things are in your possession...You are my successor...my biggest accomplishment...I love you like my own daughter..." Shinasui was sobbing lightly while hearing his heart wrenching goodbye.
"I want you to promise me...to not miss me...to laugh when you think of me...and to life your life to the fullest...I was the first person hold you when you were born, even before your own mother. I'm just happy I was blessed enough to see you turn into such...an amazing woman...stay strong Shinasui...stay strong and stay yourself...don't give into the hurt like your mother has...don't give into the pain.." He said. Shinasui watched as Obito slowly evaporated into blinding white light, his lips kissing her forehead.
"I love you my little Shina." And with his final goodbye to the world, Obito was gone once again.
