Shirayuki- Viola-senpai, if we may ask, what happened between Ishida-Senpai and Haruko's brother?

Dian- Yes. Did anything bad happen between them in the past?

Haruko- To be honest, Kai-senpai always acted like that.

Viola- It's enough Haruko. I agree with Eleanor. You should not get involved in this. I can understand that you see Kai the same way your brother sees him, but have you ever tried knowing him or understanding his side?

Haruko- I--

Viola- The answer is no.(Sigh) I guess it will be okay to tell you guys.

(Everyone sits)

Viola- Whatever Eleanor has told me about Kai's childhood, I can tell you only that much. The Kai you see now was very different when he was a child. He used to love talking and playing with everyone he met. He was friendly and playful, the exact opposite of what he is now. But being from a family as rich and influential as the Ishida's, he only had those so-called friends who hung around him just for influence. He believed them to be his true friends, but when he got older, reality struck on him. They left his side, because they thought he was just annoyance and soon he was left alone in the darkness, with no one to guide him out, except the one ray of hope he found his older brother to be. His older brother, Kirito, was not only an exceptional son and a brother, but also as a person who was not only good at everything he did, but was also kind and sweet. Kai found a good friend and companion in Kirito and soon enough even Eleanor joined their gang, their families being good friends. Because Kirito helped him get out of his sadness, Kai idolized him and wanted to be just like him, wanting to return the sparkle that his brother gave to him. But, before he could do that, he sadly lost his brother when he was 13. Kai could not recover from that and still carries with him that bitter feeling and regret. It was then that he became how you know him to be, Distant. That's when he got scouted by the label. His parents and Elle persuaded him to join, in hopes of seeing him smile again and he did, after meeting Kellen. Though he was as distant as ever, Kellen's attitude changed him a bit. They became good friends who did everything together. After he joined the group, even Hiroshi became their close friend and everything was going great until their debut, the debut of the group Elle has told you about. Kellen left the label and joined a rival company without giving any reason while Hiroshi and Kai had to work very hard for their debut as the fans were disappointed with the most famous member leaving. They changed their group name and debuted as Reality, the popular group you know. Both still carry bitter feelings towards each other because of what the other said, the last time they met. It won't be easy, going back to how they were because Kai can't even dream about letting a person enter his life, at this point. He still feels only Kirito can save him from this darkness, but we all know that it's not possible. Now, Haruko, do you think Kai deserves it?

Haruko- He doesn't... I am feeling really sorry for myself that I never tried to understand his side... I promise to apologize to him...

Dian- That would be better.. It is a hard feeling to have no friends and losing the only one you had. Senpai, what did Kellen-San actually say to Kai?

Viola- I have no clue... He never told anyone.. Anyways, you guys better get some rest.

Hayoon- Yes.. We know.. But I really don't like seeing Kai-Senpai like this

Serena (Puts a hand on her shoulder)- Hayoon, I think it's better to leave him alone for now. Let's get some rest for now, alright?

Hayoon- Hai. Senpai, We will be going now!

Viola- Good Night!

(After they leave)

Viola- I will leave him for a little while more...

Writer- After changing into her pajamas, Serena went to the roof, her favorite place in the building. She just wanted to feel the breeze. After all, a lot happened today. As she arrived, she saw someone near the railing and she--

Serena- Hiroshi-senpai!

Hiroshi- Oh, hey Se-

Serena- Don't jump! Life is too short!!Please don't!! [Serena, like seriously, stop giving him ideas!!!!]

Hiroshi- What----(Laughs) That's not what you should say! Well, you are truly Ms. Mime.

Serena- Hey! Stop calling me by that name! I cared about you for nothing! You are still a jerk.(Sticks her tongue out)

Hiroshi- (Stops laughing) Sorry.. And thanks.. For making me laugh.. I really needed it.

Serena- Welcome....

Writer- They just sit on a bench under the moonlight(I have no clue why every time any one of my characters are on the roof, there is always a full moon. Not just me manipulating laws of nature). Anyways--

Serena- You know, I think so, I get you...

Hiroshi- Huh?

Serena- My mom and dad are always fighting at home... I never saw a quiet day in my life at home where we just sat and talked happily. It had become kind of like a routine. They came home, ate, started fighting and I went to my bedroom and slept... trying to cancel that noise. I was actually used to it and I thought it happens in every family.... Until I met Shirayuki. She was my first friend and whenever I visited her house, I felt happy. Her house was full of happy vibes. I felt I belonged there. I envied her at some point but was also glad to have met her.. I get it.. Fighting gets both of us angry because we are tired of it and no one tries to understand us, thinking we are okay with it and aren't getting hurt on the inside.... But.. we are .. a lot more than they can imagine..

Hiroshi- Hey, I am so sorry for making you remember this..

Serena- No, it's alright! My motive to tell you this is that... don't run away. I could have easily told my parents how I felt, but instead I ran away.. Now I can't even get those days back... But you know, if you just tell Kai-Senpai how you feel, I bet he will understand (Smiles)

Writer- While they were talking, someone was watching them from the shadows, smiling at herself.. Now, she thought, it was time for her entry!

Viola (Hugs them from behind)- Well, I agree with Serena! You should just tell Kai. After all aren't you guys best of friends?

Hiroshi (Smiles to himself)- Well, yeah.. I will tell him.. Thanks Serena... And Vi.

Viola- Also, Serena, I think everything's not lost. You can still tell your parents how you feel. You are getting a holiday soon, so ask them to come home early and talk to them, one on one and tell them how you feel. I bet they will understand!

Serena- Do you think?

Viola- Absolutely. Both of you just need to be brave enough to do this, because unless you tell the person in front of you how you feel, how will they know?

Hiroshi and Serena- Yes, you are right!

Viola- Well, then as everything is sorted and we are almost at the happy ending , group hug!

Writer- Kawai!!! All bad things have to end because at the end of the dark tunnel, there is always light! As for Kai's ending.. Eleanor found him in his favorite place, the Garden.

Eleanor- Kai...

Kai- Elle, please leave me alone for sometime.

Eleanor- No I won't!

Kai- Elea---

Eleanor- I have listened to you enough!! Kirito definitely wouldn't have left you alone!!

Kai- Stop talking about him... He is no longer here...

Elanor- Kai...You know, he never spent one moment without you. He loved you a lot.. And I bet he is watching you even now.. Getting hurt just cause you got hurt..

Kai- But.. I must have disappointed him... I could not become like him....

Eleanor- Of Course you didn't.. And he never wanted to see you become like him.. He wanted you to become into YOU, a person who is exceptional in his own way. And I bet he must be super proud of where you have reached now.

Kai- You think?

Eleanor- Yes(Smiles). And whatever Kellen said, it wasn't true. Kirito once told me how he just wanted to see that cute smile of yours and seeing you return to that non-stop chattering parrot self. He never wanted you to regret over anything after he left. He just wanted you to be happy and explore this world and realize that everyone is not the same.

Kai- Elle...

Writer- After the conversation with Viola, Shirayuki decided to take a detour and headed to the garden for a walk.. there she saw Kai and Eleanor. Kai was crying while Eleanor was comforting him..

Shirayuki(Narrative)- He looks sad... Should I--- Wait, is Senpai shaking her head? I think she's telling me not to come right now.. I think it's better to not go there, as he has finally calmed down.. But tomorrow... I don't know why.. But I really want to try my best.. To try to get his smile back, just like his brother wanted..
