"Chase after your dreams. Never let them fade away." That's what I have been hearing my mother say since childhood and so, I want to live up to these words. Hi! I am Hiraoka Shirayuki, an 18 year old girl who wants to become a really famous Idol. A great dream, isn't it? I don't want it to remain just a dream, but become my reality and so, I have been working extra hard along with my bestie to reach our limits and become No.1 in the world!

This is my Childhood friend and Bestie, Takanashi Serena. Both of us always wanted to do something that would bring smiles to others' faces and so, we decided to chase this dream of becoming idols. Truth be told, we were over confident at first, but with every rejection, we learnt that we have to reach our full potential to actually stand a chance. We practiced night and day, and finally, we stood at a level where we could compete with top idols. This is the story of our encounter with our destiny and more importantly, a story about our journey of trying to become the best versions of ourselves!

Shirayuki (Narrative)- I was looking out the window, trying to take everything in. This week was to be my last at school since I would be graduating. The high school years were soo much fun and so, it feels a bit tough to leave all of this behind. Yet.... I felt very excited and had this very warm and tingling feeling inside me. After all... It was finally time. Suddenly, I felt a hand on my shoulder.

Serena- What's up Shirayuki?

Shirayuki- Nothing much.

Serena- Oh! I know, you were thinking about someone special right? (smirks)

Shirayuki- No silly! I was just thinking about our future and how all of this will end soon... (sighs)

Serena- You are the silly one. It's going to be alright. Always stay positive!

Shirayuki- You really are the best, staying positive and all! Anyways how's your exam preparation going?

Serena- It's going great. I will rock this exam! And beat you to the number one spot!

Shirayuki- You sure will! (giggles)

Shirayuki- I will surely miss school, the teachers, our classmates and everyone else. Remember, the lunch breaks? They were always sooo much fun! And--

Serena- Yeah. Me too. I will miss everything! But we shouldn't be sad, we will always have our memories with us. Anyways we must hurry, the deadline is at 4pm. Unless, you want to just stay in high school and never graduate. (Drags Shirayuki away)

Girls- Yay!!!

Shirayuki's Mom- Dear, can you pass me the salt shaker?

Shirayuki- Yes. Here.

Shirayuki's Father- So, did you girls submit the application?

Serena- Yes, Mr. Hiraoka. You know, if it wasn't for me, your daughter wouldn't have even left the school ground!

Shirayuki's Father- I can imagine that. She must have been naming everyone whom she was going to miss, talking about the lunch break memories and most importantly, the school garden.

Serena- OMG! How did you know?

Shirayuki's Mom- This has been repeating since kindergarten. (Everyone laughs)

Shirayuki- Anyways, if you would like to ask, I am ready for the auditions! I promise you I won't fail this one! With Serena by my side, I can take on the world!

Shirayuki's Mom- The last time you said you would 'Take on the World', you had a fractured leg

Shirayuki- Mom!

(Everyone Laughs happily while Sprinkles, Shirayuki's dog, munches away happily at his food)

Serena (Thinking)- I wish this was mine.....

(After dinner in Shirayuki's room)

Shirayuki- 27th March is going to be such a special day for us. This day will decide our future. Ahh! I can't wait for it

Serena- I know right! The wait is feeling endless now! But hey, whatever the challenges, we are ready for them! Our Bright future,
