Star 1.) ⭐️Shining has cameras all over his building so he can watch his idols almost 24/7.

Star 2.) ⭐️Shining has yet to tell Cecil and Otoya they are his children.

Star 3.) ⭐️In his younger years, Shining was actually a very sensible person. With a not so great attitude though.

Star 4.) ⭐️Shining planned for STARISH to come together from the beginning.

Star 5.) ⭐️Shining thinks of the agency as his personal playground.

Star 6.) ⭐️Shining and Cecil have the same skin tone (like father like son. Aging will vary for Otoya and Cecil...)

Star 7.) ⭐️ Shining fell in love with the queen of Agnapolis but then he disappeared and she remarried.

Star 8.) ⭐️Shining may not act like it but everything he does has some sort of devious reason behind it.

Star 9.) ⭐️Shining an Raging have competed over who has more swagtastic sunglasses before.

Star 10.) ⭐️Shining wants to make the day his children discover who they are the sons of epic. (Cecil's mind will probably explode and Otoya will most likely faint on the spot.)

Star 11.) ⭐️Shining would much rather appear out of nowhere to give his idols news rather than just emailing or calling like a normal boss.

I think that might be it for now. sorry to disappoint you guys but I don't have enough background on certain characters like Hijirikawa Mai or Kurusu Kaoru to do them yet. But maybe when Utapri Revolutions comes out I'll get more info on them.
