Nanamori was staring outside, he was done with the homework that he didn't get to finish

And he felt someone poke his cheek

"Are you okay? You look like you didn't get any sleep" You sat down on your seat which was beside him

"Yeah, I finished the other things at home since I live alone now" He sighed and looks at you "How about you?"

"Hmm? I'm doing fine even if the teachers were annoying me"

You both laughed as someone blocked your eyes

"Akane-chan, stop it already"

You can see Nanamori again and slapped Tooi-san in her arm

You stare at Tooi-san as she said blinks her eyes

"You like him?" She blushed and nodded her head

"Even if he's an idiot, I don't know why I feel this way" She smiles at you and leans towards you

"Don't you feel the same for Na-kun?"

It somehow feels wrong to you

It hurts so to know that you two like the same person

So you have to lie

"I don't have someone I like" With a fake smile on your face, she was convinced by that

"No, I don't have someone I like" Nanamori said as he took a bite of his lunch

"Eeeeeh~ feels like Na-kun is lying" Colon said nudging Nanamori three times

"Yeah, even though there are girls that are looking at you" Root said, feeling the intense stares of the girls behind him

Nanamori stare at his food before your image smiling at him came to his mind

He flinched and he hits his head on the table

"NA-KUN, ARE YOU OKAY?" Satomi said as they all looked at Nanamori with worried faces

"I'm planning on confessing to him today!"

Your eyes went from the almost empty classroom to Nanamori

"You've been staring at the blackboard for awhile and I am quite impressed that you were still able to take notes"

You laughed as you fixed your things to be putted in your bag

And suddenly Jel bursted in with Tooi while holding hands

You and Nanamori smiled at them

"Congratulations!" You said at the same time and you just looked at each other

"Ah, our route is here" You and Nanamori waved at them

"Congrats again, Akane-chan and Jel-kun!" They nodded their heads and walked on their way

As they all disappeared from your sights

"You can cry now, (Y/N)-chan" Nanamori said as he hugged you

You hold onto his arm and cried on his chest

"She's not your only childhood friend"

The next day

"Ahem, Nanamori-kun and (Y/N)-san are absent due to personal reasons, their family informed me beforehand" The teacher said as Tooi-san looked at the two empty seat

"Eh!? They're both absent? Why?" Jel shrugged as Tooi-san put out her phone and dialed you

Jel has his eyes widen

But Tooi-san and Jel were faking that they were going out to make you jealous
