I've been playing Lets Go Pikachu in a really weird order so Blaine was my fourth gym (after Brock, Misty, and Koga) and after I exit te gym he comes and tells me he has seven.

Plus, he also was like THAT MANY to my three gym badges when I did the Silph Co stuff which I think is funny.
