(Crystal's POV)

I'm putting the ribbons onto the wall when the door opens and a gust of cold wind enters.

"GOLD!!!" I hear Blue say.

I look to the front to see Gold covered in bruises, his face bright red with, by the looks of it, tears falling onto his cheeks.

"Are you alright?" I hear Sapphire ask.

He quickly wipes his face and mouths "Yeah, yeah, I'm fine."

"What's with the bags?" Red asks.

I take a look at what Red's talking about. There's a bunch of bags right next to Gold.

"You'll see!" Gold mouths while smiling.

He starts taking off his winter gear.

"How many people are coming?" Green asks Blue.

"I think I forgot." Blue says.

"Pesky Woman!" 

Then the door opens and smacks Gold in the face.

It's Ruby's parents and Sapphire's father.

"HELLO!" Prof. Birch says.

Then he looks behind the door to see Gold trying to scramble out of there.

"I'm so sorry, Gold!" He says, making sure he's alright.

He moves the door away from Gold which shuts on Norman.

"Oh no!" Prof. Birch says.

Sapphire's trying to hide her laughter.

Prof. Birch opens the door after Gold gets out of the way.

Gold walks over to the couch with his bag full of whatever, sits down and mouths to himself "If I get another injury tonight..."

He opens the bag and then smiles to himself.

Then Yellow walks over to him.

"What's in there?" She asks.

Gold quickly closes the bag.

"Is that our presents?"

Gold shrugs. He takes out his Pokemon out of his Pokeballs.

Yellow walks away.

Then Gold places his finger to his mouth, pointing upwards and looks at his Pokemon.

I walk over to him.

(Gold's POV)

Crys walks over to me and sits down on the couch.

"Where have you been?" She asks softly.

I give a confused expression.

"I mean... where have you been staying at? Have you been living in the cold?!"

"Yeah..." I mouth "what's wrong with that?"

Crystal is in shock.

She places a hand on my bruised face.

I flinch a little due to the small pain.

"Why are you so distant?"

"..." I don't respond.

I spot a tear fall onto her right cheek. Then she gets up and walks to the kitchen.

The parents of the other dex holders have now come.

I immediately walk out to the backyard of the house.

My Pokemon follow me.

I stare up at the sky which has the beautiful stars right now.

"Hey," A soft voice says. I look behind me to see Silver. "you alright?"

I nod.

"It's gonna be alright. I know it's not the same for me but... trust me. It's gonna be alright."

He pats me on the back and then walks back inside.

I stare into space, trying not to think about mother.

(Sapphire's POV)

"When are you going to confess to him?" I jump when I hear that voice.

I look behind me to see Blue being scary.

"I-uh-I don't know what you're talking about!" I say.

She grabs my hand and we enter the kitchen where no one else is.

"You SHOULD know that I'm the master of shipping! I know when someone wants to expose their feelings."

I'm now sweating. "Even if I say it, he'll forget!!"

"Then keep reminding him!" Blue says. "If he forgets... then... he doesn't truly care... about you."

She returns to the others, leaving me standing there.

I sit down on a chair and think about what Blue had just said.

DOES he love me? 

My heart's beating fast. Thinking Ruby might not love me...

"You seem tense." I look up; Ruby's talking to me.

"Oh, I'm fine." I quickly say.

"You sure?" 

"YES I'm FINE!" 

"Alright, alright. Sorry!" Ruby says. He walks away.

I want to run after him. Squeeze him tightly.

But I can't.

The thought of him not loving me breaks my heart.

Then Blue tells everyone that it's time to eat!

(Blue's POV)

Everyone rushes to the table and starts taking some food.

"GO EASY ON THE FOOD, GOLD!!" Crystal says.

Looks like he took a lot of food.

Gold just shrugs and then mouths "Only if YOU go easy on your work..."

"What's THAT supposed to mean?!"

"I thought you were smart enough to understand... ah well."

Gold takes out his Pokemon and sits on the couch.

He looks into his bag of... whatever's in there, and smiles.

"BLUE!!!" 

I nearly had a heart attack.

It was Green.

"WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!" I yell.

He smirks and says "Now you know how I feel..."

I gasp. I think about that and realize that I do the same exact thing. So I shouldn't be getting mad...

Instead of getting mad, I smile.

"Looks like Noisy Woman can close her mouth once in a while." 

Now THAT got me mad.

"Why do you keep offending me!?" I ask.

Green just shrugs.

If only I could tell him... if only I had the guts to confess...

(Red's POV)

So I'm now talking to Norman when he asks if he wants to have a battle.

"I'd like to..." I say. "but I think it's almost time to exchange presents!"

"After then..." 

"Alright!"

So a few months ago, I lost my memories.

I remember when Yellow dragged me to the river that resulted in The Forgotten Memories.

If I didn't lose them, I wouldn't have known that Yellow liked me.

So I'm guessing I should thank that Gyarados.

"Everyone!!" We all look to where the voice came from. It's Blue. "It's time to Use Present!"

Whoop. Better get going.
