I just cried as I see Zephyr standing there at the door. He seems to be at shock seeing me but he quickly reached me and untie everything that was on my hands and on my mouth.

I wrapped my arms around him, immediately not caring if I'm naked and dirty. He also seems not to care. He is hugging me to tightly as if he didn't want to let me go again. I was sitting at the edge of the bed while he bended down so he could level my face with his.

"Zephyr." I cried, leaning my forehead to his.

He's not an illusion. He's here.

Zephyr is here with me.

He held me in his arms like it is the safest the place in the world. I felt his lips on my hair and it travelled down my lips. "You're safe now, my love. You're safe now. I'm here. No one is going to hurt you again. Thank God, you're still alive."

I nod, agreeing with him. "I love you."

Zephyr quickly stood up and removed his coat then made me wear it. I managed to get up on my own feet as he helped me down the stairs. He had his arm wrapping around my waist as we walked on the way out. The whole place is a mess.

"Let me go!"

Vincent was being held down by three bulky men as they cuff him from behind while screaming his throat out. He caught a glimpse of me with Zephyr and roared. "You! You fucking whore! I should have killed you already! Tell me where is Avery?!"

"Let's go." Zephyr walked me out of the house. The door was blown up by a bomb or something and it's strange because I didn't hear anything.

Outside the house, there are two police cars waiting, four black cars and Zephyr's car waiting for us.

I saw one familiar guy standing near the car and smiled at us when we walk nearer.

"Rune, my man." Zephyr gave him a manly hug. "Thank you so much for the help."

"No problem. You know I am always ready to help." Rune replied, burying his hand inside his pockets. "Hi Eleina, I'm glad we were able to find you in time. I'm relieved that you're safe."

"Than you, Rune." I softly spoke.

"Rune is the one who tracked Vincent down, we were able to find you quickly because of him."

My eyes widen. This man was the one who rescued me. "Oh my God, thank you so much." I gasped, hugging him.

Rune chuckled and hugged me back. "Just doing my job, gorgeous." He told me before pulling away. "And I saw the determination and love in Zephyr. For the first time, actually. This is the first time that I saw how serious Zephyr is."

Upon hearing that, I felt Zephyr's arm wrapping around my waist once again and kissed my temples. "She's one of a kind, Rune. And she's mine. All those people who will try to destroy us will die."

Rune laughed out loud. "So possessive as always."

Oh God, I can finally laugh. I'm saved finally.

"Why don't you two go home and have some rest. Or take her to the hospital to cure those wounds she got." Rune told us. "I will take care of the psychopath so don't worry."

"Momma!"

Oh God.

I turn towards the voice and I saw Avery running towards me. She came out of Zephyr's car.

She jumped towards me and I picked her up, hugging her with all my might. My tears automatically came out as I felt my daughter safe and sound. I showered her face with kisses. "Oh my God, Momma is here."

"Momma, you're safe."

"Yes, Momma is safe and I'm so happy you are too." I whispered at her ear.

"Of course, Dad kept me save and promised that no one is going to hurt me." She chirped.

My eyebrows touched. "Dad?"

"Let me go!" Vincent was now shoving out of the house. The men holding him didn't even bulge as he wiggled around, escaping their hold. Zephyr immediately went to my side when Vincent saw me. But his eyes went directly to Avery. "Is that her?" His tried to run to me but the men wearing black suit already grabbed him, shoving him inside of the police car.

"I want to meet my daughter! I'm your Daddy! Please, give me the chance to meet my daughter!" He shouted hysterically. Avery wrapped her arms around my neck and hugged me closer.

Zephyr blocked my view from Vincent and took us in his car. "Let's go home." He stated, opening the car door for me.

"Rune, can I talk to you for a bit?" Rune caught up with us.

"Sure." He answered before turning his attention back to me. "Stay in the car. I will be back in a minute." Zephyr gave me a soft assuring smile then playfully messed up Avery's hair as I get inside his car and he closed it for me.

Avery was sitting on my lap and still hugging me then slowly, she pushed me a little so she could talk to me. "Momma, you're kidnapped told me that he is my Daddy...is that true?"

Crap. I did not except this one coming. But the thing is, Avery is very smart, he can easy pick up things like that.

Softy, I cups her cheeks and kissed it before I could answer. "Unfortunately, yes, my love." She still deserves to know it.

But there is no shock in her face. "But he's a bad person." He frowned and pouted. "He hurts my Momma."

"Oh sweetheart, do not think of it that way. H-he is not thinking right." I sigh heavily. "You won't understand it right now, baby. But just always keep this in mind, you don't need him in your life...our life. I'm here to give you all the love that you deserves. You know that, right?"

"Yep." She cheered with a huge grin. "And Zephyr asks me if I accept him to be my Dad too."

Wait, what? "H-he did?"

"Yes, Momma. And he promised me that he will love me and protect me...not just me but you too." The smile in Avery's face tells me how happy he is recognising Zephyr as his Daddy's. And knowing that, it's like my heart was being touched by a warm hand. "He is my Daddy now and he protected me from my real Dad so I'm happy."

Shit. Why am I crying?

"Oh Avery." I hugged her closer to me. "I love you so much."

"I love you too, Momma." She hugged me back. "Us against the world."

"Yes, baby. Us against the world." I whispered, caressing her long hair.

"Oh wait, Momma. Can we include Zephyr in our family?" Avery asked, smiling cheekily. "He's my Daddy now."

With her question, I just can't help but laugh. Oh, my daughter  is so adorable. I'm so happy that she is a smart and understanding little girl. For a young girl, she had gone through a lot in my drama. And now, I will make sure that she will experience nothing but happiness in my arms.

A couple of minutes later, Zephyr came inside the car and smiled seeing me and Avery laughing at some certain topic.

"Hey,  Daddy!" Avery greeted excitedly then jumped on Zephyr. She is still small so she can fit on his lap while driving.

"Avery! Zephyr is going to drive." I tried to remove her from him.

"No, no, its fine." Zephyr told me, as he kissed Avery's head then started to drive off to the main road. Did they got too clingy while I was gone? "You should take a rest, Eleina. I know you're tired."

Well, he is right. Now, I can feel safely and comfort. Leaning my back to the seat and tried to rest my mind for a bit. "Just wake me up if we are already there."

"Okay, Momma."

My eyes were just closed but I'm conscious the whole ride. I just can't brought myself to sleep after what happened. It was music in my ears to hear Avery and Zephyr laughing inside the car. They are having their random conversation, talking about anything then will just laugh out of the blue.

But it is something that I want to hear in my life. I will never get tired hearing the laughter that they are sharing.

So far, it's the best thing that I encountered seeing; Avery and Zephyr having fun.

"Momma, we are here!" Avery chanted, getting out of the car first. Opening my eyes, I noticed that we are in front of Zephyr's mansion. We are already inside his gate and Avery just casually ran inside his home.

Zephyr chuckled seeing Avery running towards somewhere then he helped me out of the car. I was actually clutching my lower belly where Vincent cuts as me I felt some stinging there.

"Are you alright? Where does it hurt?" He asked me, worriedly. "I will take you to the hospital."

I shook my hand, disagreeing. "No, I'm fine."

"Eleina, you are still badly injured. I will take you to the hospital." He insisted but I kept on shaking my head.

"I'm fine, Zephyr. Calm down." I assured him. "I just want to rest and...eat because I'm so hungry."

"Right." Zephyr flicked his fingers then swiftly carried me in his arms causing me to yell.

"Zephyr?!"

"I don't want you to waste your energy. You've gone through a tough time. Please, relax and calm your mind. You're here with me now. You're safe." Zephyr carried me the living room and made me sit down on the huge luxurious couch.

"Wait here. I already cooked something for dinner." He instructed me as he head out towards the kitchen.

Avery came and sat down with me as we start a conversation. "Did Zephyr took care of you while I was gone?"

"Yes, Momma." She replied, holding and playing with her doll.

"That's a new doll. Who gave that to you?"

"Daddy bought me this."

I'm still not used of Avery calling Zephyr daddy now but it's not that I hate it because I love hearing it. It shows only how serious he is as a man.

Zephyr came back holding a tray of some kind of soup and noodles. "Avery, you want to eat?"

"No, Momma. I already ate." She answered.

Zephyr placed the tray on his lap and feed me like I'm disabled or something causing me to laugh. "Come on, let me do this."

"Zephyr, I can do that myself. My body is still functioning." I stated, taking the spoon from him but he pushed it out of my reach.

"No. I will feed you so please just let me." Zephyr responded, his tone low and serious.

Okay, what can I say? I just agreed and let him do it. I don't want to argue with him because I'm too damn tired for that. Zephyr fed me until the delicious soup and noodles are gone.

"Come on, let's clean up all those wounds and get you out of that bloody clothes." Zephyr acts like a weird mother right now as he placed his dishes inside the dishwasher.

"I can walk, Zephyr. Seriously, you don't have to carry up to the bathroom. And even worse, watch me as I bath myself." I narrowed my eyes at him.

"Actually, what I had in mind is that will wash you as you take a bath." He smirked, with a wink. "Hey little one, you should go to bed now. It's past nine."

It's nine in the evening already? Jeez. How long was I gone?

Avery nodded. "Okay. Good night, Momma!" She hopped to me then gave me a huge bear hug.

"Good night, baby." I whispered to her while hugging as I kissed the top of her head.

"Good night, Daddy!" She jumped at Zephyr and he quickly caught her in the air then hugged her and replied back before she ran upstairs. My daughter acts so casually here like she lives here already. And I don't know if this is a good thing or not because I didn't expect this one coming. First, she called her Daddy and now this.

"Where is she staying?" I questioned.

"I had one of my vacant room fix for her but she stays in my room when you were gone." He answered, offering his hand to me.

I grabbed it and he helped me get up. "How long was I gone?"

"Three days."

"Three days?!" Wow, I didn't felt like it was  a few days but it was already hell. I don't want to encounter such thing ever again.

We reached his huge bedroom which is styled wonderfully and very modern. His bedroom is the size of my apartment, just to be honest but it's amazing.

Zephyr handed me a towel while I was gazing around his room. "Here. I already prepared the bathtub. So have a warm dip. It will help you relax."

I nodded as he pointed the door to his bathroom.

The room suddenly felt cold and I don't know why. When I dip my naked body in the warm tub, I never felt such relaxation. Just on the right time. The soreness and aching around my body are slowly drifting away. I let my body slide down on the tub. Only my  neck and my face are off the water. Damn, this feels so good.

Closing my eyes for a few minute causing me to think of what I have been through.

Zephyr had done too much for me. And my thank you are not enough to see how I appreciate what he did to me. First, he didn't give up until he finds me. Then second, he saved me from Vincent then if it wasn't for him, Avery must have also kidnapped by his psychopath Dad. I wasn't killed because he got to me just on time. God knows what will happen if they arrived later on.

Inhaling deeply, I opened my eyes as I removed myself from the tub to head on and get the towel that I hung on the rack. Before I could wrap it around my body, I saw my whole bare figure in front of the huge mirror beside the bathroom sink. I noticed my cut at my lower belly that Vincent made. It wasn't that fresh anymore because it already dried but the cut wasn't deep so the pain vanished immediately.

I gulped as I wrap the body around me as I slowly make my way out of the bathroom.

Zephyr stood up their, his back against me and he already changed into some clean white tank top and a pyjama pants whiling doing something on his phone.

Then something hits me and I know it sounds crazy but I just want to show him how much happy I am and grateful to have him by my side. Not just in this happening, but even for sticking to me despite that I have a daughter. He accepts me whole and loved my daughter more than his own life, loving her like she is his. Yet, I just stand here and let him do all the hardships and sacrifices. I want to thank him. This is for him and for my happiness. To us.

The fire burning inside me started to get intense as I look at him. I'm sure of my feelings and I'm willing to show him how much I love him. And he's been shown his love for me so many times. Too much actually. Now, I want to show it to him not just by words.

Walking slowly to his direction, I untie the towel around my body with shaky hands and let it fall down at my feet.

He still had his back on me so I carefully wrap both of my arms around his waist from behind. From the small flinch he did tells me that he was surprised. His head turned over his shoulder to look at me and confusion marked his face until he saw that I was not wearing anything. His posture got tensed.

"Eleina." I felt him gulp and his mouth opened a little. "W-what the...?"

I remained quiet as I inhaled his scent by placing my nose on his shoulder as he turns around so that now we are facing each other. I saw how his confused brown orbs ranked down to my body up to my own eye. I saw something that there is something igniting within him as we stare at each other. But he's holding himself.

I can feel how my heart beats so fast at our contract. Even him can't steady his heart to its normal rate.

His hand gently raised so could touch my right cheek. "Eleina."

"I love you, Zephyr." I whispered at his lips, closing the distance between us. "Make love to me, please."

"Oh baby..." He breathe out, huskily before finally leaning down to kiss me hungrily. My arms snaked their up to wrap around his neck pushing him to kiss me harder. "I love you."

I know. You've proven your point so many times.

Our lips collided once again as I felt some kind of electrify shocks going trough the both of us. My insides just want to get wild for this man. I can't control myself if this goes any further. But I don't have any intention to stop anyway so everything is going to perfectly fine.

I felt the hesitation in Zephyr's touch. He couldn't hold on me that properly like he was nervous or something. "Eleina, are you sure about this?"

"Very sure." I ragged, closing our distance. "Please...please make love to me. Make me feel how much you love me."

Zephyr bit down his lower lip, followed by the tightening of his hold on my lower back and pushed me even closer, leaving no gap between us. "You don't have to beg, my love. I'm yours."

I grinned happily as our started to kiss passionately and wildly. Squealing softy when Zephyr lifted me up causing me to wrap my legs around his waist and damn, I can feel the chills. The volts electrifying my whole system.

Lust and love took over the both of us while I felt myself shivering in delight when our skin touched as his kisses travelled down to my neck.

My hands combed his dark brown hair. They are so soft and silky. Good enough just to ran my hands through it.

Both of us were out of breath when we pulled apart, our eyes met once again as it felt like I'm going to melt. My eyes roamed down to his natural pink lips. They are so tempting.

His lips suddenly curved into a smirk as his one hand cupped my cheeks, gently. "My beautiful Eleina." He whispered, inhaling something on my neck before he placed me down on the bed. My whole body is still wet from the bath I did, but it seems like he didn't care.

I pulled his tank top above his head revealing his ripped muscular body, my hand went down to feel his abs. Zephyr is not that huge bulky kind of guy because once you really saw his naked torso, he is really muscular in just the perfect way.

He left out a husky and sexy chuckle when he caught me staring at his body. "You must have badly want it?"

I blushed hearing his question. "Shut up."

He closed the distance between us by kissing me deeply again. I can still feel that he is controlling himself because his hands were a little shaky and remained only touching my shoulders. "Hey, why do you look so nervous?" I arched an eyebrow, pulling away a little.

Wait, his cheeks reddened. Is he blushing? Oh my God. Don't tell me he is really nervous about this?

"Of course, I'm nervous."

A small chuckle escaped my lips. "Why? I mean, you surely have done these to a lot of women before."

"To women that doesn't even matter to me. I forgot about them right away. But you...damn, I just felt so beyond happy right now. You mean a lot to me, Eleina. I am treasuring this moment for the rest of my life." The tone in his voice shows seriousness yet very gentle. He leaned down to place a soft kiss on my forehead before it went down to my lips. "I love you."

"I love you." I whispered, wrapping my arms around his neck and kissed him again.

We let our body do the work as how we love each other this night. Losing ourself in the game of pleasure and sensation. Zephyr was very gentle and I never felt this happiness before. Men have used me for sex just for nothing. Vincent did. I thought what they had for me is love but I'm not happy. Now, I know how it really feels. It's something that I can't even describe. Words can't explain how it feels like.

And I'm overjoyed to have Zephyr coming into my life. How he saved me from that crazy man outside his club.

Destined, is that the world? Well some people do believe in that kind of things. But I do.

There are tons of things that possibly can happen the night that Zephyr and I met. What if, I didn't follow the crazy man? Or if I didn't got fired in my last job? It was, meeting him is a fate.

The first man to ever accept Avery as well.

This man really is something. And I don't have a plan on letting him go. He is mine.

Zephyr is only mine.
