Sneaking through the plaza was not exactly a simple thing to do with a clear mind, knowing that one false move would increase the chances of death by an exponential amount especially when the boogeyman of night city was walking around , but they were able to make it work so far, a party of y/n wanted to just go out guns blazing, hell he still had that itch to scrap with Adam smasher, but if there's one thing that even the Raven of night city has learned it's that you have to pick your battles, he was severely unaquipped for this, there was no telling what arasaka is willing to throw at them

Y/n handled the the dirty work choking out guards or popping them his pistol, thankfully one of the guards had a silencer on hand, v took out anybody that could have caught y/n standing out in the open and shut down any cameras in the immediate vicinity, and Jackie hung back behind them, being their extra set of eyes and make sure not to aggravate his injury.

They soon made it into the elevator where y/n quickly hit down once everyone was inside.

Jackie then slumped a bit to the side elevator."Hah-agh! Hehe.." Jackie out a strained laugh.

"What?" V asked wondering why he was laughing.

"Saburo Arasaka, Hundred and fifty years.. and today..of all fuckin' days. That's like some divine comedy shit, hahaha agh!." Jackie grunted holding his side with a smirk

V however wasn't amused "Think all this is funny?!"

" yeah I do." Jackie responded with no shame.

" it is preety funny tho, this was not on my bingo card." Y/n chuckled shaking his head.

" this ain't the the fucking time and Your liver could be fucked!" V scolded pointing at Jackie's injury.

"Had it comin', hehe ngh, chill, V. We'll get out alive."

"Tell Bug, why don'tcha. Maybe she'd still be alive if we hadn't been so gung-fuckin'-ho!" V yelled in fustration.

"Bro we're in konpeki fucking plaza, t bug knew what she was getting into, and none of us thought this was was going to play out like this but it is what it is that's not on us." Y/n spoke seriously, he didn't want to sound like he didn't care about t-bug dying but they needed to stay focused, he placed hand on Vs shoulder. " we can mourn later, top priority now is leaving this bitch."

V sighed , he knew y/n was right this wasn't the time for an argument. " alright..alright, leave first." he looked to Jackie. " and get you to a hospital."

"I'm fine ngh, wasn't what y/n gave me enough?" Jackie asked holding his side.

"The maxdoc only slowed the bleeding Vs right, the liver needs to get checked out." Y/n spoke seriously.

The Elevator finally opened, to guys were at the front and y/n popped their heads before they could properly react. " let's go." Y/n whispered walking out of the elevator.

Y/n minded his step and kept his head low as they were heavily armed guards walking about, they hit a corner and found the lovely sight of an elevetor, nearly there, y/n approached a Gaurd he was guarding the area.

Y/n secured the guards neck and mouth, and snapped it viciously, dragging his body across the floor with one hand and laying him beside the elevator entrance, taking an interesting grenade with him.

"Agh.. I'm starting to leak more." Jackie strained looking at his wound, the effects were wearing off.

"Don't worry we're almost home free." V spoke reassuringly.

"Yeah so don't thinking above kneeling over or Misty will curse my ass." Y/n joked.

Jackie laughed and coughed, " well we can't have that."

The elevator door soon opened and the trio walked out, but suddenly y/n caught the squad of guys just in time and quickly jumped behind a police vehicle. " SHIT!" Y/n spoke sticking to the wall as the guys opened fire with no mercy.

"where the hell is delamain?!" V yelled over the gun fire, firing some shots back with y/n.

"SKIIIIIRT!!!"

And speaking of the devil, delamain had sped into the parking lot running over to guys in the process.

" i advise that you waste no time in entering the vehicle." Delamain spoke to them on the halo.

The guys did not need to be told twice, y/n used his sandevistan to avoid fire and pop the skulls of three guys, picking up a couple assult rifles as he entered the passenger seat.

"Delamain, gun it!" V yelled from the back seat with Jackie right next to him.

" Welcome back. With Delamain, you leave your problems at the door...." Delamain greeted though the cars monitors.

"THE PROBLEM IS SHOOTING AT US DRIVING GET US OUT OF THIS BITCH!" Y/n shouted as he fired out the window onto arasaka reinforcements.

.The car turns on its bulletproof shields and quickly drives away from the parking lot..

"Not bad!" V complimented cars impressive defenses.

"Client feedback noted." Delamain responded

"How's our ride lookin'?" V asked, as he held Jackie's shoulder, the pain looked like it was really settling back in.

" Tiptop. Though alas, we are being pursued." Delamain responded as he hit a corner.

Y/n eyes widened a the statement, his eyes catching a charging figure.

"SWEET FUCKING JESUS" Jackie yelled catching sight of the attacker, the car was sent spinning before delamain regained control.

Y/n looks out window and found Adam smasher, standing up and blocking their path.

Y/n grit his teeth in anger gripping his assault rifle"Delamain..!" He growled out in urgency

"Combat mode activated. Please remain calm." Delamin said simply.

"CALM!?" V exclaimed.

Adam smasher fired a small wrist mounted rocket, delamain activated a small turrent from the hood, hitting the rocket, and firing a smoke grenade to obscure Adam smashers field of vision, delamain then began quickly backing up.

Y/n eyed Adam smasher from the smoke, seeing those soulless red eyes stare back at him.

"That mother fucker... this is a game to him..." y/n glared in anger as he knew Adam smasher could have shredded this cars defenses if you wanted to, instead he just stood there, like he wasn't needed for this.

"Road block ahead. I kindly request that you brace for impact." Delamain spoke driving off pass gun fire and hitting

"¡Oy, mis huevos! Shiiiit!" Jackie groaned in pained un prepared for said roadblock.

" A hostile enemy aircraft has a lock on us." Delmar spoke as arasaka aircraft had begun chasing after them.

"Why can't they just give up! Ngh..." Jackie yelled out in clear discomfort.

"We got them roll down the right windows, Jackie keep your head down , Y/n back me up!" V shouted taking the spare machine.

"Say less!" Y/n yelled sticking out the window, he's been itching to hit something.

Y/n took aim and began firing, with V's help the aircraft began falling out of the sky like flys as delamain didn't slow down for a moment, y/n even managed to clipped on of the wings forcing it to crash into another, the air assault was soon over.

"Hostile aircraft eliminated." Delamin announced.

"Phew!" V spoke as he hopped back in the vehicle.

" that's how you fucking shoot!" Y/n yelled with smiling ear to ear under his mask holding a fist out to v.

V smirked and didn't leave the Raven hanging. "We fucking made it Jackie!" V yelled shaking his injureds friends shoulder.

" preem , Nice work there Del, ugh this is really starting to suck.." Jackie groaned sitting back in his seat.

"My medical diagnostics indicate that Mr. Welles' condition is deteoriorating, i estimate he will reach critical levels in 30 minutes at most.

"Take us to a ripperdoc! Now!" V ordered del.

"Apologies, but that will not be possible. Our itinerary has been pre-arranged and paid for in advance. I am not at liberty to alter it." Del clarified,

" oh that's fucking wonderful!" Y/n spoke in sarcasm.

"Fuck your liberty! Do what I say!" V yelled in anger.

Y/n then got an idea. " hold up, can you got to a ripperdoc after you get to our destination?"

"Indeed, though you would have to make a payment in order to do so." Del responded.

Y/n rolled his eyes and his eyes flashed, having sent the eddies to dels system. " there you go you , take Jackie to victor vectors clinic, me and v can drive back after we're don with dex." He ordered.

" thank you, it shall be done." Del spoke simply.

"Held out just a bit longer jackster." Y/n spoke leaning against the window.

"Got nothing better to do Holmes." Jackie groaned.

"What a fucking mess." V sighed.

The car kept going full speed ahead until 15 minutes later they were finally in the parking lot to the no-tell motel, where dex was staying at. "We have arrive at our destination." Del announced.

"Time to greet the fat ass." Y/n spoke cocking his assault rifle back.

"About time." V spoke quickly, Jackie was looking paler by the minute. " let me get the chip Jackie." V said holding his hand out.

" alright..." Jackie groaned reaching behind his ear and pulling out the red flowing chip and handing it to v.

" del you know what to do, don't you die on us man." V spoke in concern.

"Yeah or your mom will literally castrate us." Y/n joked, just wishing to living things up if he could very worried himself.

" heh don't worry about me, just get our eddies señores, cough." Jackie spoke before coughing out a broke blood."

" get going del." Y/n said cutting the convo short, closing the door along with v and patting the roof of the vehicle.

" have a pleasant evening gentleman." Del bid farewell as he drove off.

V and y/n started walking the heavy rain, soaking their suits , walking up the stairs with a purpose, they were soon nearing Dexs door when v stopped y/n. " hold up man..why don't you hang back." V advised.

" the fuck? No way man, I want to see what excuse this guy will make before he pays what he owes." Y/n growled gripping his assault rifle.

" that's the problem, can you honestly keep your finger off the trigger long enough for it to happen?" V asked with a raised eyebrow.

..........

Y/n just groaned. " ugh.....fuck you v, aight il chill here."

V fist bumps y/Ns chest."Good man, it will be quick keep on eye out for arasaka or even the cops."

"Aye aye now hurry up before I change my mind." Y/n said waving his gun forward.

V nodded and went over and knocked on room 204.

"Lemme in." V spoke.

The door opened and dexters bodygaurd huscle looks around, he locks eyes with y/n who simply stares back before addressing V. " He waiting."

V walked in and huscle closed the door, and locked which y/n didn't miss.

"He ain't tell me not to eavesdrop." Y/n chuckled as he stood near the door hearing the convo.

Dexter: (watching TV) WNS... N54... Even the pirate networks... You blowin' up everywhere!

Dexter:And the Jackster? The notorious Raven? they out in the car?

V: Don't care to know how Jackie is?

Dexter: Tone - you'd best watch it.

"Il show you tone you fat bitch..." y/n thought in annoyance

V: Bleeding out , this close to dying.

Dexter: Well I'm sorry to hear that. And the Relic...?

V: Got it right here.

Dexter: Hmm... I was afraid o' that.

V: What?!

"Why am I not suprised?" Y/n questioned, leave it to a fixer to not keep his word when shit hits the fan.

Dexter: Saburo Arasaka? Dead...?! You got any notion of the shit you pulled me into?! You offed the fuckin' emperor! HIS MAJESTY! Anyone with so much as a pinky toe dipped in this mess is as good as dead!

V: You're the one who got us into this mess! Let's start with your prep work? You had no idea Saburo Arasaka'd be at the hotel?

Dexter: I don't have access to his personal fucking schedule! And besides, nobody asked you to kill the old man!

V: That wasn't us!

Dexter: No shit?l Tell that to the 'Saka ninjas they send after you! A'ight, settle down. Gotta be tactical about this. Parker, eddies, then we leave the city limits behind. But first... Your face... got blood all over it. Bathroom's there. Go get yourself cleaned up.

" now why the fuck would you be worried about that?...." Y/n asked himself, keeping a close ear out.

There was a moment of silence, Nothing had been happening, but he did here footsteps and then..

V: UGH!

"It's go time." Y/n spoke, immediately activating his sandevistan and charging in, as he was moving faster than every one else he saw huscle holding V in a headlock, it looked like huscle was about to respond to his presence, but nothing could stop a well placed bullet to the brain.

"Bang!

Y/ns sense of time was back to normal as huscle slumped over , allowing V to take a breath and hold his neck.

"SHIT!" Dexter shouted as he pulled out a gun but y/n had shot it and his right kneecap. "AGHHH!" dex shouted in pain as he slumped to the ground , looking up at y/n who had his rifle trained on him. " W- WAIT JUST WAIT A MINUTE WE CAN STILL WORK THIS OUT!"

"run me my fucking eddies dex." Y/n cocking his rifle as v picked up dexter pistol

"Okay! Okay!" Dex spoke his eyes glowing , transferring a hefty sum of funds over to y/n and V, it was even more than previously agreeed upon, oh he was desperate.

"Alright..I've done my part.,ngh now if we can-

"BANG!"

Y/n saw the man's brains splatter across the wall and fall back to the ground, Dexter Deshawn was no more.

V lowered the gun. " no blaze of glory for you, asshole." V sighed in annoyance.

" eh , 6 out of ten." Y/n commented as he walked over to hustle , picking his pockets. " oh well looks here!" Y/n said in surprise as y/n not only found a knife and a Nue pistol. " bet you wished you used this." Y/n said mocking to huscles corpse before pistol whipping his head. " dumbass."

"Alright no time fuck around lets go." V ordered stepping out the door, with y/n running after him slipping the pistol into his waste.

" we're gonna need a ride to Viks and fast. ( SMASH!)" V took aim in the direction of the noise, and put it down. "Y/n what the fuck?!" He yelled as y/n had busted the window of a car and the alarm of the car went off

" it's dexters, not like he needs it now!" Y/n yelled back, turning off the alarm and slipping the keys in the ignition, lighting up the vehicle. " let's get up outta here."

V just shook his head and walked over when suddenly an energy bullet wizzed passed him and hit one of the wheels of dexters car. He quickly turned around, and saw three figures closing in on motorcycles. "Son of a bitch!" V yelled firing as he ran behind cover.

Y/n took aim from behind Dexters car and fired , not at the rider but air their front wheels.

It had the intended effect as the goon tipped over but this served to do little as the guy didn't miss a step and began running at them, Kitana in hand.

"Well shit they foreal" y/n spoke in surprise, he then ran over, firing, the guy just seemed to eat the bullets, his cyberwear must've been very expensive.

The goon dove towards y/n and went for a downward strike, y/n jumped back, he then weaved a couple more strikes, y/n didn't have the proper equipment to face this guy head up so he lit up his sandevistan, the goons was almost matching his speed but his model was still inferior, y/n pulled out his nue pistol and blasted the man in the he'd twice, effectively killing him.

He then eyed v fighting the other, this one had mantis blades on him, v the managed trick the man into striking a fuse box, effectively electrocuting himself, v popped three in his skull for good measure.

The third had parked watching the two, Unimpressed with how they were dispatched, y/n eyed the man as he got up from his bike.

"Wait a minute..isn't that?.." y/n thought squinting his eyes as the man drew his own katana , suddenly he caught the man dashing towards V in  burst of speed. " FUCK!"

Y/n activated his sandevistan more harshly then normal, picking up a  katana off the ground, y/n bolted towards the man, and locked his blade with the man.

"V get the hell out here I got this!" Y/n yelled as he didn't take his eyes off the man in front of him

V looked unsure aiming at the arasaka assassin but he knew they couldn't lead this man back to viktor and ultimately relented. " don't you fucking lose y/n!" V yelled as he ran to one of the assassins bikes.

The assassin broke the Gaurd and went to stop V, but y/n shoulder bashed him away, the assassin remained of his feet blocking a strike from y/n and spin kicking him in the chest, the two remained as v sped away from the motel.

" you...your Saburos bodygaurd right?" Y/n asked now knowing who this man was.

" hai... I am Goro Takemura ... and you are the trash I have been sent to hunt." Goro spoke fiercely through his heavy accent . " you were fools to think the crime of saburo-sans murder would go unpunished."

Y/n rolled his eyes laying the katana on his shoulder. " my man we were just there to rob the place, saburos seed took care of that."

" i would not waste my time lying, you will be brought back to Yorinobu, alive or dead." Goro said firmly.

Y/n chuckled running his hand through his wet hair. " and you really think Ima just roll over and let that happen?" Y/n said walking a bit twirling his katana in a circular motion.

"Hmph, no, I see you aren't the type to surrender quietly ." Goro spoke before gripping his sword with both hands and getting into his stance. " your only option is to best me in combat, but tell me...do you truly think yourself capable?"

Y/n stoped twirling his sword and looked at goro, a smile clear on his mask. " my man, if there is one thing somebody gotta think about before they do it, it's fighting me." Y/n got into his own stance. "So bring it!" Y/n yelled , encouraging the challenge.
