A man was travelling late at night and stopped at this little hotel in the middle of nowhere. The manager let him in but gave him a warning.
     One of the rooms was locked up and closed off to everyone. He was never to attempt to go in the room.
     The man agreed and went to bed. That night, he woke up and went to grab a glass of water from the lobby downstairs. On the way, he heard a noise coming from the forbidden room and went to see what was going on. Since he couldn't get in, he looked through the peephole and saw a man and a woman arguing.
     Deciding not to get involved, he went downstairs and got his water. On the way back up, he checked through the peephole once more. This time all he saw was the color red.
     Thinking that the couple put up something to keep him from looking inside the room, the man went to bed.
The next day, he asked the manager about the room. Finally the manager broke down and told him the whole story.
     A couple were staying in that room and got into an argument that night. The husband murdered his wife but her ghost still haunts the place. The hotel saw fit to board up the room to prevent anyone from finding out about the haunting.
     "I'll never forget them, that's for sure." The manager added. "They were the strangest couple I'd ever seen, all white except for their eyes which were a piercing red."
     When the man heard this, he fled the hotel in terror.
