AUTISM CANNOT BE "CAUSED" BY AN OUTSIDE SOURCE LIKE THAT

autism is a neurological disorder that a person is BORN WITH, ya idiots. vaccines are typically given around age 2, which, coincidentally is also when children start showing symptoms of autism.

thats like saying i can smack my kid on the head and accidentally give him autism. doesnt work like that. it's already in the brain before the kid is born. we're not quite sure exactly what causes it, but it seems its a difference between brain structures

also: humans utilize what we call "herd immunity." let's have an example:

for the longest, i had a mild allergy to eggs. this, due to the ingredients used in it, prevented me from getting a flu shot. for 16-ish years of my life i had to rely on my peers for their protection from the flu. if linda and helen decided not to give their snot nosed brats a shot and sent them to school, i, a person without that immunity, would get sick.

you see, if everyone that is able to is vaccinated, it protects the people that cant, like me. herd immunity insures that the general public wont have these diseases, so people that are vulnerable wont get exposed.

replace 'flu' with rubella. measles. polio. these diseases contributed to thousands and thousands of children dying. you know how we stopped that? people freaking vaccinated their kids.

there are kids that are allergic to the vaccinations and i just dont think it's fair to expose them to certain death just because sally thinks she can rub a piece of quartz against little johnnys head and heal him.

and! let us not ignore the sheer ableism here!

so, linda, youd rather have a kid dying of rubella than have a kid with autism? these idiots prefer a dead kid to an autistic kid.

my sister worked at an autism clinic and a parent of a low functioning autistic child refused to get him vaccinated bc it might make him "more autistic" kudos to my sis for not throttling her

so, in general, give the kids the freaking shots
