dont actively reject your friends and their advice

yeah, ive had people try to help me and it not really be effective, but i still say thank you and explain my situation further

theres a difference between "hey, thanks for the advice, but im not sure if this will help" and complaining that youre awful and all alone and every time your friends try to talk you down you're like "nnOOO! NO ONE IS ABKE TO LOVE ME! go,,,,stop wasting ur loVE ON MEE~"

and cut all that self pity and the whole "wah no one loves me" crap, especially when youve got many friends who will comment on the contrary. ya gross and making your friends feel like garbage. friends are good. treat them good.
