Poem # 80- Beckon Me To You
Roses of different kinds,
Halls that were nearly sublime
Tuxedos for the debonair males,
Females with thousands of stares.
Splendid light dispersed to you and me,
Invitations were gone completely
Others were the start of that kind of destiny,
Sprouting everyone's roots tremendously.
Laying down the red and flourished carpet,
Into the newly-glimmered center aisle
Chairs and tables covered with fine silk,
Utensils and plates bestowed upon.
Coruscating chandelier hovering above,
Let all of it absorb my love
Pleasing edibles that would fill my system,
That was it; that was where it must be started!
A graceful and sophisticated tune came up,
Proceeding to the center upfront
I'd waited for you— to beckon me to you,
Please... just give me those promising clues.
Midway through the tune, I called upon you,
Beckon me, let me guide you
But you putted me out of your choice,
For touching egotistical host was what you'd done.
Females shuffled back, as they went out,
Males holding their revered hands, escorting them profound
Beckon me again— just one last time,
Yet you didn't,
And that was such an excruciating crime.
