I really hate to admit it but I had fun with Mr arrogant yesterday, he took me to a really nice arcade, and we played video games and went for ice cream later on.

He was less arrogant but that cocky attitude is a part of him. I also learned a lot about him, how he likes video games and his favourite ice cream is mint chocolate chip, he doesn't have a favourite colour but he most definitely prefers black or white if pressed to choose.

We walked back to school and everyone's eyes were on us, mostly the girls glaring at me and the guys admiring him.

The most scary one was Cassandra's, it scared the living day lights out of me, I don't know if that's even possible but the look was not all angel like.

The second he closed the door, she attacked me with questions, after telling her everything she even asked to tell her about the the littlest information, like how he beats or how he blinks, I looked at her like she grew another head before she let it go.

I didn't go to bed early because she was too busy planning my wedding, so melodramatic, I know.

Somehow I managed to wake up early and make it to the cafeteria before class, if not for Kayla I would've just passed on breakfast, rumors fly around like wildfire about Mr arrogant and our day out yesterday.

I seriously see no point or any importance to it but this school must make a fuss about everything, giving me attention that I don't really want.

Maths with Mr Evelman was the same, boring though Mr arrogant, Trent and Joel sure made it fun with their stupid remarks and cocky bickering.

I know what you are thinking, even their argument is cocky.

Walking to lunch I didn't miss the glare Valerie was giving me, and she is shooting daggers with her eyes right now in the back of my head from their usual sit in the cafeteria.

The place went quiet and I have a very good idea who it is that can silence a cafeteria filled with snobby rich teenagers.

As expected, turning I see the 'cocky threesome' that's what I call them now, enter with their usual bored expression, though Mr arrogant always looks a lot more bored or maybe I'm just imagining things.

"Oh Emm Gee, look at them, it's like they just walked out of a dream" Cassandra Chimes and Kayla nods in agreement while I just scoff.

Ignoring me, Kayla says "Shouldn't it be illegal to look that hot without even trying"

"I know right, life's just not fair" Cass agrees sounding sad.

"Hey clumsy, can we sit here?" Mr arrogant asks after sitting beside me.

"Why bother asking?" I reply uninterested.

"You have a point" he picking up slice of pizza and eating. "Man, this shit tastes great"

"It's food you dumbhead" I reply rolling my eyes.

"Oh, she has guts" Trent states amused, deciding to ignore the fools, I turn to pick up my pizza only to see it missing, that's when my brain registers, Mr arrogant didn't bring pizza with him.

"No no no no no, how could you?" i ask hitting him repeatedly on his arm, no one messes with my food.

"Fuck woman it's just pizza" he mumbles rubbing his arm that I just assaulted, good that'll teach him to touch my pizza.

"Never touch her pizza, she turns into a beast" Cass says, talking for the first time since the guys sat. And I think Kayla is stuck in one place because she is unbelievably quiet.

I pick the remaining half pizza that Mr arrogant dropped by on my plate.

I thought about throwing it away but it's pizza, my weakness. Like how water is witches weakness or wolfsbane for werewolves.

Swallowing my pride for the sake of food, I put the half eaten slice in my mouth and the first thing I hear is Trent's 'ewwww' followed by "You just kissed Rick"

"What! I did no such thing" I defend.

"You did, you exchanged spit indirectly and boom, indirect kiss" he explains further clapping to make emphasis on the boom, also not forgetting to join his hands together when saying kiss.

"He wish" I shrug like its no big deal even though I just realised Trent was right, but I don't really want to acknowledge it.

"Come on clumsy, you can't say you didn't want to?" Mr arrogant teases and I send him a glare that makes him chuckle for a reason unknown to me.

"Again, you wish" I say before finishing the half eaten pizza.

"What are you doing here actually?" I ask all three of them.

"Well darling you look smart but you act dumb, we're here to eat, that's what you do in a cafeteria" Joel speaks for the first time and I have a strong urge to knock out his two front teeth.

"I know what you do in a cafeteria, I'm asking why you're sitting here" I say giving him a duh look.

"Don't you want us here?" Trent asks.

"Not to be rude but yes, yes we don't want you here" I answer giving him an evil smile.

"Please the whole cafeteria would kill to be in your position" Trent says flashing his cockiest smirk.

"Then go bother someone else" I reply.

"But we want to bother you" Trent says pouting and I can't help but laugh.

"You look so adorable with that pout" I tease and he scowls.

"I'm not adorable, I'm fucking sexy" he replies and I roll my eyes, back to cocky.

"You seem quiet Rick" Kayla finally speaks, I think she got over her shock at one point.

"Nothing, I don't feel like getting in the middle of their little banter" he answered and I have to agree with Kayla, he looks hurt, sad, I don't really understand him,  his eyes are stone cold and he looks emotionless.

Not like he was yesterday, all cocky and funny, now he just looks defeated.

The bell rings and we all get ready to walk to class, but for some reason I can't seem to get Mr arrogant's sad broken face out of my head.

I have to find out what's bothering him.

I make it my mission.

Sitting in calculus for not more than ten minutes, the school speakers go off asking me to go to the principal's office, I get up but my heart started beating faster when I saw Valerie's wicked smirk.

What did she do this time? I don't want my parents to know my life in school, it's the same at home, they don't care and I don't want them here pretending to care and acting like all good and lovely parents.

Inhaling and exhaling, I enter principal Adam's office.
