It's Saturday and as usual I'm bored out of life Cass and Kayla went for shopping and because I'm super lazy I told them to go without me.

Rick's party was lit, even though I didn't attend it. Everyone was gushing about it, all those snobby rich fools, they said it was out of this world. Insert eye roll here, they are fools.

I try to watch Netflix but forgive me the makers of TV, everything felt boring.

I lay down and close my eyes thinking about family and how it would be if I had a normal one.

Will my mum wake me up with a cake and a birthday song?Will she always tell me how much she loves?Does she even love me?Will my dad read bedtime stories to me and tuck me in?

I shake my head and get rid of the depressing thoughts.

Wanting to think about a happy memory I picked a picture of Cass, Kayla, Turo and me at the water park, she was yelling at Kayla for stepping on her toes while me and Turo were  laughing.

"You look better when you smile" I hear someone's voice and immediately drop the picture.

I didn't notice when he entered.

"So you're stalking me now" I try to not blush because he just called me beautiful.

"Clumsy darling a lot of girls would kill to have me look at them so you should be honoured" he smirks.

"Arrogant" I mutter.

"What do you want because I don't want the school to think I'm sleeping with you now" I roll my eyes at the end and all he does is laugh, the nerve of that guy.

"Don't worry, I don't find that a problem" he smirks and I glare at him.

"Why are you here because I'm sure you didn't just come here to annoy me, even though you're doing a great job at that"

"True, I'm here to invite you to a boy's trip with your friends this weekend" he replied sitting beside me on the bed.

"If it's a boys trip why invite us, but since you asked so nicely, sorry we can't make it" I just thought it necessary since he was polite to ask.

"Scratch that darling you're coming with us" well there goes polite.

I groaned before turning to him, he's lying beside me "Look, even if we want to go, we can't we already have plans for the break"

"What break?" he raises one eyebrow and I stare at him blankly, is he for real.

"The Riverdale annual one week break" I say in a duh tone.

"For what?" he looks confused and I shake my head before asking.

"Didn't you read your school manual? It's there"

"I didn't, all I was told was, and I quote 'Richard you're going to that school and I'm not asking you I'm telling you' and voila I'm here" he replies

"Who are you quoting?" I ask because I'm hanging and curious.

"My shitty dad" he shrugs and I make an 'o' shape with my mouth.

I may be curious but I'm not asking any further.

"Anyways what's with the annual break thingy shit?" I roll my eyes, only Mr arrogant can say something like this.

"The founder of this school is also the founder of the city hence the name of the school, the break is In the honour of all the people that fought during the....i guess you can call it a war" I finish and sigh.

"Well that's I don't know....whatever" I roll my eyes at his attitude, he's crazy, one second he's sweet and all, the next he's arrogant and jerky.

"But serious clumsy you should be ready" he says after a while.

"I can't" I lay on my back.

"Why can't you?"

"Listen I get that you want us to come but we have plans"

"It's not me but it's the guys that want you to come"

I'm going to be honest and say it was a little disappointing that it's not him that want me there......wait why do I care? Something Is seriously wrong with me.

"Tell the guys we can't make it then" I reply in a monotone.

"Why do you have to be so stubborn? Tell me what's so important that you can't come" this time he's the one looking at me.

"We're going to Cass' family house and her cousin's wife just had a baby" I try to hide my excitement thinking about Turo's baby.

"Can't you go some other time?" he asks sounding frustrated.

"Yes, we already told him we were coming we can't say no" I try to reason.

"Then let me tell him" he suggests gesturing for me to give him my phone and I start laughing, don't ask me why I did, what will he say 'hey you invited them to a nicer fucking trip so they can't make it to see your child' I just keep laughing and he looks confused.

"What is wrong with you?" he raised one eyebrow.

"Nothing, just forget it" I finally regain my senses.

This time he rolls his eyes and sigh "You're complicated"

I just look ahead and we stay in silence, this is the longest we have ever talked and I feel more comfortable with him, forget the part that he's laying beside me.

The silence makes me think if he's like this with everyone else but seeing how he's always frowny, I doubt that.

"Hey, clumsy" he starts

"Yeah" I mumble as a reply.

"Nothing I just wanted to know if you're asleep" I can almost hear the smirk in his voice.

"Stupid" I roll my eyes at him, even though he can't see.

"I'm bored, so tell me what people normally do in this school for fun?"

"I don't know, probably show off who has the biggest bank account to match their enormous egos" I reply without much thought, that's actually all they do around here.

"And you?"

"Me?"

"What do you do for fun?"

"Read, watch Netflix and eat, I also like sports" I reply smiling, the only person that asks me about myself is Nona, Cass knows things I like but for someone to just ask, it makes me feel good I guess.

"Typical nerd" and there he goes ruining the moment.

"You know for someone who stalks me, you sure know how to make me feel stupid" I reply hurt but not showing it in my voice.

"I don't mean it like that, sor...no offence if you felt bad about it" now he's just back to being bipolar.

"Whatever" I reply not looking at him.

"Are you mad?"

"Why should I be?"

"Okay sorry but just don't give me the silent treatment" he sounds so sincere I want to melt right now.

"You don't apologize often do you?" I ask turning do we are facing each other.

"Pretty much yeah"

"Typical jerk"

"Even" he smiles and I can't help but smile too like a fool.

Not having anything to say we both stay in a comfortable silence not until the devil appears, in the form of a human barbie doll with a very annoying high pitched voice and suffocating perfume.
