I believe that everything happens for a reason, but you can't just sit back and let things fall into place, you have a say in your destiny. For example, if a girl believed she was soulmates with this guy but nothing ever happened because she believed that he would just magically come to her. The world was sad for those two people, who married someone else simply because the girl refused to put effort into what she thought was perfect. 

So, people will fall in and out of your life, but there are some who will stay. So find those people, and life won't be so cruel because nearly everything is better when you do them together. If friends leave don't beat yourself up about it. They chose to leave, and that's not your fault. What matters is the people who won't leave.

You see, my best friend, we'll call her N, is a great critic, so she can tell me whether my book sucks or if it's actually good. Some people will sugarcoat it. I don't want people to sugarcoat it. Tell it to me straight, doc. But find the people who you believe you need. Don't let other people tell you who your friends are (oops sorry XD). You discover your friends for yourself. 

Even your future husband/wife is your own choosing, and will stay with you even through rough times. It doesn't matter who your friends are, family, animals (XD), or people you just met, it doesn't matter. True friends will stay with you no matter what. So keep your eyes peeled. They'll come. And when they do, don't hesitate to be a good friend too. You're not the only one who needs a friend.
