three. You, Nobody

The four guys turned their head to see none other than the 'diva' herself, standing next to a raven haired woman who looked just pissed off as her. Arms crossed over her chest, brown eyes narrowed at the rapper on the outside of the booth. "I know you did not just say I am a note screeching diva?!" If there was one thing to really get under Courtney's skin was to make fun of her voice. Her voice was her everything. Seeing the raven haired guy stand up, his three friends visibly tensed up. An agitated Duncan was never good. "And so what if I did? You sound like a dying mouse when you sing." Grabbing the brunette from doing anything didn't stop Heather's deep glare at the rapper and his friends. "A dying mouse? A dying mouse who's records go platinum.. who are you again?" A bitchy laugh came from her asian counterpart before leaning towards her ear. "Nice one. Let's go get our table, babe. Watch yourself you, nobody." Starting to pull her away with a swift glare to Duncan, the three guys in their seat took sighs of relief. Their calmness soon wore off as their smart mouthed friend threw another insult to the singer. "Right, at least I'm not known for rigging numbers on my singles." Don't. Ever. Try to downplay her success. Before anyone else could react to Duncan's response, The brunette girl grabbed the glass from infront of Geoff throwing the ice water in the rapper's face.

Brody quickly got up out his seat standing infront of Duncan. Shocked, yet a proud Heather pulled Courtney farther away from the guys as the blonde stood between the two. "Are you serious?! What the hell is wrong with you?!" "You should've shut your ass up and focus on writing your own damn songs!" Before the rapper could comeback with an insult, a heavyset male walked over with a saddened face. The manager. "I am so sorry Ms. Barlow but you two are causing a very unwanted and loud scene in here. I will have to ask both parties to leave." "What?! Owen, are you serious? You know me.. this guy provoked me!" "I'm sorry Ms. Barlow, you know you our most valued customer but some other guests are starting to complain." After feeling a calming hand on her shoulder some of Courtney's anger melted away before nodding understandably at the chubby blonde. "I understand. I'm sorry, Owen. I'll be back though... whenever he isn't here." Making a disgusted face towards the rapper and his 'posse', she turned on her heel exiting the restaurant with her best friend.

"Why the hell would you throw that water on me?!" DJ facepalmed seeing that his hotheaded friend obviously wasn't letting this go. "Because you wanna say some slick shit when I'm walking away! You got a slick mouth, soo you got drenched in the damn water." Geoff returned his spot between the two as people began to rush over. "Courtney! Courtney, over here! Are you really making a song with the newest artist on your label." With a wink towards Duncan, the petite girl walked over to the paparazzi smiling sweetly. "Actually with a small discussion with the people on my team and some of my friends." With one last look at Duncan, who's glare didn't falter from his face she happily sighed.

"I won't be doing the song with Duncan Nelson, anymore."
