I'll never understand how people can have thousands of reads on their stories but then only have like 40 followers.

I found this super good book once that had like 2k or so reads and I went to see what else the author had made and they literally had no followers?? Y'all gotta support the people whose books you like guys. That's the kind of stuff that makes people not want to write anymore because they feel like nobody cares.
