So I just tried jokingly asking my friend (who I kinda like) to Prom. And she was like

"No that's gay."

Don't know of she was joking but. Ouchie.

(Update week later)

She's going on a double date with her friend. And her reason: "well I'm not going to prom with anyone."

Me: well I asked you and you said "no that's gay"

Her: well I was gonna go on the date anyway.

My brain: then why didn't you use that as your reason to turn me down.
