½ Chapter 1:

~8 years ago~

Bethany POV-

Running... Running, shouting, leaf's and twigs cracking, heavy breathing, and gun shots is all I could hear. I looked up to see her, my mom, she was an actress, with pink hair and blue eyes. My mom looked down at me, she had tears in her eyes, threatening to fall, but smiles at me. Her tears rolling down her cheeks. I looked for my dad but couldn't find him anywhere. So I decided to ask mom about it.

"Momma? Where's daddy?"
She looked at me, stroking my hair.

"Oh, sweetie, your dad, he.. he's probably in a better place."

"Where's that at momma?"

"I don't know honey, I don't know.."

After a few mins of running, mom finally stopped, put me down, and started to look around. Confused, I asked,

"Momma? What's going on?"

Mom grabbed my shoulders and looked at me.

"Sweetheart, no matter what happens, please just run and don't look back, just know that me and your father are very proud of you and that we love you very much."

"But momma, what's going on?? What about you?? Momma.. I'm scared."

"Honey.. sweetie... Don't worry about me I'm fine. Just run please.. and don't cry, it's ok, be brave for me and your father,ok? We want you to be safe, so please just listen and run." My mom said wiping away the tears, I was about to ask her a question until -
