Duology

PART 1: Cal is a kid in a world with super heroes. An orphan adopted by a father unprepared to care for him he found a guiding light in Ray Bolt. Not just a superhero. THE superhero. On a chance meeting he discovers his real identity and manages to convince him to make him his sidekick. But quickly he realizes the super hero life isn't all he expected it to be. And in turn his mentor is forced to address the toxic practices he'd developed in order to get the job done.
