Follows Katherine Vinci, a quiet small town girl who spends her days in rainy coffee shops reading classics and has a past of dating guys who don't treat her well. She gets approached by a man named Alex who claims to be looking for models for a photoshoot. She agrees to go and discovers the photoshoot was a coverup created by a mafia man to find a girl who looks like his daughter, Maria Russo, who he can marry off to their rivals. They tell her she'll only have to be there for 7 days, after 7 days the whole clan will be gathered in that house and will be taken out all at once.
