Meera's POV

Yeah! I'm alive !! I never thought that our first marriage anniversary will be like this! Me on hospital bed and he crying badly !! I've seen Abeer crying but till I closed my eyes I saw a very different Abeer!! A man whom I've seen handling each and every situation was today not able to hold himself !!
I know my last words before fading away on strecher were Happy Anniversary !! I opened my eyes again when I was in OT I guess !! Doctor was standing infront of me!! 

"Give her anesthesia" He guided someone and I looked at him. 
"Do..doc..save me. Pl.. Please.. Some..Someone's Wa..waiting f..for m..me o..out..side " I whispered and he looked at me

"We'll try our best!! And if your will to live is strong! You will live!!" He said and I closed my eyes!!

I don't know what happened after that ! I opened my eyes again after don't know how many hours!!
"Abeer"The first word which escaped my mouth!      
"Mrs.Malhotra!! You're concious!! Wait!! Don't try standing up okay!! I'll inform your family" The nurse exclaimed.
Soon everyone came inside !!

"Mom! Dad" I whispered and they smiled looking at me! Everyone was there just one person was missing whom I wanted to see badly !
Suddenly I saw the same pair of dark brown eyes looking at me and our eyes met !!
And as I looked at him tear rolled down his cheek!! And seeing him cry how can my rivers stop flowing!! 
He came near me and kept the cake ont the table! 
"Happy First Marriage Anniversary Honeybun" he whispered and I smiled !
"I kept my promise"I breathed and instantly he hugged me and cried !             
"Let's cut the cake" Advik chirped and I tried to wake up when he helped me a bit !!
Everyone was here! Divya's family, our families ! Jay,Joseph and George. Scarlett aunty,  Naina ,Advik and doctor who was smiling looking at me !
We cut the cake and we fed cake to each other!! 
"Baby!! Macarons" came mom's voice and I nodded crying while Abeer wiped the tears away !!
"I love you" I whispered looking at him
"Love you till eternity" Abeer replied and slammed his lips on mine !!

I responded with all the love and he broke the kiss, kissing her forehead. 

"Guys!! We all were here" Dad smirked looking at both of us and I blushed hiding my face in his chest while he chuckled !
"You baked it " I asked and he nodded
"With her help" He replied pointing to Divya and I looked at her holding my ears.
"I troubled you a lot na! I'm sorry" I mouthed and she hugged me.
"I..I am sorry!! I didn't talk to you properly since half a month and yesterday..I thought.."She was saying when I grinned
"I'll not leave you that easily bitch ! " I chuckled

"Just recover witch then I'll beat you up for not telling anything to me!!" She scolded and I smiled 
"Where's Jay" I asked and she blushed moving aside !!
"I'll come back!! I've something for you"She said and went out of the room! 

 And I can understand the two people who're in  immense pain right now are dad and Jay!! After all one lost his brother and another lost his dad ! I kissed his forehead and made him sit beside me!!

"Everything will be fine" I told and he smiled. 
"Everything is fine now di ! He deserved that. It was his fate !! And whatever happened was correct ! I've not lost family!! I've my real family here right now with me" He said and I wiped his tear while he smiled!! 

"You've one more in family Jay" Abeer said and I smiled
"What's going on guys!" Aditi Mom asked and I blinked my eyes at Jay!!  
"Here" he said and I giggled.
He turned towards Divya's mom and dad !!
  "Uncle, Aunty! Your permission is important! I love your daughter aunty!! These days were enough for me to realize this!! Can I ask her the same !! I promise I'll keep her very happy ! I know the family background I'm carrying is .."He was going to say when I looked at uncle 

"Your family is here Jay! And we need nothing else!! Whatever you did for my daughter in these days is something I can't repay ever" Uncle said and I smiled.
  "I'm back! Emm, is everything alright" Divya chirped and we all smiled looking at her.
Jay neared her and she looked at him.
"I..actually never thought I'll say all this in a hospital ward but I guess it's the best time. Divya Sharma, when I met you for the first time I thought you too be a over furious Jolly girl ! But as Di say, opposite attracts ! I liked this side of yours! And these fifteen days I saw each side of yours and I love each side of you Divya" He said and I looked at Divya who was smiling and blushing and grinning at the same time!! Idiot girl!! 

Jay bent on his knees. 

"Uncle,Aunty! May I " He asked and they nodded smiling.
"Sorry I don't have a new ring..but I always keep this ring with me! It's most close to me!! My mom's ring!! Divya Sharma will you marry me" He proposed and she nodded. 

"Whhooohoo!!!!" We all cheered at the same time. Jay slid the ring in her finger and coincidentally it fitted her perfectly. 
"I love you"He said and she smiled
"I love you too" she replied and I hooted while Abeer whistled!

"You know how to whistle!!" I asked shocked 
"Offcourse" He replied 
"You never told me. I too want to learn" I frowned 
"Sure! Just recover fast!! " he said kissing my forehead   
"Welcome to the family sister in law" I wished and she smiled looking down!!  Everyone congratulated them and I looked at Abeer !!
"Meera chocolates for you"She said and I grinned taking them from her.

"Guys!! If you both are done then I've something to say " Abeer announced and I looked at him.
"What Abeer" I asked 
"Firstly tell me where's that half eaten cake" he asked and I pointed at the table.

He cut a piece of cake and took it in his hand and went on his knees!! 

What he's up to???

" This one year of our marriage has shown us everything that I wish no couple should ever see in their life. We married in circumstances  which were not even in our hands. We didn't even talk with each other in first four months of our marriage!! Then I committed something which I'll never be able to forget" He sighed
"Abe.." I was going to say when he stopped me
"I know Meera you'll say let bygones be bygones. But it's not that much easy right" he said and I looked down.
"Our relationship almost came to end when I signed the divorce papers but I thank my stars every second that you didn't sign the papers. We came to India.. And you were ready to give a second chance to me. And I knew that this time I'll not let you go at any cost. How could I when I realized how much I love you!! Holding your hand in public and letting everyone know that you're My wife was something.. Sorry is something I've loved so much!! In the eighth month of our marriage I came to know evrything about your life !! Second of April !! I think this was the best day of my life...Why?? Because you said you love me!! And I was on cloud ninth!! Wait?? Can I admit I was on the topmost cloud of this universe because I was on that actually" he said and I chuckled
"You became CEO of Kapoor Empire! And an all new Meera came in front of me!! Two and a half more months passed like this but you see. Our life has always been a thriller movie. You went away for saving our lives. For Everyone standing here !! But there goes the difference my love!! I'm selfish for you and you're selfless for me!! I want to live my life with you and you want to live for me!! May be that's what we call perfectly imperfect right !! But today you fought with him...with God for living with me and I promise I'll fight with anyone in this world to live with you. I've loved each side of you Meera!! I never understood this but when I go in flashback I see that you pulled me towards yourself since the first day I met you! Sometimes love at the first sight is so different that you can't even imagine that you're being pulled by an unknown force called love !! A girl who bumped into me and went on rambling!! I somewhere was thinking how can someone speak so much!! Least I knew that this voice is becoming my habit!! A girl who did everything for mom and dad! Least I knew that I'm liking this side of you!! A girl who married me just for saving my family's reputation, least did I know that I'm falling for my to be wife!! A girl who slapped me for behaving like idiots, least did I know that I'm falling for a girl who has audacity to slap me!! A totally different one!! A girl for whom her self respect was the most important thing in this world, least did I know that I'm falling for someone who don't give a damn to me like other girls did!!!And then you know right!! I realized how I've fallen for you!! From that day I knew I'm falling for you a bit more every time I saw a new side of yours!! I fell for a girl who loves desserts more then anything else then this world! A girl who loves to dance around in the house singing her own lyrical songs! A girl who crosses her all fingers when she's afraid or wanna laugh hard! A girl who's always different from league!! A girl who can melt anyone's heart by her smile!! I fell for a girl who shut media's mouth like anything!! Ahh that was so amazing" he grinned and I laughed
"And what else" I asked and he smiled
"Day will be less to tell!! But yeah I even fell for the businesswoman inside you!! So hot and bold you know" he said and I blushed looking down.
"Abeer!! So now what??" Scarlett aunty asked and I smiled
"I fell for a girl who was able to make me go on my knees and see who's still able to make me go on my knees once again!! So my wife I remember you told me once that our marriage was like a filmy one!! Where just seven rounds around fire were taken!! Nothing else!! But I want you and me to live each and everything that one normal couple lives. Each and every function starting from Haldi to Wedding and offcourse Honeymoon honey" he announced and I looked at him shocked.
"I too don't have ring right now but piece of cake is there" he said and I chuckled
"So Meera Mal...nah! Meera Kapoor will you marry..that's not also correct actually. Let me try once again" He scratched the back of his neck and I giggled

"Ehmm..yeah So Meera Kapoor  will you remarry me!! Will you be my wife once again. Will you sit in this roller costar ride with me! I know I've anger issues but only you're able to handle them. I promise I'll try reducing that!! Will you be my wife Meera Kapoor !! And I must say will you reproduce junior Meera or junior Abeer with me. " He asked and my cheeks turned red
"Abeer..." I whispered
"What!! You yourself told me this in car." He whined and everyone chuckled
"Please Meera..Remarry me again" he asked forwarding the hand with cake and I acted as if I'm thinking
"Oh come on Meera. My legs are hurting.I know you're dying for this. You yourself wanted an all function marriage. So stop tantrums" he whined and we all chuckled
"Such an impatient person you're Malhotra" I said
"It means it's an.." He was saying when I cut him off
"Yes. No doubts in that"  I said and he grinned happily and made me ate the piece of cake
" whoooo!!!!" Everyone cheered happily
"So doctor. Tell us!! When she'll be all fit and fine!! Such that she can enjoy her wedding fully" Dad asked doctor and he smiled looking at all of us.
"In one month she'll be amazing!! And I want to say you all one thing. I'm working in this profession since last thirty four years. Never in my life I've seen such happiness in any ward of the hospital. I've actually seen proposals breaking in hospital but two proposals at the same time,this is something which we don't see everyday" doctor said and we all smiled
"You've to come in our marriage" I told and he chuckled
"For sure!! " he replied
"So when's the wedding" asked Mom and I looked at Abeer.
"If you all don't mind can I say something" I asked everyone
"Offcourse doll" dad replied
"Aunty!! How about two weddings together" I asked looking at Divya's mom and dad and everyone looked at Divya and Jay
"Whoaa!!! What an amazing idea. So it's fixed. Let's call priest and see the dates of marriage!!" Aunty exclaimed and I and Divya grinned looking at each other!!

"BFF wish come true" She yelled happily and I giggled
"What!!" Jay asked
  "When I and Divya were in ninth class, we decided that we'll marry on same day! So that we'll celebrate each functions togather! Cry togather and then we'll celebrate aniversaries too togather" I told and everyone laughed
"I hope you guys didn't plan babies at the same time too" Abeer smirked and we both looked at each other with red faces!! 
"Shutup Abeer" we shouted at the time and they all chuckled!! 
"Doctor!! I want to go away from hospital" I whined and he smiled
"Just a week Meera! Till then why don't you do one thing"He said
"what" I asked
"Plan your weddings and venues and everything here only!! So that when you go home you've very less works" He suggested and I smiled
"You're the best" I announced and he laughed.
  "Okay!! Guys now follow hospital protocols and just one person here" He told and I looked at Abeer!! 

"We'll go home and then I'll come with your lunch here" Mom said and I nodded 
  "Joseph! George! When you both are giving me sister in laws" I asked and they all looked at us!
"We'll find someone after you make us uncle" George said and Abeer chuckled 
"George! Joseph!! Thanks for always being there for us" Abeer thanked
"It was our duty sir! But we're still guilty that we couldn't save madam from gunshot " Joseph said
  "You madam is unpredictable that's why! It's not your mistake at all!! And always remember you've always done your duty amazingly and you're the reason today I don't hate bodygaurds!! Understand!! So never say that you're guilty" I scolded and they nodded.

Everyone went away and it was just Abeer,Divya and Jay!
"So!! Ready to be my sister in law" I smirked and she nodded smiling
"So girls decide which place! London,Paris,NY " Abeer asked and I looked at Divya.
"How about somewhere in India only. A place where it's our family and friends. Somewhere on the top of...hills" Divi said and I smiled
"And where?"  Jay  asked
"How about..Masoorie" I suggested and she grinned
"Between the hills we all !" She exclaimed
"Then why not Switzerland" Abeer whined
"Brother in law! Leave something for our honeymoon too!! She want to go Switzerland" Jay said and we all chuckled
"Okay!! So Marriott is going to be booked." Abeer announced and we all hooted
"Ahh!!" I shrieked
"Meera!! What happened!! You okay" Abeer asked concerned
"Yeah!! I actually jumped a bit" I admitted and he glared me
"I'll make you rest in the bed lying twenty four hours if you do so Meera" he scolded and I frowned
  "Okay!! We'll take your leave" Divya said and I smirked
"Yeah!! You must be wanting your quality time" I giggled

"No!! We wanna give you quality time" she smirked back and they both went away.

Abeer came and sat near me!!
"Happyyy anniversary Life" I grinned and he looked at me
"And you were going to leave me on.." He was saying when I shushed him.
"Did I? No right!! I might have broken all my promises Abeer but I can never break this promise!! " I whispered and he hugged me by my waist.
"I was so much frightened Meera!! I was almost choked seeing you like that!! What the hell was needed to come like that in front!! You aren't Mother Teresa  " he cried and I wiped his tears
"Abeer!! For once keep yourself at my place and think! What you would've done" I asked and he sighed.
"You're my priceless possession Meera. Loosing you I'll loose myself!! Never go away from me now for even a second otherwise...." He was saying when I smirked
"Otherwise" I asked
"Otherwise I'll kiss the hell out of you" he pouted and I kissed him
"I love you" I admitted
"I love you much more" he replied
"Cake's Delicious Mr.chef" I said and he smiled
"How bad I'm na! I even forgot our first anniversary" He frowned
"Nah! You didn't!! You were just hell frightened seeing me like that. Otherwise you're good at remembering dates more then me" I told
"So madam!! When would you celebrate our wedding anniversary!! Today or the day we'll marry again" He asked and I smiled
"Both!! Abeer how much amazing it will be right when we'll tell our kids that we have two marriage anniversaries" I chirped and he smirked
"Planning a family huh" He asked and I blushed
"Why not!! Everything is sorted in life!! Two promises given to dad are completed!! And now all my life for you and I promise.. Actually pinky promise I'll not break any of my promise!! " I swore and he looked at me
"Pinky promise you'll not!! You'll not run away ever right!! You'll always be with me!! You'll never leave my hand and you'll always tell each and everything to me" He asked showing his smallest finger and intertwined mine finger with him.
"Pinky promise!! " I replied
"Now you take rest !!" He said kissing my hairs
"I want to bath" I whined
"Shut up !! Not at all. So now just keep quiet and sleep" he instructed

And my first anniversary will go like this!!

"Not at all" he said
"What" I asked
"our first anniversary will not go like this. Don't worry" He said

Did I say it loud??

"Yes!! You said it loud enough to let me hear" he smiled and I looked down.
"So what will you do" I asked
"Just wait and watch baby" he smirked
"Abeer!! Please no suspense" I whined
" Sushh" He acted
"Abeer!!! This is wrong!! You always do like this!! It's my anniversary too! You.." I was saying
"But Meera it's.." He was saying when I cut him off
"No. You always do this. This is so wrong. Why don't you lis..", I was saying when he freaked and slammed his lips on mine.

I looked at him shocked .
" Now if you'll blabber like this then I'll do the same!! So shut up" he smirked and I looked away smiling.
"Lunatic" I murmered
"Because I live with lunatic" he smirked
"Fine!! Now go away" I frowned
"I love you !! And I'll be back soon!! Before that mom will come here okay. Bye take care and mind it!!! Don't even try jumping or moving like mad. Otherwise I'll make you eat porridge" he warned and I made puppy eyes.
"I'm not going to melt. To try bhi na karo tum ( so don't even try to) " he said
"Then what are you doing here. Get lost" I frowned and he chuckled
"Haaye!! Jab tum ese gussaa krti ho!! Kasam se aag lagti ho( Damn! When you become angry like this by god!! Looks like fire) " he said and I smiled.

"Idiot!! Now go and send mom. Good night" I said
"I'll be sending lunch with mom. Eat that okay! Otherwise I'll come here and make you eat" he glared and I gritted my teeth.
"I'm not a kid" I murmered
"Oh my baby!! You are" He said and kissing my cheek went out!!

How much lucky I'm!! Thankyou God!! For keeping me alive!!
For him!! For all of them!!

Day passed like this and Abeer didn't come back again even once for meeting me!! Time by time everyone came but he didn't!! I know he might be busy thinking something for me but that's wrong right!! He didn't even come to meet me for even five minutes!!
It's been so many hours and he's behaving as if he'll make hospital a bride!!! 
Come on I know he'll be preparing a candle light dinner in this room!!  But still...
Is bande ne thaan ke rakha hai na ki mujhe tadpana hi hai ise!! ( this man has decided to make me inpatient for him)

But it's okay!! I'm waiting!!
Come!! At least I'll have a good dinner!!!...Okay I want to see your face too !!! 
  "Meeraa!!We are back" Came Naina's voice and I smiled
"Thankgod you're here!! I was all alone here!! I frowned and she chuckled!!
"Okay! I've something for you!! So close your eyes Meera"Divya said and I denied
  "Meera! It's an order! So shut up and close your eyes!" Divya scolded and I frowned!
"You all are so bad" I whined  closing my eyes and they laughed!! 

Suddenly I felt a blindfold !!
"Divii!! I'll kill you bitch!!" I yelled and they laughed!!  
"Meera! Relax!! Just two minutes" Naina said and I sighed!! I felt something on neck too and on head too! 

"What you're upto" I asked and they shushed me!! 

"Okay now carefully stand up !" Naina told and I stood up from the bed with their help and they made me sit again! Probably a wheel chair !!
I don't know where they're taking me!!
Suddenly wheel chair stopped !!
"Okay!! Three ! Two! One!!" Divya whispered and removed by blind fold!
I opened my eyes and looked around!
Oh My God!!!
I gasped putting my both hands on mouth in surprise!

"Happyy First Marriage Anniversarryyyy" Everyone around me shouted and I looked at them ! There was everyone! Our families and the whole hospital staff! The floor of hospital was decorated like a bride!! And here I thought that he's taking time as if making hospital bride!!
He actually did it !!
There was a three tier cake in the center !
Red and white heart shaped ballons were covering the floor and walls and upper walls were covered by red ballons!!
I touched my head to find a crown on it!!
  "Wait!! I'll show" Naina said and I nodded. She shoved the front camera to me and I saw myself !

A Queen crown was on my head and a long red cape was tied to my neck!!
  "It's amazing.Thankyou everyone" I whispered as words were choking inside due to happiness!! 
"Thank someone who gave this idea" Divya said and I looked around but didn't find him!! 

"Ehmm!!"Came a voice from behind and he came in front of me!! 
I looked at him and chuckled!! He too was in a king crown and a long blue cape of king!!!
  Who says hospital sucks!! If your loved ones make it so amazing! You won't feel less then home!!

If happiness had a name it would be my dear Family and my Abeer!!
