Abeer's POV

I woke up yawing in our room. I looked nearby.

Oh Abeer!! She's not here!

It's sixth day of mom in the hospital and thankfully last day too!!

Meera was with mom last night..so she's in the hospital.
I and dad told her so much that we both will stay at hospital alternatively but as everyone know..She's stubborn !!

So she somehow...I must say emotionally blackmailed dad to stay with mom alternatively.

And as of me...When dad's daughter says something.. Then who am I to deny her for anything!!!!

In these days Meera and I were in same conditions. 

Talking only when needed. She and dad used to be in the hospital and I used to be in the office.

Divya also came hospital when I was there and she was looking at me as if she'll kill me right now !

Well, I too needed to talk to her. I asked her to talk with me for some minutes.  She's a very very great friend. I mean I looked how she cared for Meera and honestly she lashed on me like.. more like a teacher!

Ok I deserved that!

After she shouted and was done scolding me I said sorry to her and told her everything.

Yeah every thing includes everything!! And literally she was shocked. Firstly she said that I was playing around but then when I said I swear on my mom, she looked at me more shocked. And then her frown turned into a smile. She said if that's true then am I an idiot to say yes to her stupid divorce thing !!

Yeah I was !!

She's happy for her best friend and me but yeah as usual warned me deadly!

I felt good but the problem is that Divyaaa that your dear best friend is not even ready to even listen me !!!

Pheeeww!! God!! Where are you!!

Can't you really see that the boat of my life is stuck !! Just push it a little pleaaaasee!! Rest...I'll handle!! Just a little push!! In her heart.. For me!! Pleaaaaseee!!

Pleaaaaaasssseee!!!

Saying this to god I got out from the bed and went in the bathroom.
After getting ready in my casuals I went outside.

"No no...not here. What are you doing..shift it here..a little left." Came a melodious voice.

One minute. It's just eight !! How she's here! Abeer stop hallucinating. She's in the hospital.

"Yes perfect" came the voice again.
I went downstairs  and looked at the entrance.

"Are you really here" I said and she turned and looked at me.

"What" she asked confusingly.

Damn Abeer!! She's for real!!

"Oh morning..I mean..you here so early" I asked

"Mom's coming home. I hope you didn't forget" she said and I nodded

"Of course... " I told looking at the entrance.

"Ohh no no.. You've to not keep these flowers like that. Wait! I'll do that" She said to the home staff.

And I looked around.

 A 'Welcome home' balloon banner was hanging on the entrance. Lots of balloons were hanging all over near the entrance.

Oh okay!! So that's the reason she's here so early!!

Amazing!!

"Meera listen" I called she turned from the ladder but as soon as she turned her foot slipped and she came down.

"Ouucchhhh" she shouted and closed her eyes.

Well, she's in my arms!!

And I love that!!!!

"Sweetheart...you didn't fall..I didn't let you fall" I said and she opened her eyes slowly. Whereas those flowers she was holding fell on us!!

I thought this all happens only in movies!!

Whoaaa God!! Listening to my prayers so early!! But I want you to play guitar in her heart..Wait not guitar... bells of love for me in her heart!!!

"Ab..Abeer..le..leave..me" she said and I looked at her.

"You feel bad in this position" I asked smirking

"Abeer...leave" she yelled again struggling to leave.

"Don't Meera. I'll put you down safely. Just wait" I said and put her down safely.

"Thankyou" she told and I looked at her.

"That was my duty ma cherie" I said and she looked at me.

"I'm not your ma cherie" She snapped.

One minute!! She knows what's ma cherie!!

"How do you know French" I asked and she looked at me

"Vo..Umm...Why...is it written somewhere that I can't learn French. My optional language in school was French so I know it" She stated and I smirked.

"Tolle " I said smirking and she looked at me

"I know German too" She stated and I looked shocked at her

"How do you know German" I asked and she looked at the ballons!

"You were not only the one born intelligent" she said

"Of course Wife" I whispered in her ear and she froze there.

I know you get affected when I come near you Meera!

"Damn!! My flowers" she  frowned

"It's okay. I'll order new" I said

"No need. I'll do something myself. No need of your help" she snapped

"One minute..That's for mom right..and she's my mom too" I told

"So what..this was my and dad's idea. Not yours" She said

"That's not fair. They're my parents" I told and all of a sudden she looked at me.

"I..I'm sorry.. That's of course your family. Your parents. You can do whatever you want" She blabbered and I looked at her.

Damn Abeer!! What did you do!! You know that thing hit her hard!!!

"Hey Meera.. I didn't mean that. I mean they're my parents also. Not only yours...so can't we just do it together " I asked and she looked at me.

"We can't do anything together ever...because we can never be together" she whispered

"Meera...think very nicely.. Can't we ever be??" I asked and she looked at the basket on the ground.

"I..I'll just ...just pick some flowers from the garden" she said and moved past me picking that basket.
I looked at her.

I want to take your pains away Meera.. And want to give you only happiness...

Soon she came with some many flowers in the basket.

"These are mom's favorite" I said smiling and she nodded

She was again climbing the ladder when I stopped her.

"Firstly fill the balloon with these petals and then give it to me.I'll hang it up" I told and she nodded.

Soon we did that and she looked around.

"Perfect... Now When mom comes naaa burst this balloon. The petals will fall on her" she said smiling and I nodded

"I'll call dad and ask where they're" I told

"I'll just make something healthy for mom to eat" she said and went inside the kitchen.

Soon there was the sound of the horn and I and Meera smiled.

Genuinely smiled together because the reason of our happiness was same!!!

We both ran towards entrance and looked at mom.

As soon as mom stepped inside I burst the balloon  and all the petals fell on her.

"Welcome home mom" We both shouted in happiness at the same time.

"Thankyou so much. My god Dev..look this is looking so beautiful.. And Meera... My favorite flowers" Mom said and she smiled while tears came out of her eyes.

"I missed you everyday when I came home. This mansion is no good without you" she whined and mom smiled

"Looks like that teenage Meera is repeating her words" mom said and she nodded like a kid and hugged her

Emm.. Did she said the same in her teenage too!!

"Welcome home mom" She welcomed 

"Welcome home mom" I too wished and she smiled kissing my forehead.

"Welcome home Love" dad said taking out a rose and mom blushed.

How romantic!!

"Awwee..how romantic" Meera said and we all chuckled.

You see words too are same now!

"She's saying if you haven't ever given her roses" said dad looking at both of us while we both too looked at each other.

"Abeer..what happened" mom asked

"Nothing mom..We're so glad to see your sweet romance on the entrance... Now come inside" said Meera and she nodded

We all did breakfast together and I was just looking at Meera... Because she's hurting herself each time lying for me.

I don't know I should thank her for whatever she's doing or scold her for hurting herself in doing this all for me!!

Day passed like this talking with mom and..... And thinking about the Angel infront of my eyes!

In the night I was going towards my room but before going I thought to check on mom so I went towards her room when I heard mom and dad

"Something is really wrong between both of them Dev." Mom said to dad

"I know. You see...they're not even in great talking terms. It's been so many months but still.." Dad told

"No no Dev.. Everything was alright between them before 10-12 days. Don't know what happened so suddenly.. And you looked at Meera's hand" mom asked dad

"Yeah..she hurt herself with knife" dad said

"And you buy that lie" Mom asked

"I'm the reason mom" I whispered and they both looked at me.

"Abeer..what do you mean" dad asked

Come on Abeer. That's high time. Tell everything. Your mom's very strong lady!!

And moreover you know Meera.. She herself will never tell the whole thing to mom..and mom and dad must know what I did!

I told them everything!! I saw mom looking at me in anger and then the unexpected happened.

She slapped me! Mom never raised her hand on me. Never!!

But I know I deserve that!!

"This is what I taught you Abeer" she whisper yelled

"Mom please listen to me further please..I beg you...then do whatever you want to do" I requested and they looked at me.

I told them each and everything what happened in past few days and what I feel for her!!

And Mom hugged me tightly this time.

"You still did wrong Abeer and I'm not going to forgive you for this" Mom said crying and I wiped her tears.

"Please don't cry mom..and you know I want to thank you both for tying me with her..dad thankyou so much" I thanked and dad looked at me.

"You hurt my doll Abeer" dad said dead serious and went out of the room.

"Dad..." I whispered but he didn't listen.

"Mom.." I said looking at her.

"You were very wrong Abeer and your dad warned you very earlier that nothing should happen to her due to you..control your anger Abeer..it will ruin everything someday" mom said

"It already ruined mom...but tell me don't I really deserve a second chance" I asked

"That depends on her Abeer..and trust me if she's not ready to give you a Chance... We all will be with her." Mom warned me

"And if she gives Chance..." I asked

"It means you'll be forgiven by us too..." Mom said and I smiled

"I want a second and the last chance to prove myself mom. To prove that I wouldn't have ever done that...I need her..I love her" I told and mom smiled kissing my forehead.

"Meera is like my own child Abeer. And I know her very well..She's close to very few people but those few means world to her..." Mom said and I nodded

"Mom...I love her..and since so many days I'm just praying to God only one thing...a chance from her" I told and mom nodded

"But Abeer...next time..even if by mistake.. A scratch comes on her due to you...I swear I'll not be your mother anymore" mom said looking dead serious at me and I nodded

"I promise mom" I told and she nodded

" Now go and sleep.." mom said and I nodded

Now dad!! He must be very angry on me!!

"He'll be in the library" mom said from behind and I smiled nodding.

Honestly after soo many days heart feels light!!

I went to library and saw dad with a book.

"Da...dad.." I stammered

"What do you want Abeer...after ruining everything" Dad asked looking angrily at me.

"I'm sorry dad.." I said sitting on my knees looking at him.

"And will your sorry do everything alright" dad asked

"No..but I'll do everything alright.. I'm sorry dad..one last chance please...I can't live without her now" I said joining my hands and he sighed.

"Then why did you do this Abeer" He gritted.

"I'm sorry dad...no explanations for this..I'm wrong..I'm guilty " I said looking down.

"Young man..when my doll will forgive you that day we both we forgive you...until.. I'm sure your mom will also not forgive you" dad stated and I nodded

"Yes..she'll not..and I know you'll also not..but please trust me I never had done it knowingly." I said and he nodded.

"So...she asked for a divorce.." Dad asked and I nodded

"And you agreed even after knowing that how much you love her" dad asked again and I smiled

"If your love is true and selfless then it will return to you" I said repeating what he taught me and he smiled.

Yeah dad smiled!!!

"And it returned to you " dad stated and I nodded

"Then what are you waiting for ....beg her for a chance and prove your love young man" Dad said tapping my shoulder and I nodded smiling but he glared me

"Abeer...she's my daughter... And I can't let anyone harm her..not even you!! Keep this in your head forever...and if something happens to her now due to you.. remember that you'll not be spared ..neither by me nor by your mom. I myself will see that" dad threatened and I nodded

"She has already given me this threatening dad" I said and he smiled

"So put that in your head" dad warned and I nodded

"You're still angry on me dad" I asked

"Not angry..just feeling bad...and it will vanish the day I'll see you both again together... When I'll see her giving you a chance" dad said and I hugged him.

"I'm sorry" I said and he tapped my shoulders.

" You're already guilty Abeer. I know that.." Dad told moving out of the library

"Don't forget even a single word I said..and all the best" dad stated and I smiled

"Never and thankyou" I replied and smiled.

God....I surely did some good deeds in my last birth that I've got such amazing and caring parents...and friends... And of course my love; my Meera!!

Hello guys!! So the good thing..Abeer's parents know everything now.😊 But the best thing I liked  is the warning he got from his parents!!😅 Off course he would've got that..afterall Meera is their doll!! ❤
So now what will happen...will Abeer be able to convince Meera for giving him second chance?
