Meera's POV

Life's going so good and that's the main problem. Honestly Abeer talking to me nicely was really something that I couldn't understand.

But as Scarlett Aunty said there was genuineness in his eyes.

And since when you started reading eyes??
From today only !!

That man cooks so delicious that I can't tell. Firstly that lunch and the dinner was so more mouthwatering. That baked pasta and the dessert took my heart away.

Why is he even a business man ! He must be a chef. A masterchef !!

So then as if he's going to cook for you everyday.

As if he's going to cook for me more!

But why are you caring so much?

Exactly why am I caring so much !!

He's good as a businessman only.

Exactly he runs the whole Malhotra empire...

he's not as free as you that he'll make food for you !!

What am I even thinking!!

I smiled at my own idiocy. After dinner I bid him good night and came to my room.

"Meera" Came his voice from behind.

"Yeah. You need anything" I asked

"You're afraid of sleeping alone right. You can come to my room" He said and I looked at him shocked.

Yeah we're husband and wife but there's nothing like them in us.

  Sharing room in India was important in front of his parents but not now.

And that too sharing a bed. Not At All !!

"No it's okay. I'm used to. No worries" I said and he looked at me.

"You sure" he asked

"I'm always sure of what I say" I replied and he nodded

"Okay. Good night then" he said

"Yeah. Good night" I wished back and went to my bed.

May be sometimes you're wrong to judge anyone.
I was wrong maybe.

I don't know when sleep overpowered me.

I woke up when there was a knock on my door.

"Kon hai yaar(who's there)" I whined

"Tumhara pati(your husband)" Came a voice and I stood up in once.

Isn't he using this husband and wife thing much more now a days!!

"Are you going to open the door or I've to wait here only" he asked again

"Yeah coming" I said yawing and opened the door.

"Good morning" he wished smiling

"Good Morning" I replied

"You sleeping since now today. You okay. " He asked

"What will happen to me" I asked back.

"No you never sleep this late. It's nine. Are you okay. I mean aren't you feeling well. Shall I call doctor" he asked and I looked at him shocked.

Can you believe he's the same person who said I don't care??

"Do you always do daydreaming or something special today??" He asked taking me out of thoughts.

"Hmm.no..I mean no nothing.I'm all good.It's just I don't know how I overslept today ." I said

"No worries. Your breakfast is ready do it. I'll be coming home for lunch and then will drop you to Naina's home" He told

" You don't worry. I'll go with Joseph and yeah with all bodyguards " I said

"No. I'll drop you and no arguments" he stated and I don't have any say in this now!!!

"Fine." I said

"Just don't go alone anywhere" he told sternly and I nodded.

"Have you done your breakfast" I asked and he smiled

"Yes now bye I'm getting late. I've to attend important meetings" He said and I nodded

"Bye" I replied with a smile and was going inside when he stopped me.

"Meera" he called and I turned to him

"Yeah what happened" I asked

"No nothing." He said and left.

What had happened to him. He's behaving really weird these days.

I went inside washroom and after bathing and getting ready went downstairs.

"Mam your breakfast is plated" said home staff and I nodded

"What's in today's breakfast" I asked

"Sir made vegetable tacos with banana muffins and cappuccino" she said and I looked shocked at her.

"Sir made it. What were you doing" I asked

"Mam sir said he'll make it. How can we deny him" she said and I smiled.

"It's okay. You go and do your work" I replied smiling.

I'm smiling like an idiot. But I like it when people do small things for me and I get hurt in small things too. But right now my happiness has no bounds.

I was looking at muffins which had honey glaze. How much I love desserts. How sweeeet of him.

I did my breakfast and after calling Divya and mom I went to my room.

Divya was literally shocked when I told her all this. She said me that he has hit his head somewhere!!

How about I make something good in lunch today. Yeah! I know he likes Carrot Halwa.

Yeah it has bad memories but how about changing them to good one?

You are right!! So carrot halwa fixed.

I came downstairs and called one of the home staff.

"Can I get desi ghee( indian butter) anywhere" I asked

"Sure mam anything else" he asked

"Yeah..fresh carrots and saffron. All other items are present at home" I said and he nodded

In sometime everything came and I prepared Carrot halwa.

The memories of that day were. Coming in front but may be today they'll vanish.

I also prepared Chole bhature and some more Indian food.

He loves Indian food. These days I used to make that only and mom also told me how much he loves Indian food.

After making lunch I saw the time.
Damn!! It's already one. I've to go Naina's place at 3.

I went to my room and chose which one piece to wear.

I found a perfect one and changed in that. After completing my look with minimal makeup and matching Jewellery I wore my heels and went downstairs.

"Did Sir come" I asked home staff

"Sir's here" came a voice and I looked at the door.

He was looking at me constantly with I don't know which expression in eyes.

I mean I really can't understand any one expression because he was showing a mixture of emotions .

"You...you are looking beautiful" he whispered and I smiled.

"Thankyou" I said looking down blushing.

"But why are you wearing this." He asked and I looked confused at him.

"That's the dress code" I told

"Naina didn't get any good dress code" He muttered

"It's just clothes Abeer." I said

"But..leave. You're looking amazing." He replied smiling and I smiled back.

"Lunch is ready" I said

"I can smell aroma of  Indian spices" he told and I smiled.

"It's special Indian lunch today" I announced and he nodded

"Whoaa amazing. I love Indian" he said and I smiled.

"I know" I replied

"It's so strange. You know almost every choice and hobby of mine but I don't know anything about you" he said

"It's okay. Not a big deal. People don't know much about me anyways" I blurted and he looked confused at me

"What happened Meera" he asked and I smiled.

"Nothing. Eat. Food is getting cold and I'm getting late"I told and he nodded

" You won't eat ?" he asked

"Yeah. I'm eating" I said and sat at my place. We completed our lunch.

"The lunch was amazing Meera" he complimented and I smiled.

"The breakfast was very much amazing" I replied and he smiled

"You liked it?" He asked

"I loved it" I replied and he chuckled.

"Okay now it's already two and it will take forty five minutes. So we should leave" He asked and I nodded.

"Yeah. I'll be back in minutes" I said standing up when he grabbed my wrist.

Damn!! These tickling sensation!!

"You are already looking beautiful Meera. You don't need to do anything else" he whispered and I blushed.

Yeah I blushed!!!

MEERA'S OUTFIT

"Shall we" He asked and I nodded
We went outside and Joseph was present there.

"Joseph..to Advik's home" He commanded and Joseph nodded opening the doors of our cars.

Soon we were on roads covered by bodygaurd cars.

"Don't go alone anywhere and don't get friendly with any male species "He said and I looked at him.

" what " I asked startled

"Nothing. Enjoy" he told and I nodded

"Abeer stop. I didn't take any gift for her. I've to take something!" I said

"It's Okay. What you want to take for her" He asked

"Emm....how about we take a beautiful watch. The symbol of essential time" I said and he looked amused at me.

"Amazing. Joseph stop at Richard Mille " he said

"Whaat. Richard Mille." I asked shocked and he chuckled

"Yup " he said

"Vade log ni vaddi vaddi baate(big people and their big talks)" I spoke and he laughed 

Off course. After all it's ranges start from $50,000!!

I can't even think to purchase it!!

"We're here sir" said Joseph and we stepped out and he slid his hand in my waist.

Now I'm used to it?

No!! Never!!!!

 It still gives me those tickling sensations!!!

"Meera.Stop thinking.  We're getting late" he whispered and I nodded

"Yeah" I said and we went into the store.

"Welcome Mr. & Mrs. Malhotra. It's our kind fortune that you visited us. " welcomed the Manager and he nodded.

"Sir you must have made us know that you want something. It would've been at your home" manager said again and Abeer looked at me.

"My wife just now had a thought to visit here so her wish on commands" he told and I looked at him shocked while he smirked.

Though a sweet one !

"Sir madam come. What would you like to have" manager asked

"Just show us some classic woman watches" I said

"Sure mam" replied the manager and soon staff came showing the best pieces.

"Which one you liked" he asked

"I'm confused between these two because both are amazing" I said pointing to two watches.

"This one's for Naina and this one will suit you amazingly" told Abeer and I looked at him.

"No no. I'll not buy anyone. Just for Naina" I said

"Who asked you to buy. I'm buying it for you" he replied

"No Abeer. I'll not be able to pay for it right now" I said and he looked more probably glaring me.

"Did I ask you to pay" He asked

"Abeer. I'm sorry. I'll not" I stated and he sighed.

"Meera, I'm purchasing it for my wife" He said

"But.. " I was going to say when he glared me.

"Pack both of them" He said and I frowned.

"Mam your watches" came one of staff's voice and I nodded while he smiled more then needed and I looked away.

"It will be better if you keep your eyes down otherwise it won't take minute for me to make you blind " came Abeer's voice in anger and I looked at him shocked.

I looked back at the staff who had already done his eyes down.

"Abeer. Why are you reacting like this "I asked

"Let's move.You're getting late" he said and walked past the door.

I followed him and we went towards Naina's home.

"Don't go anywhere alone. Stay with Naina only and wait for me to come "He said and I nodded

"Bye." I told and he smiled

"Bye" He replied going inside the car.

I went inside the rang the bell of the house and Naina opened the door.

"Oh my God. You came.And one minute. You're rocking it girl. You look so beautiful "She said hugging me and I smiled.

"Come inside. I'm so happy that you came" she chirped 

"Congratulations Naina. So much happy for you" I wished

"Thankyou" She said

"So how are you both" I asked

"We're great.You tell me. How are you and how's everything " she asked

"Everything is good" I said

"You happy Meera ? I know all what happened wasn't in anyone's hand but Abeer's really not that bad. He has his temper issues but he's a great guy. I really hope everything becomes normal between you both soon" she said and I smiled

"I really hope so and yeah may be things are getting normal" I told 

"What. Seriously. Wow.. and how "she asked

"In these ten days. He has been good to me. He didn't blame me for this marriage. He didn't do anything " I said and she smiled.

"That's a good sign then" She grinned and I just smiled.

I don't know if whatever happening is right or not but may be for the first time in these months I feel like that this relationship should get a chance.

A chance to move. A chance to be together.

 He's trying as I see.. I'll try on my level.

May be things will get sorted. May be this fake relationship works in real !!

Tum chahe jo bhi kaho..
Par Meri nazro mai khud ko gira mat dena!
Bahut mushkil se vishwas hua hai...
Bhul kar bhi is neev ko hila mat dena!!
