Bulma's PoV

I rushed around the med bay helping everyone I could. We didn't have any senzu beans so u had to work with bandages and medicine. I sorted out the boys first, then went to Zeno, then chichi, myself and finally Goku and Vegeta.

Everyone was silent...

Suddenly I heard foots steps outside the med bag door. We all prepared, grabbing the nearest item to use as defence. Ara stumbled through the door way. She was blank. I threw the needle id picked up as a weapon on the floor. I ran to her and hugged her, tears flooding from my eyes.

"Ara! Oh thank god! My poor baby! I haven't seen you in so long! I'm so sorry!.." I said as I started to sob. Ara had no reaction. I calmed down and wiped away my tears. She looked at the floor.

"Now, let me get a look at y-" I was about to say as I held her head gently making her look at me. Her face was bloody and tear stained. A slut was across her cheek. Her eyes screamed help me. I let go, her head looked at the floor once more.

"Can everyone leave please? I need to give Ara a full examination" I said. Everyone nodded. The boys stood in front of Ara for a minute yet she refused to look at any of them.

Zeno stopped putting his hand on Ara's shoulder. "Hold on kid.." He said before leaving, making me and Ara the only ones in the room.

Time skip
Gohan's PoV

It's been a few hours and we all weren't saying anything. We tried to ask Zeno about what they did to Ara but he didn't answer.

Dad and Vegeta were talking away from us privately and my mom was comforting goten who was freaking out. Trunks and I leaned against the wall together.

"Gohan.. I'm worried.." He said after a long silence.

"So am I.. The others won't be too happy either when they come back..." I told him. Suddenly I felt a hand in my shoulder grabbing my attention.

"Guys, you can come in and see her" Bulma said.

"Is she ok?" Trunks asked immediately.

"....far.. Far from it sweetheart " she answered.

She led us in and I saw Ara asleep in one of the beds.

"I had to put her asleep. She would let me touch her, if I even tried to would slap my hand away and growl as me like a wild animal" Bulma said.

I started at my younger sister. Her clothes were torn beyond repair, burnt up and bloody, folded up beside her as she was in a hospital gown. Bandages laced her form and a wet cloth was on her forehead. Her tail hung out of the bed, it didn't even move. The odd nerve twitch but nothing more. It wasn't even the normal brown fluff I was used to seeing. If was now closed of brown for mixed with dirt aswell as old and fresh blood. Her complexion was pale and sickly, her hair knotted and laced with dirt.

I felt a knot of guilt form in my chest. Yet if I'm honest out of all of us two people's reactions suprised me the most. Zeno looked at if he was dealing with the guilt of taking the life of something innocent, and Vegeta looked at Ara's unconscious body with anger, disappointment and the slightest bit of resentment.

My fist scrunched up beside me. It took all I had to not punch him as hard as I could.

Bulma sighed. "Well the good news is my dad somehow delayed the court and we are going to be able to keep Ara, for the moment at least. When she is done healing I'll send her to a therapist and see where we'll go from there" she said. Ara shifted in her sleep and growled in pain.

She doesn't deserve this...

Ara's PoV

Ugh.. Fuck.. Where am I?

I opened my eyes too see my self in the familiar dark 'room' that I would see my grandfathers in.

Yet after what just happened I was skeptical on the matter.

I stood up and stretched slightly.

"Kid?" I heard bardock's voice say behind me. "Kid!" He yelled as he ran and hugged me.

The embrace was comforting yet I had no intention of hugging back. Hs noticed this and let go.

"Ara? Are you ok?" He asked me. I said nothing and looked at the ground.

"Kid" he said holding my chin and making me look at him. "Tell me what w-" I slapped his hand away and backed up. Seth doing that to me so many times made me hate it.

"Don't touch me.." I said. He looked at me with obvious concern.

"Kid what's wrong? I can't talk to you for for and then this is how you great me?" He said.

"What if.. Your not real.. Your just a lie! A trick in my head from that damned psychopath!" I screamed at him.

"Kid what are you on about?" He asked me. Don't trust him! It's a lie.. its a lie!

"Everything's a lie! I can't trust anyone! I can't trust anything! Everything's my fault! I can't-" I was about to finish till he pulled me into a hug again. I didn't push him away. I stayed still.

He petted my hair calming me down. "Shh.. It's ok kid.. I'm sorry.. We should have protected you. I'm sorry.." He said. I felt tears stream from my eyes as I hugged him back crying out loud into his chest.

"Bardock is everything alri-.. Ara?" I heard King Vegeta's voice say. Bardock let go of me.

"Grandfather!" I yelled running into his arms and bugging him tightly.

"I'm sorry.. I'm so so sorry!" I cried out.

"What? Why are you sorry? You haven't done anything wrong" he said.

I felt myself snap.

"I wasn't strong enough.. I'm pathetic !.. I couldn't even save my best friend!..." I told him as he rubbed my back trying to calm me down.

"Kid.. You killed the guys who did this to you right?"Bardock asked me.

"I killed one of them.. I sparred the other.." I told him.

"Then it isn't over.." Grandfather muttered.

"What? Why isn't it over?! I killed Seth! Who else is there?!" I screamed at them. It had to be over ! I can't take this anymore !

"He'll report to Yiro and it'll all go to hell.." Bardock said to the King.

"What are you talking about?! Tell me!" I ordered.

"Ara.. Forgive us" Bardock said beefed whom and the King faded. I snapped up to see I was on the med bay. I bit my lip to stop myself from screaming from the suddenly agony on moving.

"We'll look who finally decided to wake up from their adorable slumber!" I heard a familiar voice. My head turned slowly to see whis standing beside my bed.

"What the fuck?!?! Were you watching me sleep?!" I yelled at him.

"Yes! Lord beerus and your mother instructed me to. Come along" he said pulled me up and onto my feet.

He led me out of the room with that smile still on his face. If was rather comforting I'll admit. Is tumbled occasionally but brushed off whis' offer to carry me and I can walk by myself..

"What?! Vegeta you can't go! It'll break her!" I heard mom scream.

We went to the living room and whis put his finger over his lips signalling for me to be silent. We watched the scene unfold.

What?.. Why was dad wearing we armour and had a bag on his back.. Goku had one to.. What is going on?...

"I'm going woman. The brat can fend for herself. I'll be back when twins are 15" he said.. He was leaving for a year?... What?...

"Vegeta you-"

"I'm going and that's final!" He yelled at mom. I leaned against the wall for support. I lose all of them for a few months and now dad and Goku are leaving me again. Tears rimmed my eyes as I covered my mouth to stop the sobs escaping my mouth.

Why?! What did I do?! Why is he leaving me like he always does the time i need him the most?! Why does be fucking hate me so much?!?!

"Well if you two are done wailing at eachother like spoiled children the I shall be taking them" beerus said leading Vegeta and Goku away towards me. "Whis come on" beerus said impatiently as he walked past me. He glanced at me only slightly and kept walking. Whis gave me a motivational smile before fallowing and Goku gave me a sympathetic look.

-I'll be back soon ok? Promise that we'll talk as often as I can! Tell the boys and everyone else that too ok?- he asked. I nodded.

Finally dad. I hoped for a goodbye atleast but he looked at me with disgust.

"Stop crying brat. Don't make yourself so pathetic" he said.

I felt my heart break into two... I sunk to the ground and watched as my own father abandoned me....

"Kid?" I heard Zeno asked me as he extended a hand to help me up. "Are you o--" he was about to as till I hugged him crying into his chest...

Why?.. What did I do?......
