School started and June was nervous but Garfield walked her to school. It was nice having someone talking with her as she headed to school and to her horror Janet pulled up in her brand new convertible with a couple of her friends making her sigh.

"Hey june I will poop in her car for you," David said as he landed on her shoulder.

"Hey good looking, ready to upgrade yet?" Janet asked as Garfield looked at her annoyed.

"Don't mess with her, if you do I will do something about it," Garfield threatened.

"Wouldn't dream of it, by the way June's real name, her real name is monster. You know she is a schizophrenic right sure you have to keep her on a tight leash she might kill herself on those pills because she can't read," she informed as Garfield turned into a lion scaring her.

"Garfield no! Stop it, she is just trying to make me mad to get something out of me," she informed.

"Well I'm not letting her talk about you like that!" He growled.

"I have no idea why you are so protective over her she is a monster. Don't be fooled by her small appearance speaking of small I'm sure that I am way better filled out then she is, if you want I can show you," she chuckled making Garfield growl.

"You mean show me how fake you are, I wonder how much of that is plastic," he growled as she looked at him in shock.

"Thought so, I don't date plastic girls," he said with a smirk, "also I don't know if you know this but she knows how to fill out a dress way better then you could ever do."

With that they walked off to the school where he dropped her off after giving her a hug.

"Bye June I love you," he said softly.

"I love you to, stay out of trouble," she smiled as he kissed her gently.

He could feel like he was being stared at by a whole lot of people making him smile. He didn't care this girl was so amazing and kind to him. He needed her so badly in his life and he was so grateful to have met her. It only take her appendix exploding to do it. At least he actually felt guilty about it enough to go find her.

"I will try to, but you know," he said softly.

"I know, but Garfield for me at least," she chuckled.

"Well for you I would do anything for," he said softly.

They parted ways but that's when the torment began. The razors in her locker, freak painted in the inside of the door, and the teasing. June was feed up with her and wanted nothing more then to beat her face in. She knew she couldn't but she went into the bathroom Janet followed her in along with her friends.

"Freak! Hey, what are you doing with a hero? You know you aren't one right, he is way out of your league I'm sure he is just using you for sex you know. You aren't that good looking or you know look like a normal girl," he informed as June sighed weakly.

She ignoring her and her friends grabbed June and held her by her wrists.

"Hey I was talking to you," she growled as she poked June.

Before she knew it June got free and pushed the two girls away them grabbed Janet and flipped her over. She pushed her over on her stomach then grabbed her arm and twisted it.

"You are so stupid messing with me! I may have been a push over before but I actually make a difference in this world. Unlike you who seems to destroy everything they touch. Well guess wheat I can break people's arms and I will break yours the next time you touch me! I am not going to be nice to you anymore and to prove it look at your car when you leave. I'm sure the pigeons and Doves made quick work of your fancey convertible," she growled as she let her go but grabbed her expensive phone and put in in the toilet.

"You bitch!" She screamed.

"What, you were using the bathroom and forgot your phone," she smirked as she left.

At the end of the day Janet was freaking out because there were dozens of birds around her care making June laugh.

"Wow.." Roy said as Janet was crying seeing all the poop in her car since her roof was down.

"Hey june, how was your day?" Garfield asked as the other heros showed up to take her home.

"Yeah it was good the birds seemed kind of angry," Tim said as the birds started attacking her.

"Oh yeah, they are mad. Don't piss of David," she smiled.

"So we found out that the chip had a picture on it but it is only a picture of a pig," dick Said as they headed to the base.

"You do know that there could be pictures hiding in the pixels. I read somewhere that there was this sex offender selling picture of kids but they were in the pixels of another picture. It was so much and it was ridiculous to have to search threw every pixel but there could even bee coding in the pixels," June informed as dick paused.

"I was so worried about unlocking it I didn't even check!" He panicked.

"Well hopefully we find something," Tim said.

"Me to, I just have a bad feeling about it still. They knew a lot about me," she said softly.

They split up and Garfield smiled at june. He held her hand and pulled her close to him.

"What's wrong?" She asked as he sighed a bit.

"I thought about what you said... you know they should have went after me to if they stalked you but they tore threw your house so they didn't know. I think that's why they didn't know about me. I should have stayed really," he sighed.

"Garfield stop beating yourself up! You know you had no idea what was going to happen," she said as he took her bag.

"Yeah but you still can't be by yourself without nightmares," he sighed.

"Look the chip is getting looked at okay so we will figure out what it's holding. I'm hoping it isn't something to bad like maybe some hacking codes or something," she informed.

"That's still bad, but we can stop it hopefully... so I have been thinking that maybe we tell everyone we're dating," he said softly.

"What?! I thought you wanted to keep it on the down low," she informed.

"I know but..." he paused.

"The guys keep checking you out especially Jamie and I don't like it. I know you are just trying to be nice but they don't. Also I'm sure Tim is really trying to ask you out," he said as June looked at him shocked.

"What?! Why? Am I accidentally flirting with them by being to nice or something?" She asked.

"June calm down no, they are just guys and your beautiful inside and out. Any guy would be lucky to have you, I'm surprised you actually said yes to dating me. I know I have a lot to work on still..." he said softly.

"If I wanted perfect I wouldn't be able to date any person on this planet. I'm not perfect either, I love you for you. I love your green skin and eyes to every animal you can shape shift into. I even love your cat tail that pops out every time I hit that sweet spot on your back," she chuckled as he blushed awkwardly.

"You know I definitely needed you in my life I just wish I met you sooner, maybe I wouldn't be so broken," he said.

"Well I can be the glue to fix you up and you can be mine!" She smiled as he kissed her softly.

But things started to get heated rather fast and he could barely control himself anymore. She was amazing and he never felt this way with any girl he was with ever. He felt so completed and safe with her around.

"Garfield, Garfield! Hey june was right there is code embedded in the picture. Not sure for what but it's a lot of code," Dick said as he wasn't getting an answer.

"Hello?" He asked then he turned on the camera and to his horror Garfield had June pinned against the phone booth and her legs were wrapped round his waist.

He was fully making out with June and not remotely paying attention to anything. He was very thankful June was still wearing her pants but my god why there?! He was going to have to stop what ever that was and he was honestly jealous that he wasn't doing that with June. She was something else and Garfield had won her heart, he wasn't sure how but he did.

He went over to the Zeta-Tubes and appeared in the phone booth that June was pinned against. Neither one of the noticed until Dick got out making Garfield almost drop June.

"Hi Richard, I mean dick, I mean... Nightwing," she said as she seemed really embarrassed but terrified of what was going to happen.

"Hi...." Garfield said shyly as Dick looked at Garfield very annoyed.

"Garfield be careful with her, she is delicate and I don't want her to have any broken bones. Also you know better then to make out with a girl out in the open!" He informed.

"Sorry I got a bit carried away," he said awkwardly.

"June you were right by the way and Garfield make sure you wrap it!" He informed.

"Wrap what?! Oh my gosh I forgot someone's birthday?!" She panicked as she went to the Zeta-Tubes and quickly went to the kitchen to see if anyone was around.

"Conner who's birthday is it?!" She asked as Conner looked at her confused.

"Um no one's why?" He asked.

"Well okay me and Garfield were by the phone booth kissing and dick came out of freaking no where and got on to him a bit but then he said make sure you wrap it so I missed someone's birthday!" She said as Conner started choking on his drink and Roy busted up laughing.

"June it doesn't mean birthday present it means-" Roy quickly covered Kaldur'ahm's mouth before he could finish.

"June it's um... a report that he has to finish. You didn't miss anyone's birthday," Roy said as she looked at him a bit puzzled.

"Then why not just say finish your report instead of wrap it? Weird way to put it don't you think?" She asked as Conner was trying so hard not to laugh.

"Yeah but you know Dick he's a weird guy. He probably forgot to say report or he knew that Garfield would get it," Conner said as Garfield had ran to find June to stop her from asking what that meant.

"I'm really sorry I really thought I missed someone's birthday. You should go finish your report," she said hugging him tightly. Dick was trying his hardest not to laugh at her as she hurried off. 

"They did teach her in school about that right?" Kaldur'ahm asked concerned.

"Yeah but it's June... she isn't as dirty minded as the rest of us are," Garfield sighed.

"So you two huh? Better not be doing the do while I'm trying to sleep that's all I'm saying," Roy said making Garfield sigh.

Now everyone was going to give him grief for this.
