"Isla butt!  Are you ready to meet your aunt Holly?" Jessica giggles.

"The baby's here, Momma?!"

"She's here!"

"WELL LET'S GO!"

"Shhh!" Jessica laughs. "Isla, you're so loud."

"I'm EXCITED Mommy!"

"Gaga!"

"Hi precious!"

"I see the baby!" Isla giggles.

Jessica picks her up so she can see Holly's face.

Isla gasps dramatically. "She's so cute!  I wanna hold her!"

"Shh, Shh, Shh.  Quiet voices, remember?"

"Oh yeah cause her has little ears."

"That's right!"

"Mama, Holly is so little!" Isla squeals.

"I know!  Isn't she beautiful?"

"Yes!  Mama?"

"Yes?"

"I sleepy."

Jessica chuckles. "You have had a very long day, haven't you, Princess?" Jessica rubs her back lovingly.

"Yes!"

"Oh that's right!  How was the party?" Catherine asks.

"It was fun!  Though Isla was afraid of the animals." Jessica giggles.

"Aw poor baby." She pouts.

"They were smelly too!" Isla makes a face.

"Oh I bet they were!" Catherine scrunches her nose.

"You kids better head home.  It's late.  Will you take them homeplease, Daniel?" Doug asks.

"Yes sir!"

"Mom, dad, can danny please stay with us tonight so Sarah, Isla and I aren't alone?"

"Sure.  Just no hanky panky."

"Trust me, Isla won't let that happen." Jessica chuckles.

"Oh goodness, little miss.  You are a crabby butt tonight, Isla."

"Mommy cause I so tired!" Isla cries softly as she reaches up for her.

"I know.  Come on, let's go night night."

"I wanna hoooold youuuuu!"

"I'm holding you, baby."

Isla fusses louder and clings to her mother.

"Oh goodness, you're exhausted!"

"It was a long day!" Isla sobs.

"I know, honey.  So much happened, huh?"

"Yeahhhh."

Jessica sits down and softly rocks Isla in her arms as she gently pats her bottom.

Danny sits beside Jessica and wraps his arm around her.

Jessica smiles softly. "Thank you for staying with us."

"No need to thank me.  I love this."

Jessica smiles.

Just then Sarah walks out in a short black dress, boots, and a jacket.

"Later!"

"Hey where are you going?"

"You didn't think I was gonna stay here when mom and dad aren't, did you?"

"Well I thought you would!  I figured after Isla fell asleep we could watch a movie all together like we used to." Jessica says with a sad look in her eyes.

"We can do that tomorrow.  Tonight Evan and I have plans."

"Ugh!" Jessica rolls her eyes.

"Jess, take advantage of it!  You and Danny will have the house to yourselvessss. . Have fun." She winks.

"Ugh, you slut!"

"Excuse me?  I am not a slut!"

"Well if you aren't, I'd hate to meet the person who is!" Danny says.

"Stoooop!" Isla whines.

"I'm sorry, sweetie.  Just go, Sarah."

"Gladly."

Sarah slams the door and Jessica sighs. "She is unbelievable!  What will it take, Danny?"

"I don't know. ."

After Isla was down, Danny and Jessica put a movie on and cuddled in bed.  The two were exhausted and barely watched thirty minutes of the movie before falling asleep.

2:30 am.

Jessica jumped when she heard glass hit the hard wood floor.

"Danny!"

"What?"

"Someone's in the house!"

"I didn't hear anything."

"I did!"

"Were you dreaming?"

"No!" Jessica whispers loudly.

Suddenly they hear something else fall.

"Did you hear that?!"

"Yeah.  I'll go down and see."

"Danny NO!" Jessica grabs him.

"What?"

"What if there are bad guys down there?"

"It's probably just Sarah's drunk ass."

"I'll go with you."

"Just stay behind me."

Danny and Jessica slowly walk down the stairs.

"It's Sarah." He says.

"And Evan!  Sarah, what is he doing here?!"

"Shhh!  Go back to bed!"

"Not until he leaves.  My daughter is here and I don't want him around her."

"Jessica, just go upstairs!"

"NO!"

"Unless you wanna join in on the action, sugar tits." Evan says.  His breath wreaking of alcohol.

Hearing that made Danny's blood boil.  He walked over to him and punched him in the face.

"Don't you EVER speak to her like that again!"

"Danny!" Jessica grabs his arm. "Stop it, he's not worth it."

Evan's anger took control. He pushed Danny to the ground when his guard was down, and punched him repeatedly.

"DANNY!" Jessica sobs.

"Evan, stop!" Sarah shouts.

Jessica quickly calls the cops.

"Evan get off of him!" Sarah pulls his hair and forces him up.

Evan slaps her hard and Jessica screams.

"What?  You wanna fight too?"

"Please don't touch me!" Jessica cries.

"Evan get away from her!"

Evan hits Sarah hard making her knock out.

Jessica cries and tries running away.  Evan was fast and strong.  He grabbed her and she couldn't escape him.

Evan ripped Jessica's clothes off of her and Jessica screamed.  He must have knocked Danny out as well because no one came to save her.

Suddenly Jessica thought about Isla.  She prayed she would stay asleep in her room.  She didn't want Evan laying a hand on her.

"Please don't do this to me." She cries. "Please!"

"Why not?  You know you want it."

"Please!"

Evan bent down and bit her breast.  He then forced himself into her and Jessica let out a painful scream.

Why?  Why is this happening again?  Why can't she just be happy?

"Danny!" Jessica cries.

Evan grunted and Jessica panicked.  She looked around for something.  Anything to grab and hit him with.  There on the small table beside the couch was her mother's decoration.  She grabbed it and hit him on the head with it.

Evan got angry and placed his hand on her neck.

Luckily Jessica never hung up the phone and the 911 operator never stopped listening.

Suddenly cops filled the house and Evan lifted his hands.

Jessica cried as she curled up in a ball.  Once again she felt so dirty.  She wanted to scrub herself clean of him.

They quickly put handcuffs on Evan and took him to the car.

Jessica put her pants on and ran to Danny.

"Danny!  Danny wake up!  Please wake up!" She sobs.

"He's okay.  He's breathing.  Looks like a bad hit to the head on both of them."

"Will they be okay?" She asks as tears roll down her face.

"I believe so, but we'll know more once we get them to a hospital." The woman says as the paramedics lift Danny onto a stretcher.

"I don't drive, can you please take me?"

"Of course."

"My daughter!  I have to go get her, she's upstairs!"

"Okay.  Just hurry."

Jessica ran upstairs to grab Isla.

"Mommy!" Isla whines. "I'm sleeping!" She shouts.

"Honey, we have to go to the hospital."

"Why?  Is the baby okay?"

"She's fine but Danny and Sarah had a little accident.  They're gonna be fine, we just need to go."

"Oh no!"

"It'll be okay.  I promise you, it'll be okay!" Jessica says as tears roll down her cheeks.

On the way to the hospital Jessica called her father.

"Hello?  Jessica, is everything okay?"

"Um. ."

"What happened?"

"Sarah went out tonight and brought Evan back home.  He and Danny got in a fight and he knocked them both out. . we're on our way to the hospital." Jessica says as her voice shakes.

"Oh my gosh!  I should have. . I should have gone home."

"She said they're gonna be okay." Jessica cries softly. "The lady told me they'll be okay.  ." Jessica had a very childlike voice.

"I'm sure they will be.  Let me know when you get here."

"I will.  Dad, don't tell mom.  I don't want her to get sick."

"I won't.  She's still asleep."

"Okay. . ."

"Be carful."

"I will."

"I love you."

"I love you too." Jessica hung up and looked straight ahead.  She felt completely numb.
