Phobia and Fear are twins. They were originally conjoined, but got fed up of it and got in a fight, literally ripping apart the flesh between their shoulders with their own claws, which is why the fur sticks out and is bloody.

Phobia is more powerful and insane than Fear, but Fear is more soulless and gets angry easier. Both are dangerous, but Fear seems to be more intent on killing, while Phobia's focused on scaring and "playing" with her victims.

And yes, Phobia has a TERRIFYING mouth under that bandana. I might draw a picture of her without it on later.
