Manik completing his work and turning the computers off leans back closing his eyes taking a deep breath. He opens his eyes and stood up grabbing his phone and pick his blazer up.

Holding the blazer onto his arms and locking the cabin he walks out and walks through the corridor while taking his phone out and dialing Nandini's number. He frowns when she didn't answer.

He sighs and dropping a message gives stern look to receptionist who stood up soon as she noticed him and greets him. He nodding his head walks away.

He opens the car door and putting his belongs on the passenger seat fastens his seatbelt and taking his phone out dials Cabir's number who answered.

Manik : hello Cabir. Have you guys left? How long will it take you all to arrive? I am going to pick Nandini and Avni up from the hospital.

Cabir : I haven't left yet because my wife is taking hours to get ready. I will be picking Mukti Alya and Dhruv up too. We should be there within an hour.

Manik : that's great. I will see you there then.

Cabir : okay! Now let me go because Navya is calling my name. Bye Manik.

Manik chuckles ending the call and arriving to hospital took his phone and dials Nandini's number who immediately picked it up. He comes out of the car and leans back to his car shoving his one hand in his pocket as he heard her soft voice.

Nandini : hello Mani. I am sorry I missed your call. I was busy with a surgery. Have you left the office?

Manik : hello love. It's fine. I do understand. How did your surgery go? Yes I have left the office and standing outside of the hospital waiting for you both. How long will take you both to finish up?

Nandini: what? You are already here. It seems you are very excited to talk to your bother. It shouldn't take us too long. I am going to check on Avni then we both will meet you. Why don't you come inside?

Manik: love don't try fool because I very well how much you also want to your revenge from him. It's fine. I will wait for you outside. Come quickly.

Nandini hummed and ending the call went to Avni's cabin to see her engrossed reading a file. Nandini enters inside and clears her throat gaining Avni's attention who looks up and got up with a smile.

Avni :Di, you could have called me. Is it the time already. I didn't even realise how time passed. Can you please give me minutes to wrap my work?

Nandini nodded her head and stood there while talking to Avni who quickly wraps her work and grabbing her bag and phone looks at Nandini.

Avni : I am ready to go now. Is Manik juji here?

Nandini nodded her head and walks out of the cabin followed by Avni. They both laughed while talking and biding bye to their colleagues walks to exit.

Nandini smiles widely seeing Manik leaning against the car and scrolling down his phone not acknowledging their presence. She looks at him and didn't take any second to run towards him and crashing into his arms who got startled and holding his phone careful hugs her back and dropped a kiss on her head. His eyes went at Avni who smiles at them while slowly walking towards them.

He smiles and wrapped his one arm around her and placed a kiss on neck while nuzzling it little while. He broke the hug and cupping her face strokes her face with his thumb and smiles kissing her head.

Manik : how was your day love? Did you have your lunch time today? You look so pretty.

She smiles and kissed his both cheek making him smile to fullest as he looks with her love.

Nandini : it's very tiring and exhausted day Mani. Before you didn't scolding me I had my lunch.

He smiles and intertwining their hands kissed her head and pulls her to his side and looks at Avni with a smile and greets her who returns the greeting back.

Manik : hello Avni. How are you? How was your day?

Avni: hello jiju. I'm good. How are you? My day is okay. I had to catch some much work. It never stops. How was your day? Did you call Neil today?

Manik : I'm also good. My day is always busy. Yes I spoke to Neil. I haven't told him about the call by the way. I hope you also didn't tell me because that would ruin my plan. Others should be home by now.

Avni: no Jiju. I didn't him yet because I didn't ruin your plan. He doesn't even know what will happen later. I am so excited to see his face. It will be fun.

Manik nodded his head and chuckles and opens the door gesturing Nandini to sit who smiles at him and mumbling a thank you sat down. He also opened the door for Avni who starts teasing him but he shakes his head closing the door and went his side.

Neyoinka opened the door and greeting them steps aside allowing them to come in. They all comes inside and sat down and Neyoinka called a butler to bring the water who comes within a seconds.

The butter served the water to them and left and Neyoinka sat next to Nandini and pats her head gently seeing Nandini being so tired. Manik rolls his eyes and leans back grabbing his phone and messaging to Cabir to know where they are.

Manik excusing himself went to freshen up leaving the ladies to chat who didn't bother to notice him moving to his room. Neyonika laughs out when she heard the plan why dinner was planned today though she didn't know about Neil proposing Avni but knew something was related to Neil.

Neyoinka : why don't you both go and freshen up?

Nandini and Avni nodding their head went yo upstairs and Nandini told Avni to go into Neil's room while she will bring extra pair of clothes for her.

Descending downstairs Manik looks at his friends and family who sat around the living room chatting away and laughing their heart out. He clears his throat gaining their attention and greeting them sat down next to Cabir who smirks making him confuse.

Manik: what? Why are you giving those looks?

Cabir smirks and looking at others who were engaged in their own conversation leans closer to Manik and whispers yet loudly making everyone's eyes and mouth widened hearing him.

Cabir: so what the news Manik? Is there some good news? Is Nandini pregnant or what?

Nandini starts coughing and looks at Manik widening her eyes at him. Mukti who was sitting next to Nandini rubs her back gently looking at Cabir. Manik rolls his eyes and snacks Cabir's head.

Manik : what the heck is wrong with you Cabir? You don't think before muttering shits out. How can you even think or say anything like that Cabir?

Cabir : what? Did I say anything wrong? Nothing is wrong asking if Nandini is pregnant? I mean what's occasion of gathering all of us together. I mean there must be a reason. So what's the reason Manik. Come on tell us. What's the good reason?

Manik shakes his head and standing up moves to Nandini and Mukti moves away letting him sit beside Nandini who stops coughing and hide her face into his chest once he settled behind her.

Manik : guys. There is no such thing. Please stop it. Nandini is not pregnant. And Cabir we never need reasons to have a dinner or gather up. I do have something to share with you but not what Cabir is blurting out without thinking. I will share with you all after the dinner. I am starving so let's have dinner first then you guys will know what's the news.

Everyone looks at Manik disappointedly because they were hoping the news to be true especially Neyoinka and Ishita who couldn't hold their excitement and happiness hearing the news.

Everyone shakes their head and shrugging their shoulders stood up and moves to dinning table and sitting down Neyoinka calls the butlers out who brought the food and laid it on table and starts serving them. Nandini offered to help but the butlers politely declined it doing their job.

They all starts eating with teasing Manik and Nandini and laughters and jokes were shared in between. After the dinner everyone sat down around the hall and looks at Manik who nodding his head calls the butler and asked him to bring dessert for everyone and moves to his get his laptop.

He returns back and connecting his laptop the tv and sits down beside Nandini making others confused who didn't know what Manik was up to expect Nandini and Avni who hold their smiles back.

Manik video called Neil who immediately answered and looked surprised everyone there. He waves his hand at them while sitting in his cabin leaning back to his cabin and eyeing someone to leave him alone.

Neil : hello everyone! What's up? How you all together? Didn't I miss something Bhai?

Manik : hello Neil. You didn't miss anything. What is wrong with you all asking the reason of having dinner? I don't understand why we need a reason.

Neil chuckles and looks around the room searching one pair of eyes who seems to be missing from there because Nandini noticing Neil looking for Avni gestures her to come and hide her to which Avni nodding her head stood up and went behind Nandini and hid herself while holding her chuckle back.

They all starts talking to Neil and Nandini couldn't hold back from questioning Neil who got startled hearing her when she caught him looking for Avni.

Nandini : Neil, who are you looking for? I have been noticing you trying to look for someone? No one is missing from here. Who are you looking for?

Neil rubs back of his head and looks Nandini who gave him teasing him whereas others tried to understand what was happening among them.

Neil : no Bhabhi. I ain't looking for anyone? How are you Bhabhi? It seems like I haven't spoken to you.

Nandini : oh I see you trying to slide my question away but not happening Neil because I know you too well. Now come tell me what you want share.

Cabir : hang on! What is happening? Did we also miss something? Manik what are you hiding from us? You are not supposed to keep any secret.

Manik rolls his eyes at Cabir and looks at his brother who didn't understand. He chuckles and thought to pulling his tricks to tease Neil making but blurt his own truth of proposing Avni in London.

Manik : why did I keep a secret from you all? You guys know me we don't keep any secret but there is someone between us who broke the rule. I wonder who that person is. I also heard some rumors about someone. I hope that is true otherwise my heart will be shattered.

Mukti : what happened to you Manik? What rumours did you hear? I didn't hear anything?

Alya : exactly. Come will any of you tell us too.

Neil looks at his brother and tried remembering what his brother is saying and what rumors did he miss out. He never misses any rumours about them then it clicked him when he didn't find anyone and hits his head when realisation hits him.

Neil : really? This is really terrible idea to pull. Who would have thought you would do this? I can't believe it. Even Avni didn't tell me about this.

Neyoinka : Neil what are you talking about?

Neil : mom! You I need go share something. In fact I have some good news to share. I wasn't going to share til I return back to India but it looks Bhai wanted to ruin my plan. I hate you Bhai for this.

Manik smirks and blows a kiss towards Neil who rolls his eyes and taking deep breath said it.

Neil : I don't know how I will say it here go. I proposed Avni before she went back to India.

He said in his one breath shocking everyone who didn't expected them from. A second later everyone starts shouting and screaming congratulating Neil and Avni. Navya pulls Avni from Nandini and hugs her.

Everyone hugs Avni and gave teasing smile to Neil who chuckles lightly feeling shy seeing their eyes on him. He felt himself being on spotlight.

Cabir : fuck. This happened behind our nose and i didn't even notice. Idiot come back to India so I can give your tease of your own medicine. Congrats guys.

Mukti : oh on! Cabir will get this very hard Neil. Watch yourself. You found a love for yourself. I am so happy and congratulations guys.

Alya : congratulations Neil& Avni. So happy for both. I can hear another wedding bells so soon.

Navya : congratulations guys. Neil I am so happy for you. You found a beautiful woman.

Dhruv: congratulations Neil & Avni.

While the elders looked their children and smiles brightly seeing them happy and finding their own happiness. Neil thanks and looks at his mother who wipes her tears and smiles looking at him.

Neil : mom. Will you not say anything?

Neyoinka : what can I say? You both brought brothers always surprise me. Congratulations Neil & Avni. I'm so happy and can't wait to call pandit ji.

Everyone chuckles and shakes their head while teasing the new couple who couldn't stop blushing.
