Neil woke up early and thought of hitting the gym. He got dressed in a gym attire and taking his phone and AirPods while connecting it he walks out of the room. He connects his phone and made his way to the gym.

He smiles when he found Manik coming out of his room. He paused the music and rushed to Manik while calling his name to grab his attention.

Manik turns around and found Neil walking up to him. He smiles and wished him good morning.

Manik : good morning Neil. Going to gym?

Neil : good morning Bhai. Yes, are you also going.

Manik nodded his head and both of them smiles and made their to the gym. They went entered inside and starts doing their workout when Manik asked Neil something that caught him off guard.

Manik : when are you going to propose Avni?

Neil stops and looks at Manik in shock because he wasn't expecting this kind of question from him.

Neil : what? Bhai, what are you saying? I mean.

Manik : you heard it right Neil. When are you going to propose her? I hope you are not playing with her or your own feelings Neil.

Neil : no Bhai! Why would you say like that? What I feel about Avni is mutual. I am not sure about the love yet but I'm definitely sure I'm going falling for her. I don't rush anything between us. We are taking time to realise our own feelings . Why you brought all this out of sudden? What made you think like that?

Manik : Neil don't get me wrong but I feel if you feel anything about Avni then confess soon before it's too late. You never know what might happen. Don't hold yourself. I genuinely believe you Neil. I heard Nandini talking about you. Is it true what I heard?

Neil: I do understand you Bhai. I will never think about hurting her. What did Bhabhi say?

Manik : she didn't tell me anything but I partially heard her conversation with Avni when she talking over the phone. Is it true you are going back to London? You wanted to know why brought the proposal then because it made me think about Avni. You are planning to return back to London and Avni in India. I'm worried how will you both manage your relationship being distance miles away from each other. I don't want both of you getting hurt Neil.

Neil sighs and comes closer to Manik and sits down beside him. Manik looks at him expressing his worried that has been staring him since few days.

Neil : Bhai, I understand where you are coming from you. I know you are worried for us. Not every long distance relationship break. Bhai I don't know what to say or make you believe you but I promise because of my work commitments I won't neglect my family and my relationship. Our family will always be my priority that also includes Avni. Above anything she will always be first no matter what Bhai.

Manik nodded his head and said nothing because he didn't wanted Neil to be upset. He knows his brother too well now. He has all faith on him.

They both smiled and heard a little laugh before continuing with the workout.

Manik : when do you leave? When are you going to speak to our family about this?

Neil : I leave end of this week Bhai. I'll tell our family today after the dinner. This is why I arranged it.

Manik nodded his head and finishing his workout took a bottle of water and drank it. Neil also completes his workout. They both walks out the gym while talking to each other when Neil thought of going to kitchen. Manik trials behind him for fun.

Neil : wow Bhabhi. Good morning. What are you making? It smells so good. I can't wait it anymore.

Nandini smiles and wished him back while glancing at Manik who comes inside and stood behind her.

Nandini : good morning Neil. I was making South Indian breakfast. I hope you don't mind. I did ask mom and Bebe yesterday night. I can make you something else for you if you don't want to eat it.

Neil : seriously Bhabhi. This smells so heaven. Why wouldn't I eat them. You don't need to worry about making anything else because I will have them. I'll go and take shower come down very quick.

Nandini smiles and nodded her head and Neil glancing at the couple walks away only to be back for a second and smirks looking at Manik.

Neil : Bhai, you can freely romance. No one is watching you. Have fun guys.

He laughs out and ran out of the kitchen leaving the couple in shock and surprise. Manik shakes his head and wanted to kill his brother but nevertheless he looks at Nandini who chuckles and turns her head away avoiding him and cooking not giving any attention to him. He sighs and sneaks his hands around her waist and pulls her closer making her startled and gasp at his sudden at action.

Nandini : leave me Manik. Someone might come in.

Manik : I don't care love. I won't leave you. I will only leave you one condition.

Nandini : what's the condition Manik? Move aside.

She struggles in his gripped but Manik was more stronger and gripped it more tighter making her sigh in defeat and passed him deathly glare.

Manik : what love! I ain't scared of you. Now tell me why are you avoiding me? What did I do?

Nandini : are you seriously asking me this question Manik? Who told you to go rejoin office from today? You won't listen to me but once you get scolded by mom then you will on right line. I'll complain to her.

Manik : but love! I thought we discussed over this already. You had no problem about me joining back to office from today. You also agreed it then why are you behaving like this? Even you will go back to hospital from tomorrow. What will I do at home?

Nandini : can you not go office today please? I won't stop you from tomorrow. I just want to be with you.

Manik sighs and accepted his defeat front of his wife. He can't disobey her because he can't say her avoiding him and making her upset.

Manik : I won't go office then today. Okay happy.

Nandini grins and nodded her head making him smile. He rubs his fingers against her waist and placed a kiss on her cheek making her blush.

He smiles widely and starts kissing her cheek multiple times while she tried ignoring those butterflies in her stomach and continued cooking.

They both got startled when they heard someone coughing. They both turned and looks at Neyoinka who stood in kitchen with her arms folded and staring at them who looked embarrassed getting caught by her. She chuckles and stood by Manik.

She held Manik's ear and silently twisted it making him yelp in pain whereas Nandini suppressed her giggle seeing him yelling in pain.

Neyonika : what are you doing in kitchen Manik? Are you touching my daughter? Leave the kitchen before I start beating you.

Manik rolls his eyes and releasing his ears looks at his mother.

Manik : violent lady. I'm going. Why are you so angry? I was romancing with my wife.

Nandini's eyes and mouth widened hearing Manik while Neyoinka slapped his shoulder kicking him out of the kitchen. Nandini and Neyoinka high fives and laughs out.

Neyoinka: my sons are shameless just like their mother. Never pay attention on them. You will get used to them. They don't think before speaking.

Nandini : I know mom. He's is very shameless.

Neyoinka smirks and thought of teasing Nandini but stopped hearing Neil's voice comes in kitchen shouting Neyoinka's name who shook her head.

Neil : mom! Where is my black shirt? I can't find it.

Neyoinka: what will i do with you Neil? I thanked god wondering I won't have to run behind Manik because he's married now but how I did forget you. I need to find a girl for you and get you married to her.

Neil : mom! Stop it now. Why are you talking about my marriage? I don't want to get married.

Neyoinka : fool someone else Neil not me. I'm your mother and I understand you very well. You are dying inside to get married. I just need to find a girl.

Neil shook his head and thought to argue with his mother because he can't win against her and didn't get embarrassed by his mother front of Nandini.

Neil : can you please stop a mission of finding my bride? When I want to get married then I'll tell you? Who knows my heart already found my bride? Please help me finding the black shirt.

Neyoinka: oh really? Oh is she? When can we meet? Do we know her? What's her name? What does she do? How's she? Where does she live? Where did you both meet? I'm so happy for you found a bride for you Neil. Now I can tell friend of mine who wanted me to get you married to her daughter.

Neil : hold on my excitement express. Take a moment and breathe. I was kidding and what did you say? Your friend daughter? Why the heck are you even discussing about my marriage to her?

Neyoinka: I will kick you out of kitchen like your brother if you don't stop shouting. When did I say I'll get you married to her daughter? I was telling you what she said when she saw you with Avni.

Neil : Avni? How did she related to this conversation mom? What are you saying mom?

Neyoinka: when she saw you and Avni together she didn't like and kept said how both you don't look good and starts talking bad things about Avni. I didn't like it the way she was talking and didn't wanted to create drama there so I stayed quiet then she suggested how she dreamed about you getting married to her daughter that's all. Nandini beta I'm sorry. I apologies from her side. She shouldn't have said anything about Avni like that.

Nandini : no mom. Please don't say sorry. It's not your fault. Please. Don't embarrass me.

Neyoinka smiles and pats her head then looks at Neil who looked very furious after hearing all these. Neil didn't wait any longer and storms out of kitchen leaving both of them worried and tensed.

Neyoinka : I hope he doesn't do anything wrong.

Nandini : mom. He won't. He will be fine. I'll talk to him later.

Neyoinka nodded her head and helped Nandini setting the table. Everyone comes to the table and took their seat expect Neil who didn't come yet.

Raj : where is Neil? Is he not coming!

Nandini : I'll check on him dad.

Raj nodded his head and Nandini passing a smile to them went to Neil's room. She knocked and entered inside when she heard his voice. she comes inside and looks at him who sat on couch with laptop on his lap. She sighs and thought why this two brothers are so similar yet different. Neil looks up.

Neil : Bhabhi. What are you doing here?

Nandini: why? Am I not allowed in Neil? Why didn't you come down for breakfast? Why are you angry with me? Were you excited to eat breakfast?

Neil : why would I be angry on you Bhabhi! I didn't feel eating.

Nandini sighs and sits beside him and glanced at the laptop and smiles when she looks at the background.

Nandini : when did you capture this? You both absolutely look amazing Neil.

Neil looks at the screen and smiles remembering how he convinced Avni to take a picture with him like this during MaNan's wedding.

Neil : it happened during the wedding ceremony. It was really hard to convince her but at last I won.

Nandini : she can be very difficult sometime. I feel your pain Neil. Please now stop worrying about what happened earlier and come downstairs to have breakfast. I know you angry but don't skip your meals Neil.

Neil : Bhabhi how can I forget it? How can she talk about Avni like that? She didn't even harm that lady.

Nandini :we can't change the society and people ways of thinking Neil. Not everyone is going to be happy seeing to both together. But you know what you want. If you want her then no can stop you. If both love each other then no hurdles or anyone will destroy your relationship. Trust me.

Neil looks at her and smiles lightly and understood Nandini and felt so proud having her as his Bhabhi.

Neil : I'm so happy and proud Bhai married you.

Nandini: I'm so proud too because my sister will get man like you Neil. I have full confidence on you both.

He smiles, they talked for little while before going downstairs joining everyone.
