Slumping beside his mother and putting his head on her lap who looking at her with a smile starts ruffling his hair while talking to Ishita.

He closed his eyes for a moment feeling so relaxed but immediately opens it realising one of his friends nor his wife was nowhere to be found.

He frowns and thought where could they be. He roams his eyes around the room while slipping his hand in his pocket to get his phone out.

He took his phone out and checked his phone to see if his wife or anyone else dropped a message but there was none. He looked so confused.

He sighs and looks at the both ladies in the room who was engaged with the conversation. He calls Neyoinka name out grabbing their attention.

Manik : mom where is the rest of them? No one is seems to be seen or found. Nandini too?

Neyoinka : they went with Bebe and Amms. They should be coming back home soon.

Manik : oh! Why didn't Nandini wake me up? I could have gone with them too. Let me call her.

He looks at his phone and dials Nandini's number without listening to Neyoinka but he immediately ended the call when he heard laughters erupting from the entrance.

He turns his head around and found his friends at front and behind them were his wife talking with Neil more like Neil teasing his wife.

He sat up and putting angry face looks at his wife whose attention turns towards him and smiles walking towards him and sat beside him.

Nandini : why are you pulling this angry face of yours? It wasn't my fault that you were sleeping. I didn't wanted to wake you up. I am sorry.

Crossing his arms against his chest and not bothering about his friends and family laughing in the background looks at his wife sulking.

Nandini shakes her head and unfolds his arms and hugs him hiding her face into his chest and mumbles few words making up to him.

He finally smiles when she starts tickling him. Nandini breaks the hug and looks at him holding his hand and finally looks at their family who looked shocked seeing Manik smiling so sudden.

Cabir : how can we forget? Only Nandini has the power to make Manik Malthroa anger vanish.

Manik rolls his eyes and picking a pillow through at Cabir who caught it and settles himself down.

Everyone sat down and ishita went up to kitchen and brought waters for everyone. They all starts talking whereas Manik pulls his wife closer to his chest and being clingy to her and kissing her head.

Neil : guys we should do something? Mom do you know what time is Papa and dad is coming back? We can play something or go out for dinner?

Neyoinka : Raj did say he should be back by evening. I think they might be on their way.

Avni: can you please not go out for dinner? I have better idea than going out. How about we play a game like football match or cricket? We can also have dinner itself in the backyard.

Mukti : I love it! I am in this game. It's been ages since we played football or cricket. What say Manik? This is the right opportunity to beat Cabir.

Manik : exactly. Last time he cheated and won the watch but this time we will beat him.

Cabir : why are plotting against me? I didn't cheat. You are all jealous because I won the game.

Manik rolls his eyes and looks at Neil who smirks looking at him. He blinks his eyes.

Neil : great. It's decided. We will play football match. Let's do one thing. After an half an hour let's meet up outside the backyard to play football.

Everyone nodded their head and cheering up stood up and went to their rooms whereas MaNan and AvNeil stayed back and looks at their mothers.

Manik : mom. Do you need our help to set up the table in the garden? We can go give you hand.

Neyoinka. Yes! That would be amazing. You both go and arrange the table while us decided what to cook. I call Raj and inform him about the plan.

Neil and Manik nodding their head went to garden whereas Nandini and Avni standing up follows their mothers to kitchen who couldn't stop thinking about the game and what to cook for everyone.

Walking back into her room while being engrossed on her phone didn't notice when she reached by the door and almost banged her head at the door.

Rubbing her head lightly and cursing at her careless she pushed the door and enters inside to found Neil humming a song while getting ready.

Smiling to herself and closing the door she went inside and walks to the closet and pulling out a t- shirt and black legging she turns and looks at him calling his name out who turns around.

Neil :hey baby. When did you come in? I didn't even notice you. Is everything arranged.

He walks towards her and placing his arms around her waist pulls her closer and looks at her with a smile while tucking her hairs behind of her head.

Avni: it's okay. You look so lost singing a song. Yes everything is arranged. Mom and Amma along with Bebe and Amms is still busy cooking.

Neil : it will be amazing game. You will play with me I want my wife to be on my team. Please.

Avni nodded her head and kissing his cheek asked him to leave her to which he did and smirks as he watched her walking to washroom to change.

Rubbing his temples and bitting his cheeks he grabs his phone and telling his wife about him leaving rushed out of the room and went to garden.

Finding Manik talking with Cabir and Dhruv in the garden Neil walks to them and smacks cabir's head and chuckles when Manik hits his head.

Cabir: why are you hitting me Neil? Are you already scared? I am going to win this time again.

Neil : in your dreams brother. I won't let you win this time. I know how to tackle you.

Manik : where are the girls? We should starts playing the game. Dhruv go call them.

Dhruv nodded his head and was about to call but stops when he heard the girls voices who comes jumping showering their excitement.

Nandini : who is going to be captain?

Cabir and Manik starts fighting over the captaincy whereas the girls smirks looking at each other.

Avni : why are you both fighting like a child? Di didn't ask you both to fight over the captaincy. We will choose who will be captain for both teams.

Chair : why? This is not fair. You guys can't decided. I want to be the caption.

Neil : ignore this dumbos man and reveal the caption. Who is going to be captain?

Navya : you guys will love the match because the football game will between the girls and boys.

Manik : what? How is it possible? who said that? I ain't playing the game? We can't play the game between the girls and boys because the number is not right. You have one member extra.

Nandini : why is that Mr Malthroa? Are you scared to lose by us? Come on I thought you were munch brave than this. Just plan the game.

All the boys looks at each other and final looks at the girls who smirks in victory when the boys agreed to play against them.

Dhruv: who is going to be captain by the way?

Avni : captain for the girls team is Nandini di and captain for boys you guys can decided.

Manik looks at his wife who winks at him making his eyes widened. He comes out of a shock when Neil calls his name out. He looks at them.

Neil : Bhai you should be the caption. Show the girls they have messed with wrong people.

Cabir : Neil is right. show them who is actually champion playing football. You can do it Manik.

Dhruv: let's show the girls ever to challenge us.

Manik looks at them and nodded his head and did group hug and cheered for his teams. The girls shakes their head unbothered about their overconfident and knew how to make them lose.

Even Bebe and Amms joined them taking their seats little away from there to watch the games.

Navya who wasn't going to play become the referee and stood in the middle between Nandini and Manik holding the football and whistle in her hand.

She threw the ball in the air once she blew the whistle and corms away from them and stand distance away from there watching the game.

Nandini caught the ball and smirks looking at Manik and taking the ball starts kicking towards Mukti who was closer to her and moves other side.

Both teams were playing with enthusiasm and excitement and the girls team was leading three score by the boys whereas the boys were on zero.

Neil looks at Manik and taking the ball starts kicking to their goal but got distracted when his wife comes front of him and starts mouthing love you to which he got lost and the ball skipped away from him.

Manik slaps his head and shakes his head seeing his bother being careless but can he blame his bother because he also got distracted by his wife when he was about score a goal.

The girls cheered and jumped hugging each other when they won the game and couldn't stop laughing. Navya joined hugging them and congratulated them.

Neyoinka and Ishita along with Raj and Raman comes to garden and looks at them laughing and smilingly. They made their way towards them.

Raj : you guys played football game without us. You could have waited for us. By the who won?

The girls looks at boys with smirks on their faces. Manik rolls his eyes and glares his wife.

Manik : it doesn't matter who won dad. It only matters that you missed the game and don't deserve to know the winner. Mom I am going to freshen up. Is the food ready? I am starving me.

Neyoinka : I will get the dinner ready. Go and take a shower and come down quickly.

He nodded his head and sparing a glance at his wife walks away from there. Even Dhruv and Cabir went to shower leaving Neil with them.

Nandini : Devar ji. What happened now? You guys lost and didn't even appreciate or congratulated us. It's not fair. You should be happy.

Neil looks at Nandini and knew she was pulling his legs. His eyes went on his wife who smirks at him and chuckles behind Mukti.

Neil : congratulations Bhabhi. You guys played well.

He didn't wait any second to hear her response and ran away from there leaving the rest up chuckle. The elders guessed the winners and congratulated the girls and headed to the table where the dinner was arranged.

Even the girl excusing themselves went to change and Nandini and Avni not wanting to go front of their husband went to Mukti's room and got changed.

The boys comes back and sitting down beside their respective partners starts filling their plate and starts eating because of hunger.

Neyoinka : eat slowly. No one is going to snatch the food away from you all. Eat like a human.

The boys looks at Neyoinka and sheepishly smiles whereas the girls chuckles and suppressed their giggle.

The dinner was filled with laughters and teasing each other. They ended the dinner and sits around in circle on the floor with fire in the middle.

Neil looks at his wife who was almost dozing up in his arms. He chuckles and pressed a kiss on her head and excusing himself scoops her in his arms and walks back inside the mansion.

Nandini leaning back into Manik's chest held his hand and whispers into his ears to look at the sky. He smiles and kissing her head looks at the sky that was filled with stars.
